Excellent referral from VA Service and the repair from a celebratory shot falling from the sky made my car roof look like nothing happened. They even advised me of the poor job my windshield replacement company, State of the Art Auto Glass, had done over the years. They used a yellow glue, which was scraped off and repaired by I-17 Collision who then recommended Safelite Auto Glass. I d give more stars but there are only five for this amazing experience with I-17 Collision. Thank you.

I can't say enough about the positive results I've had with I-17 Collision Repair. My first encounter with them came when I sustained extensive damage to my 2013 Mustang GT after a collision with some debris in the roadway in November 2016. Not only did the vehicle sustain front end body damage (which was repaired good as new by I-17 Collision Repair), but I also sustained severe mechanical damage to the vehicle's undercarriage. My mechanic (Curt's Auto Repair - who is also very reliable and does very good work) took care of the mechanical repairs. Being that the vehicle had to be shuttled back and forth between I-17 Collision Repair and Curt's Auto Repair multiple times to coordinate all the repairs, Josh Barron at I-17 coordinated all the necessary repairs between the two garages. During the month-long plus repair process, I got almost daily updates via phone or email form Josh regarding the progress. The work they did on my baby was flawless, and they took extra care and paid extreme attention to detail knowing how much this vehicle means to me.I had to return to I-17 Collision Repair twice since for some additional minor repairs after the vehicle was broken into and the paint on the passenger's side door was scratched when the broken window glass fell onto it. Again, they were very meticulous with this repair.Finally, most recently, I had I-17 Collision Repair remove and replace the black vinyl racing stripes on my Mustang, because the original stripes had become faded and worn. The did a great job and the car looks brand new again!I would highly recommend I-17 Collision Repair without reservation for any body work/paint you may be in need of. Their attention to detail and great communication, along with reasonable prices gives me great peace of mind knowing I have a reliable body shop should I need one again. Josh Barron is the best!

Profesional and great service. Mercury insurance referred me to them. The people on my case gave the best customer service I could've asked for with my situation. My catalytic converter was stolen and this place made the experience less horrible. I was updated often on the status of a replacement catalytic. The people helping me were always in communication with me via email or phone. They finished my car ahead of time and I just couldn't be happier with my experience here. Thank you to the staff! I definitely recommend them for your vehicle needs.

This is very easy to review. I pulled up to this business, auto body repair shop. There were no cars in their parking lot. When I walked in there was no one in the waiting room. About 20 seconds later a man comes out and asks me how he can I help me. I said I need to get a quote to repair my car. He says to me "you need to make an appointment for a quote". I said "there is no one here, no cars in your parking area outside and no people in the waiting area so I said it would be helpful to me to get it done". He says "sorry, you need to make an appt."

They are good people that take the time to understand your problems. They also do a great job working on your vehicle. Great costumer service. You can trust them when you have them working on your vehicle. Great job.

I've had only the best experiences with I-17 Collision. They're patient, understanding and went out of their way to ensure a smooth transaction from damaged car to fixed and beautiful car. My insurance company was dragging their feet to get my repairs authorized and my rental thru Enterprise was running out. These guys stepped it up and provided me a loaner free of charge until my car was completed. Who does that!? These guys do! Xavier, Josh, Rosy and anyone else I forgot to mention. You all rock! I-17 Collision repair made what I was expecting to be a stressful experience so easy and enjoyable as it could be! They were extremely nice and very clear from day 1 about everything to expect and how long it would take. They constantly sent updates about my car and where they were at in the process. My rental car company had given away my reservation and Rosie called so many places to get me into a rental and finally got me connected with a place that could give me one. I was seriously so beyond impressed with this shop on every level. On top of them being easy to work with, they did SUCH a good job with my difficult car repair (it had a lot of damage). I would recommend them to anyone and in the future will definitely use them if needed!

My car was towed to this shop. They kept me informed every step of the way, worked well with my insurance adjustor and were very friendly and easy to work with. I am very pleased with the end result of my repairs. The car looks awesome and they finished a few days earlier than projected. I would definitely use them again. Quality work, timely and professional. I definitely trust them.

BEYOND expectations! This place had the best communication with me-from immediately reaching out after the estimate, to helping me get it set up with my insurance, to writing me the entire time my car was in for repair with updates. They earned my business. It was even ready earlier than expected. I cannot say enough of what a difference their communication made, especially in comparison to the other 4 shops I contacted, that really didn't seem to care if they got my business or not. My car looked brand new when I got it. Shout out to Rosy, Josh, and Ryan Wardle for doing an exceptional job at getting the best service I could possibly ask for! I HIGHLY recommend I17 Collision.

