Amber has been amazing. Absolutely the best place to bring your car for any body work, mechanical issues, really just about anything. They ll get it done and put your best interest as a priority. They work really well with insurance adjusters too!!!!

Once again, Helping Hand Auto saved us. Our alternator went out on our car, and they took care of everything right before Christmas, too. That alone was amazing. They are always nice and explain everything. They will always be our go to mechanics.

I got into an accident in I-17, just over a hour away from their shop. Amber quickly reached out to Hollywood Towing company to help. I was with my 11yr old, Amber carefully made this decision based on this fact and my experience was wonderful! They are communicating with my insurance company to help push this process along. So happy I called them!

I had a great experience and would hands down recommend this place above any other place in the area, All work done in a timely manner The mechanic who worked on my car came out to tell me before and after they did the work, and the most important thing for me is that they are 100% honest.I highly recommend them !!!

Joey, Ashley and the team were friendly, professional, and got my car in immediately to be checked out. Ashley was very responsive and kept me in the loop of exactly what was going on with my vehicle. The mechanics were able to diagnose my car's recalled engine immediately. These guys are honest and very trustworthy. Love the experience I get when coming to Helping Hand Auto! They have fixed my AC, done multiple oil changes, and replaced my alternator! Lupe and Bill always are very professional and make sure they let me see my car on the lift prior to any repairs being done. They take the time to educate me on what needs to be done and why! Been taking my cars to Helping Hand for years and for good reason. Awesome staff, great service, fair prices and they stand behind their work. I've been coming here for a little over two years now. Honestly, I should replace the car by now, but they somehow always pull it back out of the grave. Lupe is always doing his best to save me money and get the car back on the road. I've had all sorts of repairs done here, from a used AC compressor, engine leaks and rekeying the ignition. I was referred by a friend to try out this shop around the first of the year in 2015, and it's been the the only automotive repair shop I have or will ever take any vehicle I own to here in the valley. They provide honest vehicle maintenance and repair without pushing unnecessary services, or making up some bogus problem you just have to have fixed. Straight to the point resolve the issue car care with the best attention to quality work I've ever seen in a shop. If you try them out once you'll be a customer for life!

I normally do repairs myself but I needed a lot of work done on the front suspension system and steering and I just didn t have the time. They did a great job - no more squeaks - the ride was better and most importantly they actually charged slightly less than they estimated which was better than the usual I have experienced elsewhere! Finding an honest mechanic today is a major accomplishment just in itself, but finding an honest, trustworthy, reliable mechanic that also does on point accurate repairs...practically non-existent, but one does exist! Helping Hands Automotive & Marine Repair is THE shop for all your automotive repairs & maintenance! This has got to be THE BEST auto mechanic in the valley...friendly staff, qualified technicians, reasonable rates, & repairs you know that are done right the first time with the piece of mind that the parts used on your car or truck meet or surpass OEM recommended equipment. I've been going here for anything I might need done since 2015 and will not go anywhere else! Everything I've ever had done here has been done with precision diagnosis getting the job done right everytime. I've never been surprised by what service has been performed, and they always will give you a heads up if anything extra comes up along the way so you know what to expect with no surprises to you or your wallet. It's obvious staff here take pride on what they do, your car will know it and once you're behind the wheel you'll really know it! There's been a few times I've walked away from other auto shops with issues unresolved, incomplete repairs, or taken to the cleaners, but I've never had this feeling or problem with Helping Hands. If you're not going here, you're not getting the best, try em once and you'll be convinced! The guys & gals here are too good to keep a secret! I'd highly recommend the guys at Helping Hand! I just broke 100k miles with my truck and want to get another 100k out of it. I took my truck to Helping Hand and told them this and asked what their recommendation was for an overhaul and tune up. Joe took a lot of time to thoroughly ispect my vehicle and note and mention anything that looked like it needed maintenance repair. He put together a list of all of his recommendations and prioritized them for me telling me what was really important to do now and what could wait a little bit if cost was a concern. They gave me such a fair price on the whole package I decided to have them do everything. I've had my truck back now for a couple of months and couldn't be happier with the way that it runs. They even checked in with me a couple weeks later just to make sure everything was working out okay. I'd definitely recommed this shop to anyone looking for a straightforward and honest mechanic, sometimes hard to find. They know what they are doing and they will give you a fair price and assessment. Thanks guys, great job!

