Always a pleasant experience when my car is in their hands! I've dealt with my share of unprofessional shops and mechanics over the years and I am so thankful IPH is NOTHING like them. I drive two hours from Tucson for their quality work- it is absolutely worth it.

I Have an Imported ITR and there is not a whole lot of info available when dealing with custom big brake parts, after reading up online and even being told by the manufacturer everything "should" line up nothing did..... Ramsey and Will figured out what the issues were and fixed all the spacing issues FAST! They are truly the best in the biz and completely honest I would recommend them to anyone!

If you are looking for a place to have you're vehicle worked on by the best of the best that will explain everything you need, look no further. They Helped me out and took this near junkyard car and made it a gem! Theirs no other shop that I will ever be able to trust more then this one.

Compared to any shop I ve taken my car to, these guys know what they re doing. Great service overall, first time being there as well. I didn t know what my issue was with my car until I took it to this shop and they had my car running in a day, the price was great as well! Thank you Import Power House, definitely taking my car to you guys from now on

What a great experience I had at this shop! Will, the mechanic was extremely knowledgeable and completely honest. I didn't feel like they were taking me for a ride, which I usually I feel like with other shops just because I'm a girl. Ramsey was very friendly and helpful helping me come up with a plan what to do and when so that it would be more affordable. I'm surprised they got some negative reviews when my experience was completely different. This is the best shop I have ever been to and will forever be a customer. I have recommended my family members to them and they also rave about the great service received. My bill came out to $3,200 to replace my engine and they even gave me a discount for referring my family. Keep up the great work IPH!

Don't do it. Find somewhere else to go! I came to these guys with brand new parts and a nice little Civic SI. I really really wish I didn't. Because I ended up leaving with a piece of trash for a vehicle

Great customer service and price! Had couple shops reject my car due to their scheduling issues, but the last shop sent me here. They installed lightweight pulleys (Crank and Water Pump) and phenolic intake manifold spacer on my car. The car is running good without issue. Will be back for more upgrades.

Just had some work done on my car by these guys and couldn't be happier!! I hadn't used their services in quite some time only because I didn't have a Honda or other import in my stable but I knew who to go to when I needed work done on my Prelude. I called them up to get an estimate and drop off day/time. I was running about an hour late and they didn't give me a hassle over it.When the work was completed the cost was as estimated, no mark-up and unnecessary add-on. The only increase was the additional parts and labor I requested and the obvious repairs they suggested which I was already aware of but planning to do at a later time because I thought they would be costly. Well, they gave me a fair price and I was able to get more repaired than I first thought. Also, informed me of things to keep an eye on for my particular car and future maintenance items. I left feeling like I was driving a new car!!These guys knocked it out of the park!!Would definitely recommend!!

Took my 7th Gen Accord here twice in 2 weeks to get different things done. These guys are awesome. They don't sugar coat anything. If it's worth get replaced they let you know snd then some. Very knowledgeable in Acura and Honda and everything in between. Big shout out the Ramsey and all the guys at Import Power House. I'll be back in the next week to get more upgrades!!! See you soon

This shop exceeded my expectations with great service at a very fair price and their knowledge on Honda's/Acura's is top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone. I have a 1990 Integra that went through extensive engine work and couldn't be happier with the work done from IPH!

This shop favors people they know. The good reviews that are 5 star are from their friends, anyone outside of that gets bad parts and dishonest work done to their cars.This shop has screwed me over $2,000 I paid to get my Honda rebuilt. Not even 50 miles driven on a brand new motor the engine blew. Skeptical as I was I began to tear apart the head and discover old pistons and other parts I had paid for plus labor that were clearly warn with excessive carbon build up. No way in hell that happiness in 50 miles.

Been going here since i was 15 and im 32 years old now ramsey and will are amazing mechanics and will continue going there probably for the rest of my life great place to get a car tuned or a simple modification great work done here

Friendly staff, You can trust them with your vehicle they will not sabotage your vehicle in order for you to visit again. Honest staff. Absolutely best services all around! Highly recommend these guys!!!!

I Took my Honda to import powerhouse to get the engine rebuilt. My total bill after-tax was $2,400. The same day that I pick my Honda up from import powerhouse my engine overheated and I blew a head gasket. Due to this event I was skeptical about the mechanical work performed at import powerhouse so I decided to disassemble the head of the motor and sure enough there were dirty pistons, old spark plugs and you could tell that The parts that I was charged for we're clearly not replaced. This business lied to me and made me pay for the work they did not do. This is very unfair. I have tried several times to contact them and tell them about the engine overheating and so on. I cannot get a phone call back and the mechanic seems to never be in the office