I've known both Kevin and Xavier (I-17)on a personal level and on a business level for more than 15+ years and they continue to deliver great service. Had to take my wife's car to them because she was rear ended last week. They took care of the repair process and handled all the insurance communication for us. Best part about it was the repair process was done in 3 days and now my wife's car looks new!! I highly recommend this shop for all your body shop needs!!! Thank you to the entire I-17 staff for delivering service once again!!!

Man, these guys knocked it out of the park. I have black paint and they matched custom fiberglass work on a roll pan on my truck. I have never had my paint look this good! They buffed the whole truck when they removed my wrap. The funny part is, I had it done by a professional detailer just before the wrap went on. Didn t look even close to this good. I asked them to replace my custom headlights due to the dimness and Kevin recommended a polish before we replace. He easily saved me 700 on that suggestion alone! Integrity, timeliness, quality of work, and honesty. What more could you ask for with a body shop?! If you want it done RIGHT, the first time, call Kevin and the guys at i17!

Excellent experience from start to finish! No one ever wants to have to go to a body shop; it's stressful, it can be expensive, and you have to figure out the time to get your car in, usually during a work day. Everyone at I-17 Collision was incredibly helpful and super fast at getting my car in for repair and back out on the street in just a couple of days. They gave me a better estimate than any other shop in the area, and certainly better than the dealership itself. Not only that, they also had their experts re-examine the car just before starting the work and found a better way to repair that ended up saving me even more money. Fantastic service for a fantastic price, and I could not be happier! Not only that, but they drove me home when I dropped the car off, and picked me back up to get it when it was finished!

Just picked up my '11 Sonata and was very pleased with the quality of work. It started with the estimate coming in $900 less than Phoenix Body Works (a Mark Salem referred shop). PBW said they could "probably" fix the damage, but if they had to replace the rear quarter panel it would be "about" $1200 more! After speaking with Josh at I-17 Collision, he was quite confident there was no need to "replace" any parts. They even offered to pick up my car in Surprise (40 mins away) and deliver it back to me free of charge. I took them up on the pickup and not only were they on time, but the two young men were completely courteous and polite. Off it went to the shop. At the end of the first day I received a courtesy call from Daniel letting me know the rear door was off and repairs had begun. Nice touch! 3 days later I received a second courtesy call from Rosie letting me know the car was on schedule to finish on the original estimated date. She called again the next morning to tell me the car was done, and offered to have it delivered back out in Surprise. I decided to pick it up myself in case there was any issues. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but one of the managers did a walk around before I left and went over, in detail, the lifetime warranty and wash/wax instructions for the next 30 days. I've read some negative reviews and all I can tell you is that my personal experience was fantastic from the initial estimate to pickup. I highly recommend this Bumper to Bumper Radio referral.UPDATE: After about 6 months, I noticed the right side rocker panel "appeared" to be coming loose, same area they worked on in December. I called Rosie and she set me up to have it looked at since it was still under warranty. Low and behold I met with the owner, Kevin Rowe, and he had his guys take a quick look. Long story short, the panel itself was permanently warped from being heated during the first fix (and not really that noticeable), so he offered to replace the entire panel, paint and all, for no charge. I was somewhat taken back by the generous offer but he insisted on making it right. Two weeks later I received a call from him personally letting me know it was time to bring the car in. I made an early morning appointment for the following week and in less than an hour I was back on the road. Kevin is a stand up guy and is willing to do whatever necessary to make the customer happy (within reason, I'm sure). And I know, because he did it for me without any insistence on my part. Hopefully I'll never need his service again, but if I do, I'll be back!Service: Body & Trim

After driving over a big debris on the highway my car was damaged. I drove the same day to I-17 Collision and got an estimate within 2 hours.I could give that to my insurance. In the meanwhile the parts of my car that had to be replaced were already ordered. Within a few days my car was perfectly repaired!The communication was just great! I received messages informing me how the repair was progressing.My car looks as new and shiny as I bought it. Love it!

Recently I was rear ended on I-17. I had been to I-17 Collision and Repair before when an earlier vehicle had been damaged and had been very satisfied then with their service.This time I was blown away by how they took care of me. From the front office to the Owner Kevin, I was treated with the utmost care and concern.As I discussed the collision with Kevin and he reviewed the damage, Rosie was on the phone arranging for my pickup by Lift to take me to the rental car location for my rental car. I didn't even know she was doing this. In no time at all I was on my way and they were already obtaining the parts needed for my repair.Although my repair was relatively minor, thank The Lord, I was treated as though I was spending a million dollars. Their work was professional, flawless and quick. I had my vehicle back in two days looking as though it had never been damaged.Thanks to Kevin and his skilled and considerate staff for a great experience.I cannot recommend them enough!!Don Williams

I have been wanting to rate my experience but seem to always forget so this is definitely way overdue.I had my car fixed at i17 Collision back in October. After getting a few estimates I decided to go here. They handled everything with my insurance and made the whole process very simple for me and my wife. I also got my car faster than what was originally said so that was awesome! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and if i ever do have to take my cars to get fixed again (hopefully not) I will go back to this shop!