By far the best place to get any of your auto needs addressed. Not only are the employees at helping auto knowledgeable, they are fair and will go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy with their services. I have been to a lot of mechanics and i will never again take it any where but helping hand. My experience with helping hand was definitely a 15 on a scale of 1-10. Thanks to all the guys at helping hand that fixed my car you guys are awesome and greatly appreciated

Hands down the most honest mechanic I found in Phoenix! I was shopping around for an air injector pump and valve for my Tacoma for a long time, and Joey and his team were able to do the work in a good time frame at the most honest and fair price that I've seen. He doesn't try to nickel and dime, nor does he tack on additional repairs when not necessary. Would definitely recommend anyone to stop by if they need any sort of work done on their vehicle

We took the wife's car in to get checked out because it was having issues starting and some of the AC actuators under the dash have been clicking for a few years. We were scheduled to be on our way out of town for a memorial in a few hours from when we dropped the car off so our time was limited. Janelle checked us in quickly, courteously, and professionally. I asked to be called with a price before the work took place and Janelle made sure to call me before Lupe began the work with different options to ensure we stuck within my family's budget. Lupe even called me to let me know of another actuator that was out promising that the extra work could be completed in line with my family's tight schedule and budget. Unfortunately, one of the actuators that was ordered came with a faulty motor but Lupe did right by making sure the settings were set for cool air flow and left the actuator unplugged so we did not have to deal with that annoying clicking noise on our road trip to Cali. I have had other mechanics do half of the work while I paid full price and not be honest about it leaving me to find out about it later so I really appreciate Lupe keeping it . We will be bringing our car back to finish the replacement of the actuators. If you are looking for an honest mechanic shop, with fair prices, that work with integrity then I recommend Helping Hand Auto and Marine.

Helping Hand Auto provides such trustworthy, fair, and great repair service. The owner Joey is super nice and works with you to do what needs to be done to get your car up and running again. This small business really earns its name as they truly believe in helping their customers. Joey and Lupe and the other mechanics really know their way in and out of an engine like nobody s business! I highly recommend Helping Hand Auto!

Provides honesty that you don't get from other shops. I recently paid cash for a 08 Acura MDX from a kind of shady/ private / probably an unlicensed dealer. (I know... I know...) After a few days I noticed it shifts hard while changing through P, R, N, D... My immediate thought was that, I just bought a car with a bad transmission.Someone referred me to Joey at Helping Hands auto and I am so happy that I went there first! They gave me a thorough explanation on what was wrong with the MDX and the two techs I spoke to were so nice and even showed me which parts needed to be replaced and why...Turns out I needed motor mounts and a few other things that were expected when buying a 12 year old car.Oh and the lady (forgot her name) at the service desk, was really nice and helpful as well! She made up an invoice of everything needed and how much it would cost, (including labor)...All around I just got really good vibes from this shop!

This shop is awesome! They have taken care of me every time I have ever came in for something. Whether it be them taking the intake manifold off or just tightening a bolt, always took care of me in a satisfactory manor. Definitely recommend these guys.

This is by far the only place I trust to work on my car. Great pricing, fantastic work, and outstanding customer service!! Lupe never failed to call me to keep me in the loop of what was going on. If I could I'd give them 10 stars. Highly recommend them. Go no where else!!

I'm new to this place and they are honest. Brought my sons mustang in for a 2nd opinion after another shop said I needed a head gasket. Helping Hand found a leaking freeze plug and now the mustang is good as new for a fraction of the cost I would have paid the other guys!

Took car in for issues with motor stalling. They did not fix the issues but charged me $900 for an unrelated "issue" that they told me happened "after I brought it in". I refused to pay and they are holding the car.

Helping Hand Auto Care is the best auto repair service I have ever used for my auto repair needs. Mr Landin did an outstanding job explaining what needed to be done in a way I was able to understand. The service techs were very informative, taking time to review additional service needs. I was given a loaner car while the work was performed ...and my car was delivered to my office when it was completed. Will I return to Helping Hand for future auto repair needs...ABSOLUTElY! Called to see what they would charge me to just put my transmission back together because I couldn't figure it out and the dimwit who answered and said they wouldn't be interested, what does that even mean? So a mechanic shop that does transmission and engine work that's open to the public is denying work to a paying customer? Lotta help this place was. Good thing the guys across the street at Hahn's automotive aren't scared to take in work.
