Thad and the team at Grease Monkey made the oil change process extremely quick, easy and comfortable. He informed me I was due for a new engine air filter and cabin air filter. Both were replaced in the same visit at a reasonable price. I will certainly come back or outstanding care, pricing and customer service!

Thad s team is great. They are very honest and don t try to do work that doesn t need to be done. I trust Grease Monkey and so grateful we found them. Been going here for quite some time. You know it s good service when I drive 45 mins one way to come here

Thanks to Thad and the crew at the Grease Monkey on Bell for making my first AZ automotive experience a good one! I've had the same mechanic for about 30 years (a family owned & operated shop in WA), and the thought of going somewhere else petrified me. I really needed an oil change and tire rotation and chose Grease Monkey on Bell based on Google & Yelp reviews.I was greeted right away, explained what my needs were, and Thad did his best to reassure me that I would be well taken care of, they would show me all parts before replacing, and would not try to upsell me. He also said they have bays in back with mechanics to do other work when I need it.I did need a few other things (rear brake light, wiper blades, cabin filter) and each time someone came in to get my approval. I had no idea my wiper blades would shred in the heat! If it's raining, I'm more likely to be standing outside letting it hit me in the face than going for a drive.They were very patient in getting me every discount they could. Coupon codes from the website AND a senior discount!In and out in less than an hour.The website did mention a carwash, which they don't have at this location, but that was not a deal breaker at all.I highly recommend this location and will definitely go back when I need anything else done.

I am so surprised and impressed by this team! They worked quickly, explained everything they were doing to my car to me, and didn't try to charge me for anything I didn't need. They were honest, friendly, and knowledgable. I'll be going back!

This place is a rip off they will drop your air filter on the ground and tell you it's dirty and you need a new one. They'll try and sell you a oil drain plug when you don't need one. Be careful!!

First time coming here. These guys are great! Oil change within 15 minutes. Checked my other fluids and cleaned my windshield. Super nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

I used to come here for every oil change I needed done for over 3 years then moved away. Came back in while I was in town and was reminded why I always came back! This is rare for me, but I have an unfortunate negative experience to share. I took my 2016 vehicle into Grease Monkey last week. I highly regret going there, as going there has now led to me needing to replace a damaged oil pan at a cost including labor of almost $1900, with Grease Monkey accepting zero responsibility for causing the damage. The vehicle had had no problems prior, and was just needing a standard periodic oil change. Grease Monkey has claimed, in order to avoid responsibility, that the previous place that did the oil change must have caused the damage. They refuse to accept any responsibility, and as a result I have no choice but to share this extremely negative experience. They claim, even in their response to this review, that they "discovered" the problem without having done any work. This is impossible given by then they HAD done work which caused the damage. If you want the risk of an oil change place causing expensive damage to your car without admitting to any responsibility for it, and instead blaming prior mechanics with zero proof of prior damage, feel free to take your car here. As for myself, I will not be a Grease Monkey customer ever again.Service: Oil change

My go to shop, they are always honest and no sales pitches, if you need something done they show you why and explain how long you have until it becomes an issue. Staff is friendly and personable. You can tell they love their work and appreciate their customers. This is a true mechanic shop unlike most shops that have turned into a game of how much money they can milk out of you in one service. These employees want to get you in and out and driving away safely. This shop is the best lube shop in Phoenix. Always honest and real with me. They are down to earth and fast. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else. So happy I found Thad and his top notch crew.

Went in today and just left, I went by myself with my 3 yr and 2 yr old. Let me say these guys are the definition of fast! Got an oil change done in less than 30min and the wait was small too. Prices are decent and around average to other places. They even wiped my windows from the outside and checked and added air to my tires, staff was friendly too. I really think these guys run a great place and service is definitely one of the good ones. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a good place. I'll be coming here everytime that's for sure!

The food was amazing. The servers we're all warring masks, and still managed to be sweet and full of sunshine. YES, they are following social distancing protocols! My best friend and I, enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you girls.

Wonderful service! My daughter had just bought a 2007 Prius and needed a oil change so we searched around for the best reviews and found Grease Monkeys. It was a bit further from where we usually go but it was worth a shot and there was no regret at all! Not only were the guys super helpful they were able to change out the back windshield wipers and the air filter that was pretty filthy. The total service took about 20 minutes and there were three guys working on the car, I loved that they were super thorough and they even did an inspection of my vehicle as well as checked and put air in my tires. I will definitely be back!

They get it done quick and don t try to upswell you. My bf took my car to a bigger known company and they tried to upswell him on new wipers and a filter. Both were less than a year old. This place it great and doesn t try those shenanigans. Only suggests if you truly need it. Fair price

I needed my fluids checked and topped off. As a woman, my experience has often been upsells and flat-out fabrications of "necessary" services needed.Not here. Speaking with Thad I felt as though a caring family member was clearly recommending what my car needed to function better.What I asked for was done. And I received a fair estimate to consider.For once I didn't walk out with anxiety! LOLThanks Thad

Fast, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable. These guys are great. At 4 pm on a Tuesday I came to get my oil changed here and I didn't have to wait for more than 3 min before they had my car getting worked on.They checked my tire pressure, checked my filters, and refilled my fluids. They gave me a short diagnosis; but did not pester me on services I didn't request. I recommend this place to anyone who's needing a quick service.

I had an appointment to check my AC I had my kids with me and they just told me to wait inside they never started my car or checked it I was waiting 30 mins another customer comes and they worked on her car right away also came inside and told her what her deal was with her car and everything. Nobody came in and asked or told me anything not even started on my car.I been there once for an oil change and my experience was completely different and the guy who helped me was nice and quick to let me know something the wait time the work and all and there was less employees that day. Today there was more men there and there was literally no other customers when I got there. And when I left there was 2 cars parked being worked on already while mine was still in the parking lot waiting so I asked for my keys and they didn't even really care to lose a customer. Just not good customer service at all. They really made me feel some type of way.

I pulled into the parking lot and was met, not greeted, by a tech who works there. He took my work truck into the bay and pulled it out of the bay when they were done. In just those few short moments that he operated my vehicle, he left a potent aroma of marijuana inside the vehicle. Needless to say, it's a bad look for them and I will not return for services here again. The services were performed quick and efficiently though since nobody else was there.

As a contractor always on the road I rarely find a good place for repairs or service but thankful I found these.Went in to get thermostat replaced, Wayne verified the error code, asked about the history of the vehicle and got it replaced and fluids topped up quickly.Found a go to place for the rest of the things I need done.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This is a great place for car maintenance. I have my oil changed there. They check all the fluid levels, check the tire pressure, and wash the windows. The staff is nice, knowledgeable, and courteous. And they work quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this place.

Went for an Oil Change asked for AC Check and service. You Guys Told me , after charging my Car that you said was Just lil Low you told me the probably is really the cooling fan assembly and would be another $700. Not sure why i was charged for AC Service. I took my Car to a AC Guy would ran diagnostics and told me Yes the Fan is Out , No they didnt add Freon it only has 8oz in the system, which is not leaking. My Ac didn't even work at all after leaving your place and you forgot to put my caps back on the freon Lines. My Assuming you you plan old forgot to add the freon or when you saw the fan was out you stopped and forgot. The Professionalism is super lacking in the Mech Shop at your Bell Road Location. I wont be coming back.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Oil change