I was rear ended about a month and a half ago and I-17 Collision Repair really took care of me and my vehicle. Very professional, went over and beyond to ensure I had reliable transportation while my vehicle was being repaired and the turnaround was amazing! What a great business this is. I was referred to this shop by my mechanic after getting some damage on my Mazda CX-5. Because of the metallic paint I was worried the repair would be noticeable. But, when I got my car there wasn't any sign of the damage that occurred. It was perfect. Xavier and the staff of I-17 Collision repair did a fantastic job, were courteous, and efficient. They also stand by their work with a lifetime warranty. I highly recommend them to anyone needing body work on their vehicle.

I had my 2017 Toyota RAV 4 repaired at I-17 Collision after being involved in a bad car accident and I was not at fault. I am very pleased with the professionalism and personable approach from the entire staff at I-17 Collision. Additionally, they handled everything with my insurance company which made the process extremely easy for me. I was informed every step of the way and they delivered their promise that my car will look as I just bought it from the dealership. My car does look as before the accident and I highly recommend I-17 Collision to everyone who needs first class repairs. Quality work combined with exceptional service in a timely manner is what we all need when it comes to our transportation. They earned my trust and I also have referred them to my friends and family.

I can't put into words how grateful I am for the services I received at Collision Repairs ! Rosa at the front desk was very well mannered and attentive whenever I called or came in. Josh almost left me in tears when I went to pick up my car. It looked brand new! He also exceeded his duties and took care of my AC AND side view mirror without me having to ask and free of charge ! FANTASTIC referral from Matt Allen of both Virginia Auto Service and Import Car Specialists (great car shops). From scheduling the appointment at I-17 Collision Repair, to discussing the work needing to be fixed (perfect recommendations), to receiving update text messages, and all completed on time...the service was FANTASTIC! Kevin, the owner, explained everything needed and why, gave suggestions and options of choice...very fair with outcome of fixes and pricing. I took my car to I-17 Collision on the recommendation of my mechanic because my car had been keyed. I was not disappointed. From the moment I arrived for an estimate, right up to the day I picked up my repaired car, it was an absolute pleasure working with the staff at I-17 Collision. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough in explaining the process, courteous, personable, and fairly priced. I got phone call updates from them during the repair process and the work was completed exactly when promised. BTW, their customer waiting area is also nicer than some doctor's offices I've been in. In today's world when everyone's got the same product to sell, only one thing separates the best from the rest, and that's customer service. It's obvious the staff at I-17 Collision loves what they do!

I-17 Collision Repair came highly recommended, and I would have loved to see their work. Unfortunately, I spent 3 weeks trying to schedule an appointment after receiving an estimate. I needed a loaner when dropping off my car and had an appointment rescheduled three times. I was never informed of the reschedules, and wasted an hour driving to the shop and back because they "forgot to call me."

This team really went above and beyond for me. They stayed in communication with me throughout my repairs, did an amazing job on my repairs and when I came to pick my vehicle up the owner himself was washing my beat up van and vacuuming it out. I feel like crying with appreciation from their excellent care and service. As a single mother of 4, my vehicle makes our lives function and these guys here understand and treat you and your vehicle with respect. Thank you I-17 Collision! THANK YOU!

Was looking to outsource a frame shop for mechanical repairs my auto shop had completed. Kevin looked at the vehicle and advised just alignment and said it would be a waste of money and resources to put it on the rack because there was no damage to the frame. He not only was honest and fair but amazing customer service. He referred me to another shop that has the same values as they do. Would highly recommend to anyone needed collision repair.

My car looks amazing. My driver side was swiped by a bus and 5 days later my car is back to looking brand new. They were very responsive and talked me through every step of the way. Worked well with the insurance company so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. All of the staff were kind and treated me extremely well.

A year and a half after they completed the repair when my former (yay!) neighbor hit my parked car, I ran into a couple of minor problems. One of them may not even have been their doing, but they got me in right away and fixed both issues super quickly and at no charge. I was equally satisfied with the initial repair, and great customer service.

These guys do excellent work at a fair price. My auto body work always comes out looking as good as brand new. They're always on time, and their staff is polite and accommodating. Three cheers and two thumbs up for Kevin Rowe and I-17 Collision!
