We have been using Glassbiller software for our Auto Glass company for 2 years now and it is a blessing. The reporting features are very helpful and allows me to do payroll and weekly reports within a few minutes. The search capability is priceless as the last thing you want it to have issues finding a previous customer to answer their questions or to create a new work order. The staff is very open to adding features that would benefit their customers. I highly recommend Glassbiller!

Opened my Auto glass shop in January of 2023 and couldn't be more happy with my choice to use Glassbiller as my shop software. It has been easy to learn and to train employees new to the office on. It has allowed us to grow relatively quickly without many of the traditional pains associated with growth. Their technical support team is even better than I'd hoped for and are always willing to help whether it is with understanding all of the abilities of the system or figuring out a difficult insurance invoice. Todd's Auto Glass will always use Glassbiller!

I am the Owner of Impact Auto Glass, Glassbiller and Lighting Capital has been so helpful in creating my invoices and helping secure my funding from insurance companies. I highly recommend using them if you have an auto glass shop! They are very transparent and amazing with communication. I having nothing but good things to say about this company and their employees

Mobile Glass Pros in Central Arkansas area.Glassbiller has been amazing !!! They trained and helped set up our business with EDI. They Always reponse and helps solve any issues we don't understand. So glad we found them and their system WORKS !!!We have tried OTHER Glass billing companies they were to busy to train or help us learn their program. They left us without help because they said they were too busy and still took our money.We highly recomment GLASSBILLER !!!

Kingdom AutoGlass LLC i have been using this software for my business for a few months now and i like it a lot they have training's that you can schedule support and help and once you figure out how to use glass biller its pretty cool however it would be nice to be able to search for work orders by price that would be super helpful for QuickBooks, other than that the EDI software is nice i will continue to use glass biller and support you guys great job

I tried out multiple different types of auto glass specific software and though it is not perfect, glassbiller is definitely the best in my opinion. Nick Minard the top guy over there is very good at helping you out whenever you need it. The software will tell you when you need clips or a molding it gives dealer part numbers and list prices. It is edi capably but since 95% of my insurance jobs are sgc I just use the sgc website for that. It prints out extremely professional receipts and invoices that Nick customized for my shop with my company logo on top and warranty info. With 1 touch of a button you can check part prices for PGW Mygrant and pilkington. You can even order parts from the distributors directly from glassbiller. It saves signatures and pictures in case the customer drops the dreaded that wasnt like that before just whip out your phone and show them the pics you took before you started working. It tells you exactly how many tubes of urethane you can bill the insurance as well as clips and moldings. That feature alone pays for the cost of the software. It also has a built in electric fax that is awesome because my office fax only works about 50% of the time.

Love how easy the software is to use, and how everything is in one place. I would give 5 stars, but, I would like to see the parts ordering feature turned on. Still sucks to have to go the the vendor page to order glass
