Alex was referred to me by my mother in law and he was amazing. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. It's hard to come by people as personable as him and he made the experience as simple as can be from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend him to any of my friends and family and I'm thankful he was referred to me.

Iconic is my new go to for tires and service. I ordered tires from the Goodyear website Friday and my install appointment was Tuesday. Alex called me Saturday morning and was able to me back on the road on 90 minutes. Quick, clean, professional and friendly.

We have been taking our vehicles here for the last few months after getting bad service elsewhere. We have been super happy with Mike and Alex . They have helped us get an older vehicle whipped into shape and when my new truck had a flat, I brought it to them thinking that I probably needed a new tire but they fixed the tire and put the spare back on the underside of the truck for no charge. We feel that this is a garage that we can trust. Give them a call if you need a repair and I think you will be very happy with the outcome.

I had an appt for an oil change. Then still had to wait for 30 min after my appt. Then they tell you it takes 90 min for an oil change.. My time is valuable, 90 min is a long time to wait for an oil change..I also ask if they install tires as they are a tire store. They said "no, unless you buy them there." Surprised they don't as I bought from Tire Buyer & they have them listed as an installer.. I won't be back.. poor service and S a tire store, they should install tires.. don't you think?

Iconic Tire went out of its way to help me with a great price by fixing my front end of my Jeep. Thank you to Alex for the quality service and understanding of my situation and making this a great experience. I have no doubt I will be using their services again in the future.

I have been taking my 2 cars both 13 yrs old to Iconic for. Over 3 yrs and they keep Em running like new. Mike and Alex know my cars better than I do. GREAT service and reasonable prices. All the people I have been dealing with are like my good friends now. Can t beat the service or the prices.

Scheduled an oil change to try this location. All the work seems great, everyone was very polite and professional, and they did not try to upsell me on anything which is a big plus for me. The only downside is the website says it's 30 minutes for an oil change and when I scheduled an appointment over the phone I was told it could take up to 90 minutes but it ended up taking over 2.5 hours. I would love this location if it didn't take so long for an oil change even when you schedule an appointment.

We always get great service at a great price at Iconic. Alex has helped us for years and taken great care of us and our cars. They always handily beat the dealers prices on services and get the work done quickly.

Place is amazing!!! Called Alex and he got me in asap!! As for me I own a Autoglass company and can't sit around to long. He gave me a break on the price and they offer a lifetime warranty on alignments!!! Great customer service and well mannered!! Will definitely come back and give more business!!!! And the waiting room is super clean!!!!!

Staff was friendly. They had the tires I wanted shipped and installed the same day I asked. So far it appears the tires were installed well but I only have about 12 miles on them so far. I am happy with the service and the product!

A couple days ago, I got in the car with my daughter to take her to school when my car wouldn't start. It was obviously a battery issue but SUPER annoying. I called Iconic and Alex offered to help me get my car into the shop. I turned him down because I've used jumper cables numerous times and figured I'd be fine. I was wrong.My mom brought her car to me, I set everything up, and waited an hour for the "working" car to charge. Nothing happened. I called Alex back and he quickly sent Kyle to jump start my car. God bless Kyle. He got to my house in like 10 minutes.The price of the battery and labor was well-within normal range... I spent like $5 more for my last one. I happily went home after they completed the installation and 15 minutes later, my mom called me. Now HER car wouldn't start! UNBELIEVABLE.Luckily, she was at a store that was close to Iconic. Alex himself walked over to her and got her car back to the shop so they could install a new battery for HER.It was a LONG morning, but I feel very lucky that Iconic was there for us. They managed to get me AND my mom back on the road within a couple hours, and they definitely earned a couple of customers for LIFE! Alex (and Kyle and others at the shop) really went out of their way for us. Great people working there.

Great service from the phone call the day prior to service! Thoroughly inspected my car and reported back with details and answered any questions I had. They gave me options and worked with my personal schedule as well as theirs! I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you guys!

I went by iconic to take a look at some tires. Not only did I end up with tires for myself, my sons vehicle was serviced there as well. The service provided was excellent, I couldn t recommend anything else that would have made it a better experience.

