Brought in a car with A/C related problems. Was originally told 1-2 hour for diagnosis. Called 6 hours later was told 2 more hours were needed. 9 hours later nobody could figure out what was wrong with it and I just picked the car back up to take home. Whoever worked on the car damaged the wiring insulation very badly. I know this to be fact because I worked on the same wires they did the day prior. Some of the wires were taped up, albeit poorly. Other wires were left bare and in very close proximity to the vehicles ground. They left a 30 amp fuse on a 25amp circuit, thereby increasing the risk of a wiring related fire.I understand wires will sometimes need to be probed but this is not the way to do it. Nor is this an acceptable way to leave a customers car. I had to repair "their work" at home and ultimately managed to diagnose and fix the original issue myself. The owner of the business with "30 years experience", or whoever I spoke with, was very friendly. As was the receptionist but thats where the positive review ends. Although the free diagnosis was appreciated, I would not be likely to bring my car back in or recommend this shop to anyone even with that.Service: HVAC system repair

The best auto service experience ever from Javier. My fender and condenser were busted on a long road trip, and he was able to fix my a/c and did some body work as well, and he did it in less than 2 hours with no appointment. Honest work, fair pricing, and a very pleasant experience with the technician. I ll come here again if I ever need auto service anywhere near Phoenix or surrounding cities, Javier s exceptional service makes it worth a longer drive.Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair, Installation

Javier was awesome! Very friendly and know what he is doing. Other staff members are very friendly too. He got my little VW Bettle going with great cold AC! I highly recommend this place. It's like a nice small place but it's worth it!

I have an aftermarket 12v a/c that I installed. It has been challenging to get it working. The bright side? Javier & integrity ac! I always feel heard, and he takes the time to explain what is going on. It takes me an hour (total trip) to get here & back, but it is worth it for people who are kind & honest. FYI: keep in mind that when you come, you may need to park on side streets if the garage area is full. They take walks ins and are quick to respond to calls and text.

The name says it all! I was having trouble with the A/C on one of my company cars. I Googled Mapped Automobile Ac, and Integrity was one of the choices.I stopped in, and asked to have my A/C checked. I was greeted by Javier. He had the biggest and friendliest smile (I could tell it was genuine) on his face. He politely asked me what the problem was. I quickly gave him a synopsis of the situation as what I thought (and had been told by another A/C shop. Oh boy, was that other shop, waaay off.) was the problem.I asked Javier how much the Diagnostic was going to cost; he politely said: Nothing . I was not expecting that; given the fact that the other place charged me.Anyway, to bring this story home; my A/C was fixed, and it is running like a Icebox!! Thanks Javier; and as well, thank you Rafael (he really likes you to call his name ), you both did an outstanding job. I will absolutely recommend you business to my friends and family (there are very few businesses that get an from me. I m picky).

This place is amazing, they fixed my cars AC quick and we re very professional and informed me very well on what my car needed. Most importantly they are truthful. RAFAEL is a really nice guy, he explained everything good and showed me the parts he changed out. MY AC IS SO COLD!! They are careful with their work and make sure not to damage anything in your car! I visited this A/C shop today in hopes to get my car's (honda crv 07) air conditioning cooling like it had in the past. I have had AC troubles in the past so I know this is just a temporary fix, but they didn't.Anyway, I go in there, under recommendation of a friend who gets his cars serviced here. The parking situation is a little tough if they are full, it is literally a drive in type of situation, so if it's packed you are better off parking in the street next door and walking up so they can accommodate you. Luckily, I went at an early part of the day when they weren't working on many cars and could assist me as I drove in.Rafael is the technician that helped me today and he was quite knowledgeable, answering all the questions I had. He gave me a free consultation and it turned out my lines have a bit of a clog, so I'll have to replace it at some point. He gave me two options, with no pressure for either, but I got the first and had him replace the old freon for new freon.There isn't really much of an area to sit, so understand that depending on the time of the day, you might be better off just leaving your vehicle there.The price was fair, better than the price they quoted me at dealerships and I believe the service was phenomenal. Only time will tell how long it will keep cold, but this will be without the effect of the quality of work done by the tech. Good stuff Integrity A/C. I'll recommend other to get their issues solved here.

I'm so disappointed in this shop. They really tried to scam me. I am 24 year girl and they really took me for an idiot. They lied to me stating they replaced a part saying it would be $250 only to tell me it didn't work and I need a kit for $790 and they will waive the $250 worth of work they did if I got the kit. I come back to shop and I asked why didn't they do a diagnostic before they decided to replace it. They gave me a b/s answer but I politely advised them I'd be back. I called my brother and he comes and chats with the guy and after a few questions they say they didn't change anything. All they did was wipe a part clean to make it seem like they replaced something. If my brother didn't come they wouldve charged me $250 for just wiping a piece of my car! Do not come here. I don't trust Javier or the other person there.Ladies beware of this place. If they will take advantage of me they will take advantage of you too.Update: This shop continues to lie. They claim any bad review is from the neighboring shop and lie that you didn't visit the shop. There is no way to reply in google reviews. Javier is a scam artist. DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP

Just after 2 visits, I have to give this guys ;all the crew some credit. ..they strive to service all peoples cars as much as they can for such a small quarters on one day's work load....did U need affordable service on this days;check'em out

Found out that I had a leak in my Jeep Patriot from one of the discharge hoses & I had gotten a price estimate from 3 other places before I chose Integrity. I felt other places were charging me way too much for what work was needed and as a woman who doesn t know anything about cars I felt other places were trying to take advantage of me & make me pay more. I took my car in and it took about 2-3 hours for them to finish but thankfully I lived close by so my husband just picked me up while they did the work. Let me tell you I haven t had a/c running this cold & good since I bought my car!! Definitely worth it ! Javier & Rafael were very straight to the point & assured me that my car was in good hands! Read the reviews and decided to call these guys up. They gave me a reasonable quote (compared to everyone else) over the phone, and I expected to be given a different price when I arrived, due to the type of vehicle. Rafael and his assistant Willy were awesome! Honest and speedy service. After the work was completed, Rafael took the time to verify I was satisfied with the results. Definitely recommend these guys and I'll be coming back if any of my other vehicles need servicing. Thank you!

