A complete rip off. Daughter is a grand canyon university student and took her car there for a coolent leak. He replaced water pump and took her money. A day later car stopped running due to overheating problems and discovered the radiator was cracked. Go there at your own risk. Towed to Jake's auto.This is the place to go. He provided pictures as proof and it wasn't a recent crack.. unbelievable.

Affordable and reliable repairs. Johnny is the man. Just understand they don't always pick up the phone but your car is still in good hands.

Very bad mechanic. He stole my money. I took my car to fix it worked for a day the second day it stopped working again I went to the shop and the owners son kept telling me to go back because his dad was on vacation I kept going and going and now he wants to charge me $700 because I let too much time pass the owner and son were laughing at me and said to find another mechanic. Very UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE DONT GO HERE!!!

These mechanics are absolutely amazing! not only are they clearly brilliant car men, finding the unfindable, fixing the unfixable, it's like being at the car whisper! Nothing they can't seem to figure out and absolutely everything is the highest quality work with a wonderful sincerest SMILES. Sometimes you will stop in and they will just fix something and send you on your way, NO CHARGE .... where do you find THAT!? These guys treat everybody like family I would recommend this family run family owned auto shop to everyone on the planet. Thank you so much you guys are amazing keep up the good work!

This has been the only Auto repair shop I take my Vehicle to for the past year. The owner Johnny not only takes the time to explain to me what needs to be done and why he needs to do it. Prices are excellent and Service is speedy. Plus, they always make sure if I am on my way and the shop is closing that someone sticks around and waits!!! Being a woman going to an all male shop I was scared of getting over charged or told I needed unnecessary fixes. I can say they have been nothing but honest and upfront with everything they have done with my vehicle. In fact, not only I but my whole family goes to this shop when we need repairs. Best thing is they warranty everything they touch for 2 years :)

THANK YOU Herrera's Auto Repair for being the GO TO family for my ENTIRE family's vehicles! MY MOM, DAD, UNCLES, and best friends included, EVERYONE I have told about these guys has been VERY happy!Knowing how we all know that loyalty to a GREAT mechanic is like loyalty to your Barber, when you know they are amazing and fantastic you never leave, so it's a pretty big deal that everyone has switched over to herrera's auto repair! Again thanks guys for everything.Small family run, amazingly HONEST in their word and work, and are very reasonable in their prices and you get the job done right! no matter if it's Engine, Air condition, frame or body related. Car Truck or Motorcycle, Everyday driver to Classic to Custom, they've always got it covered and with a smile! THE BEST! Any car, any make, any year, any issue, any question, any modification, ANYTHING you want done, they are fantastic and beyond knowledgeable.Everyone at herrera's auto repair is always kind and treat you like family,probably because they are family owned and family run. I notice they are always smiling too!!we have taking vehicles to these guys that nobody else can figure out and you walk in and tell them what's going on and they tell you right away or they have it figured out and fixed, when other mechanics are telling you it can't be fixed or it has to be replaced or it's going to cost you multiple thousands to tens of thousands of dollars

About a year ago, I had a screeching serpentine belt and changed it along with the belt tensioner. It didn't help but after replacing everything I realized the belt was out of place so i realized one of the parts the belt wrapped around was bad. That's when i brought it to this place and I was surprised with the ignorant answer one of the workers gave me. After inspecting the car for a while, apparently the issue was that I had purchased a cheap Auto Zone brand belt. He offered to replace it with a better brand to fix the issue. I didn't even mention the belt being misaligned because I was immediately ready to go. It ended up being the crankshaft pulley that was ready to pop out. Other than an oil change or brake job, these people shouldn't be trusted with anything.

these guys are really good , they wont rip you off and very trust worthy . fair prices, and extremely knowledgable troubleshooting issues ! They get the work done in very timely manner!!the parking lot is very crowded , probley because everyone takes there cars here to get worked on,!!!HIGHLY Recommend these guys