I had a sound in my front suspension and they were unable to diagnose and fix the problem. They replaced something else that didn't address the problem. The part they replaced may have needed to be replaced but it didn't solve the problem. I was a bit disappointed especially after reading all of the reviews.

staff is polite and very accommodating they explained everything to me in terms i could understand. they even gave me a ride home and when my car was done, a ride back. will use their shop again and recommend them.

Mark was an outstanding customer service provider. He d taken care of my Prius V earlier this year and recommended replacement tires by about this time so I went back to Iconic. I went with his suggested tire set and have confidence it was a great choice.

I found Iconic on Google Maps and decided to try them out and I'm so glad I did! They were able to get me in quickly and had excellent service! Mike was professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. I truly felt like he advised me with my best interest in mind and treated my vehicle as if it was his own. I'll definitely be coming back

Tried for the first time on a coupon for oil change and tire rotation. During the work, they found my turbo hose was not connected. They connected the hose and voila. Turbo functioning again. Mike is a Marine veteran who treats customers with respect and is well mannered. 4 out of 5. 5 star ratings don't exist for me. Thanks Mike and Alex.

Stopped at Purcell Tire and Service Center in Ahwatukee, Az, address 3810 E. Ray Rd for an oil change.Met Tony at the counter. Spoke about an oil change for my vehicle with 111k on it, as well as other maintenance needs.Tony was more than helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and most of all honest.We decided on the High Mileage Synthetic.I left the vehicle mid day, Tony, said give us a couple hours and we'll get your vehicle serviced and give you a quote on the maintenance needed. Big plus, was the fact that he mentioned the bundle discounts and the, "Loyalty Program."Phone rings in 2 hours, like, "Clock." It is Ken the store manager. He goes over everything that, Tony, and I had discussed.Ken also was, friendly, helpful, and fore sighted. He made recommendations, priced the work, more than reasonable for the quality and personalized approach.I felt as if Ken was treating me like family, and offering the advice as if it were his own car. We talked about budgeting in all the preventive maintenance needed and reiterating the, "Loyalty Program."I'm making a follow up appointment for next week as we speak.These guys get it right, by the no pressure approach to preventative maintenance work at great prices.Purcell's Ahwatukee Store has the team, to give you peace of mind, when it comes to taking care of one of your greatest investments and necessities.Can't give these guys more higher praise and recommendations. You will be but glad you patronized.

They were able to replace all 4 tires with a same day appointment. Very straightforward experience and I wouldn t hesitate to use them again when the need arises.

Hello Iconic Tires I want to say thank you for fixing my truck. The only reason I won't give you a 5 star review it's because I had to pay the Uber from Phoenix to Maricopa back and forth after my truck broke down the day after I had picked it up to fix my ac belt , I was told to not drive the truck like that back to home in Maricopa but instead drive it to the closest location for the warranty on the parts and labor fron the previous day so thank you for that. But the extra $75 in Uber after paying almost $1k for the total service was a total inconvenience I also had to take a day off to go pick up my work truck today.

Fast and efficient. Got in work truck and discovered an inner tire flat! We checked various tire locations but none open yet. Iconic was our 3rd option due to distance. Open at 7:30 and took a chance to call at 7:15. They answered and said come on down, they will help as quickly as they can despite others having appointments. They helped us all and got us out and only an hour and half late for our appointments. It could've been far later so thank you for all you did!!! Truly appreciated!!!

As an Oil change reminder kept showing its face everytime I started my Lincoln, I knew it was time. For convenience sake, I stopped at Iconic Goodyear Tire & Service on Ray Rd. in Ahwatukee by my home to check them out. I was impressed by their customer service, workmanship, prices and honesty. They did a thorough check on my car & gave me a free tire rotation which was a bonus! I will definitely use this service again. :-)And I did use their service again on 12/22/23 for an oil change and headlight replacement. Same great service, thorough exam of my car with recommendations. Very polite & friendly technicians. It was a pleasant experience

The staff is polite and professional. They usually can fit me in same day. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Decent price. I would rather patronize them then a big box store.

I highly recommend your service done at Iconic, back their work up! As a woman, I am always a bit protective, so they put up with all my questions, also having any part replacement, keeping the old for me to see. Always nice to see "Alex "remains Manager, he is always friendly and helpful!Today, with my oil change, I had a wonderful honest caring young Man help me... "Kaleb Darrow" .