Just went today and they tried to scam me for $1,000 told me my compressor wasn t working, went down the street for a second opinion only need the belt for the compressor and some freon. Save your time and money and DONT GO TO INTEGRITY!!!Service: Repair HVACService: Repair HVAC

I came here a few months ago because I saw all the good reviews they had I would never take my car back to them. My A/C just worked for a couple weeks then gave out again I m sure they just recharged my A/C. Because if they supposedly fixed the problem. My A/C still would be working now I have to find another mechanic that can check out my car A/C again and that means me spending more money on something supposedly they fixed.

Raphael was awesome. They were able to diagnose my issue in minutes and advised what parts i needed. I came back and had them replace the blower motor and resistor and had cold AC right away. Awesome price, great work, and very friendly. If anything else comes up with my AC I'll definitely be coming back to them!

I recommend coming here and getting your a/c fixed. Javier was straight up and honest and got my a/c working good as new in a little as under an hour. They even switched out a valve that was leaking for me and he made sure everything was right before charging me. Javier knows what he s doing.These guys are the go to they definitely got a customer for life.Service: A/C system repair

Exceptional service!! This place deserves 5 stars. I went to Integrity AC 2 months ago to have them look at my AC and tell me whats wrong. Raphael did his exam on the AC and let me know there wasn't anything wrong except for the fact my AC needed to be charged. Raphael charged my AC, and I didn't know how to act after that. The fact that I FINALLY had AC in my car was amazing. Yesterday, I went to church and after church I was driving home and my air went out. Called Integrity and spoke with Javier. He was very pleasant and professional. I explained my situation and he seemed genuinely concerned and told me to bring my car back in. Raphael and Javier took the time to assess my car and come to find out, I need a new hose and I need to replace my radiator. My car didn't have any antifreeze in it either. They both took great care of me and explained everything thoroughly. These guys live up to the name with much INTEGRITY. They will get My business for sure. Thank you guys!!

Updated review: It has been over a year and there have been no issues with the new compressor or my AC in general since getting it installed and serviced at Integrity. Highly recommend them as they are honest, fast, and affordable. If I have any issues with my AC in the future I will make the trip to Phoenix to get it repaired here. Thank you very much!!Stop by here by Google suggestion. My AC went out as I was driving on the freeway. Spoke with Tania and she was able to allow me to get a free diagnosis. Unfortunately my vehicle needs a whole new compressor and everything that they have to get. They were willing to do it the next day, but I am from out of town and would not be able to come back the next day. Very fast and Professional Service. I was extremely satisfied with the service and I'm sorry that I did not have cash so I could not leave them a tip for their time.

Great work. Great people. I needed to have my whole A/c kit replaced and I went to a Midas and they quoted me $1800. I spoke to Javier and he was so friendly and he was able to get me a brand new system for half the price. Highly recommend.

We saved money... that part is true. We brought 2 of our own parts and purchased one through them. Our AC worked for a week and went back out. We were told we need to get all the parts through them to fix it, and then they overfilled our freon, causing more issues than we had initially. The people are really nice, but we went to a commercial auto shop and the issues they told us we had were completely different than what Integrity said. I don't think it was malicious, but it is coming across as uneducated on our vehicle. We lost $850 by going this route initially and of just paying more to go to one of the bigger shops and getting parts through them instead of a certified site like we did. Don't take shortcuts to fix your AC... it's not worth it and will cost you even more.

Free A/C check to start off. Javier was knowledgeable and has plenty of experience. He told me what the issue was, and told me where to go to get the best price. The installation was fast and the price was great and affordable. He was telling me what he was doing while installing the part just to make sure i knew what was going on. Highly recommend this place.

I was looking for a new ac compressor for my mustang GT 2008. I had came here and to start off with they have gave me a free car inspection. Rafael checked my car and found out it was a small problem and he could fix it in 25mins. This was amazing because I had gone somewhere else before this and tried to charged me $1200. I had called other places and they charged $700.(they all were interested in making money) I saved hundreds of dollars coming here. My AC works amazing like if it were new! Rafael is very honest and work fast. I definitely recommend them!!!

I just had a wonderful experience getting my AC serviced. Javier assisted getting my AC functioning to beat the Arizona heat. I recommend anyone having issues with their AC to reach out or stop to get amazing service.

I first brought my car for Ac service thinking I needed new compressor and told Javier I was ready to pay like 500$ to fix. He told me to let him take a look first. It ended up being a loose wire.. and saved me hundreds..I felt very comfortable. To be straight up...I don't trust many people. But Javier is a very down to earth guy. I have now brought all three of my vehicles to him and refer anybody in need of services to him... DON'T HESITATE...bring your car in you will recieve quality work from a honest man.

If you are a woman, THEY WILL SCAM YOU. Came here twice and twice they took money out of me and didn t fix anything. Decided to get a second opinion from another shop and they told me that Integrity A/C were lying to me and making my A/C not work on purpose. I can t believe. Ridiculous.
