On September the fourteenth, my birthday as well as my wedding day. We rented a car from Fox rental and got a flat tire 5 miles down the road. Fox roadside assistance said it would take two hours to get to us. I called gary and explained the situation to him and he said to come in. He got us in and out within ten minutes. Thank you to gary and his staff you saved my wedding da....y

Michael and Bob saved our family vacation! We had two flats in a row on our travel trailer. We were able to take our tires in and they checked them out and replaced the stems and got us back on the road fast (which was great because our trailer (home) wasn the side of the interstate). The kindest nicest people wood definitely recommend to anyone.

Definitely recommend this store! Even though they were very busy, Michael was able to help us out when we were stuck on I-10 with 2 flat tires. Bob fixed the tires and explained what was wrong. They were extremely kind and I would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you Michael and Bob! You were our guardian angels yesterday!

Wish I had more time to spend in Goodyear. I met up with some friends there before heading to Phoenix. Would like to have spend more time.

Good service, professionalism. Watch out for the UPS vehicles piling out of the yard across the street, especially during mid-morning. If your in a big truck and you nose in Goodyear yard for tire service you will need a spotter backing out, otherwise big roll of the dice getting out on the street cleanly. As a rule Goodyear knows this and provides this help cheerfully.

I just left this location very upset, I placed an order online to have tires installed made an appointment for 8:00am to find out they have a written sign on the door saying they are closed. I contaced the phone number provided to find out what was going on as I have already paid and had an appointment for this to be done, the technician who answers says they will not do this PAID job for because they do not install the type of tires I have ordered even though I directly ordered from there website I have a confirmation # and a scheduled appointment. I am very upset with this poor service that this location is showing. I now have spoken to an online rep who advised me that this specific store is still showing in there system that they should be open, VERY UNORGANIZED, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, sho ever runs this specific store should be reprimanded for allowing this sort of situation to occur. Commom courtesy is to contact a client to notify that the hours have changed and atleast attempt to reschedule the appointment. I will be cancelling my order and taking my business elsewhere.

The staff is really friendly and they seriously took care of me. The manager, Jason I believe, was very professional and worked me into their tight schedule. I'm a repeat customer and I'll be back again.

Went there to get some steer tires .... Customer service was up to par and got good price on those tires installed out the door.... Truck drivers should stop going to travel centers to get tires... Goodyear tires are made in USA .. you can't go wrong
