Let me just start by saying that the owners of this establishment care for their customers and provide a level of service that I do not expect from a shop. They are thorough and put together the best advice for their customers. I will take all of my vehicles there. My truck got LS swapped by the shop and runs amazingly. It looks great as well and the work was done amazingly. Thank you for the service that you provided and working through the adversity we faced along the way.

Was here today, saw great reviews and they lived up to the hype. Different options were explained and when the work was done I was charged about 30$ less then the price I was given beforehand! Felt comfortable with whole process.

J-N-J is great I have taken my car here twice and have not been disappointed nor do I have anything bad to say. Great family owner business that's treats you right, something I miss since moving her from MI 12yrs ago. Thanks for your great service.

I came to J-NJ for the second time and their awesome. The workers are very nice and always do a good job with the work. I used to go to firestone to get my mechanic stuff done but since I found J-N-J I like the way they take care of your car.

I started going to J-N-J auto a few years and I have always had good, reliable and prompt service here. They have years of experience and I always feel confident dropping my vehicle off them and their rates seem reasonable too.

Took my 2003 Nissan frontier in for a timing belt and ac service . The gal at the front counter was very friendly. I went based on the good reviews that I read and a referral from the person I bought the vehicle from. The service was done promptly and ready for pick up on schedule. The vehicle seems to be running great. The service I requested was preventative maintenance and ac not cooling properly. Ac is working way better now. The only negative that I experienced was that my driver side fender skirt was left hanging and would have got tore up if my 73 year old father didn t notice it. Was an easy fix to put the push pins in my self. there were four of them left unattached. Could have been a headache if it went unnoticed. Over all a good experience. I would probably go back. It did leave an uneasy feeling though knowing I just spent almost 1200 dollars and a simple skirt was not completely reassembled. Just an honest review from a tradesman that pays attention to detail. UPDATED REVIEW .I am editing my original review of 3stars to 5 stars do to Jim the owner reaching out after reading my original review. He explained to me that the technician that worked on my vehicle would have had no reason to access anything from the fender skirt. I feel like the skirt being undone is something I would have noticed when I inspected the vehicle before I purchased it from the previous owner but hey everyone makes a mistake here and there.However, the fact that Jim reached out to me after reading my review showed excellent customer service, and I would definitely use them again in the future. Customer service like this is very hard to find. Thanks Jim

I went in for an oil change based on the reviews from Google and I was not disappointed at all! The service was great! Jim and his wife showed the best hospitality I have ever received at an Auto Service Shop. They were honest, thorough, and quick. I have found my new mechanics for life!

After moving from Nevada, I was looking for a honest mechanic as places like the dealership and other big name brand places like to take advantage of everyday people like myself. So I have an 03 Expedition which was showing a check engine light, so I took it to a big name brand place and I was told it was gonna be a power control module and possibly a exhaust manifold that needed to be replaced and I was better going off to a dealership and have to spend way more money than I needed. For some reason I had a gut feeling this name brand place was trying to take advantage of me so I started looking for a local business a "mom and pop" shop and I found J-N-J auto. I met with the owner Jim and explained my situation and what this other name brand told me what the possible problem was. Jim said he would like to check out the car and see whats really wrong because something didnt sound right. So after getting my car looked at by J-N-J it turned out to be a sinple vacuum line and a loose exhaust which only had to be tighten down and saved me wayyyy more money that I thought I was gonna have to spend. The honest, respectful and trustworthiness of this place had gained a customer for life, even more so that I convinced my job to start taking our fleet of vehicles to this place and I recommend a coworker to get this car fixed here as well. If your looking for a great mechanic shop who values its customers and will treat them right l, look no further than J-N-J! Thank you Jim and staff for your help!

I have been going to this shop for many years for different vehicles. I moved away and tried using another place that was closer and was completely taken advantage of. Needless to say, I am back and will drive just to go to this shop. They are totally honest and their prices are good. I know I am in good hands when I take my car in there.

This place is amazing. the entire staff is awesome and very honest. I bought a 91 ranger with no car knowledge at all (great idea I know) They are always able to get my truck in the day I call and usually have it done in a day or less. I've taken a couple used cars in for pre-purchase inspections. They were very helpful, honest about any issues with the cars, thorough with their inspection, and have awesome customer service. They may even offer you hangers lol. Kinda far from me, but I will be bringing my car in for checkups for sure. Worth it!

Jim is excellent and takes time to accommodate his customers. I had a faulty AC on my Navigator and he diagnosed it for free and then fixed the loose wire for a minimal charge.Every time I deal with him I get the feeling that he is honest and that is a pretty big deal these daysService: Auto A/C recharge

We just moved to Phoenix from Montana, and during the trip, our brakes decided that they were on their last leg. Once we got to town, J N J was the closest auto body shop to our home, and it happened to have excellent reviews. We made an appointment, and when in and got our entire brake system redone. Jim and Kat, the owners, are professional yet humble. They'll make you laugh while you wait, with their delightful banter, and make sure you aren't left in the dark on updates with your vehicle. Their team is experienced and pretty quick. They are busy, so make an appointment. If you're in the area and need the help, I highly recommend you stop.

Top shelf service always James or as I call him Dr."J" is always on call to solve your auto problems he's been looking under my hoods for at least two decades his new 4 bay venue is great !!!
