I came here for a oil check on my transmission, the guy wanted to charge $85 to stick a dipstick in. He also wanted to sell me the dipstick for $250 for a $11 dipstick! BewareAdding a edit to your reply-Please do not try to put that on me! I asked to check the fluid, i never asked for you to diagnose anything!

Dropped off at the shop when they opened at 8am to confirm diagnostic data and repair as needed after discussing issues with the owner on the phone a day earlier. Waited until noon the following day before calling to inquire about my vehicle. 28 hours passed, Did not receive one phone call, text message, voicemail, email.

I wish I could do more than write a 5 star review for Harold's, for their honest business and ethics. I had been trying to get my Cadillac DTS fixed for months and getting the run around until Harold's diagnosed it. He diagnosed free of charge and recommended an auto electrical shop to do the work needed. I found a cheaper place (Curt's) to look at the electrical issues Harold told me about. I was given a step ONE (Ha) diagnosis of $1,300 estimate by Curt's and told it was an evap leak, hole in the top of my fuel tank and some other issue I can't even remember. I paid Curt's for the diagnosis becauseI had no choice and picked up my car. Then took it straight to Lefty's like Harold's first recommended. Lefty's said my engine was sitting too low potentially causing a fire due to the wiring that was dangerously against other parts. I had my engine replaced months ago by Adrian'and that's another story..Harold's and Lefty's restored my faith in mechanic shops. I am so grateful to Harold's, may God bless his business and family.Service: Transmission

Bought a used vehicle without checking with a mechanic...starts to leak transmission fluids. Big O says it might be the axel seals...over 600 bucks to fix, no. AAMCO says it is the axel seals after 4 hours plus 200 diagnostic fees...over 1000 to fix it, no. Brought it to the friendly neighborhood mechanic, replaced the seals for 350. Still leaking! Went to Harold's, and he found the source of the leak, a broken plug, fluids filled. Cost? 120 bucks!He doesn't have the fancy buildings and nice location, but he knows what he is doing! I highly recommend him. All my future automotive needs will pass through Harold's first.Thank you so much for relieving a major concern of mine.

Rafael fixed my transmission leak for a very good price. It was far less than what i was expecting to pay. Great work as well. Still don't have a problem with my transmission. Been a couple weeks and my car is riding smooth. With no leaks.I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Yesterday you replaced the fuel injector line on my 2000 Concorde and I just took it for a joyride. The old beast holds 90 mph on the freeway with A/C on, no problem. THANKS AGAIN for fixing the fuel delivery issue in this hot weather. Excellent service as always. See ya next time. WORST EXPERIENCE I VE EVER HAD!Dropped my truck off for a MONTH. And the transmission is still not working properly. I then brought the truck back and the mechanic/owner told me my truck was fine.He told me to drive him around the block to show him and I got in and he immediately started yelling at me saying my truck has no issues.I left the truck there overnight and now the company has cut off their phone lines.This is the most unprofessional I ve ever seen someone in customer service act.This business had good owners years ago but now it is a horrible place to bring your vehicle.DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.Service: Transmission

I bought an old Chrysler in great shape from original owner. I took it over to Harold's today for new plugs, hoses, radiator flush, etc. Rafael serviced the trans. a couple months back and I was very happy with their work, so much so, that I gave him payment in advance today in case he needed to buy any unexpected parts. Very good and trustworthy service.

Took my car in because it had an oil leak. Rafael told me it'd be an easy fix and he could get me in next day. He fixed the problem in a reasonable time and even did an oil change all for a price I couldn't beat. My car is running beautiful now that's she's all fixed and we were able to take her on a road trip to NM. Thank you Gomez family for your help with my vehicle!

I am a person that is very big on reviews. In the past couple of months we've had problems with transmission fluid leaking out of our vehicle we have a 2007 Chevy Impala. So I went online and I was trying to find mechanics that had good reviews. Couldn't find anyone that had good reviews. I ran across Harold's auto shop and it turns out these reviews were spectacular. So at this time it is Christmas holiday and I was worried that we were going to get hit with a big Bill and I wasn't going to be able to make my Christmas dinner. My husband pulled into the garage. I told the mechanic what our issue was with the car and he immediately got under the car, the gentleman's name was Raphael He came out from under the car and told us that it was a leaky transmission line. he gave us a very small quote and I think I stood there with my mouth hanging open because I couldn't believe how cost-effective this was for us. And we agreed to let him work on the car and he finished like under 25 minutes. He was very efficient kind and professional. In the middle of all of this my husband needed to use the restroom and they graciously offered him their restroom. He fixed immediately for such a low price.I witnessed a Christmas miracle today and I am greatly appreciative to the work Raphael did along with his son. His son's name was Benjamin. So who ever needs any work done on their vehicle I highly recommend Harold's transmission shop. They basically do everything not just transmissions.Happy holidays to everyone and thank you for reading my post

I had Harold's Sons Transmissions replace the transmission in my 98 Isuzu NPR (box truck for work). Their price was significantly cheaper than other quotes I received from other companies and there work was done timely and professionally. The facility itself is a bit ragged, but that is sort of what you get on this side of town.I was very happy with the results and was also very happy that they were able to get the job done within the time frame they told me they would.I would definitely recommend Harold's Sons Transmissions to anyone looking to get a transmission installation/rebuild. If necessary I will certainly use their services in the future.

Harold s Transmission has been nothing but kind, swift, and fair to me. Almost anything you need done to your car, they can handle. They work around the clock and provide totally reasonably priced service. I bring my car from Arcadia/ Biltmore down here because it s worth the trip.

Raphael is very good he replace the transmission in engine mounts in did my sparks plugs and what I liked about him is he kept it real with me about my doge journey and o need an oil change now I will be up there again this weekend thanks again for helping me out on my car other ppl tried to just get me for Judy my money but he didn t I will be always coming back to this place

Harold and sons rebuild my caravan tranmission at 150k milles... long time ago..with 350k now Caravan has been sold to the junk yard. (Bad engine but tranmission still working)Those guys rebuild tranmission and lasted over 200k milles!!! And running.Maybe some lucky guy took the tranmission away and still running somewhere on the around the Valley?

awesome. Needed a transmission and clutch and Harold was hundreds cheaper than any other quotes and took care of towing from Chandler. Hope I never need to use him again, but if i need a transmission, i'll be there.
