I really recommend this dealership to everyone. Very friendly stuff, and always open to help. I bought a car from them (Passat 2012), and after horror with previous car, finally i have an amazing car, and for first time I full enjoy my car. The best dealership ever.

No bueno. Do your research.This place is shady. I bought a 2014 VW Jetta diesel in 2024. Drove less than 2hrs, check engine light came on.Took it back twice, still have check engine on.They just hope you get tired of coming back, or their warranty comes up!!!!

Leaving a 1 star review because the reviews on this place is the reason I trusted them so much. I have no clue how these guys have 4.5 stars. Places like this is why you can't trust anybody selling anything. CONGRATS GERMAN AUTO! You made a quick buck at my expense. God bless you.

Been calling these people for like 4 days straight already just to schedule an appointment. Got put in a loop where I was getting told someone will reach out to me, all to get told the most irrelevant information I could possibly receive from a mechanic shop. I was told that nowadays there is no such thing as an engine tune up anymore. Lol definitely not trusting my vehicle in this shop.

Told the owner we would be in to purchase a specific vehicle when they opened, he agreed. This morning we drove 45 mins after taking the day off work to pick up said vehicle, and only after we got there did he tell us he sold it immediately after we spoke with him the night before.***edit to respond Not one single person told us about a deposit or we absolutely would have done that, we spoke with someone 15mins prior to the shop closing so we didn t anticipate that coming at opening would be too late.Luckily we found a better deal elsewhere

Specialists in scamming car buyers. Read all the reviews before you do business with these scum bags (Notice 90% of good reviews) are from their own country folks). Daniel tells me over a FaceTime call that the car I was looking to buy has Powertrain and Transmission warranty from Audi. I send him a $500 Zelle (Seemed suspect, but trusted that the state is letting them do business) to hold the car until I fly out and test drive. Checked with Audi but they could not verify and said the only thing covered is emission due to the diesel scandel. Within 12hrs I requested my $500 deposit back based on a false claim and I am still waiting for my deposit back. I have contacted Fox News as this should make the news to save hard working America's from losing money. Daniel, keep the $500 and take your family out for a good meal my yearly donation.Thank you for responding. Car delivery was not discussed, as I didn't even test drive the car. Deposit was given to hold the car and you could not verify warranty. You guys are a joke... Similar and actual are 2 different things, maybe the language barrier is an issue. Anyways enjoy the $500, you obviously need it more than I do.Buyers please read all reviews, unless you want to make a donation to feed these folks, your kind act for humanity will be appreciated by these guys.

Today is my daughters birthday and we re buying another vehicle from German Auto AZ!!! She s getting an Audi Q5 to cart her and her soon to be born son around. I lost track but I m pretty sure this is the 9th vehicle we have bought from Slaven. He is one of the very few honest dealers and he stands behind his cars. He has always fixed any issues with the cars we ve bought.. usually at no charge!!! Any service needed has always been reasonable and quick! He has vehicles in any price range from $5000-$50000 !!! All in all you get the most bang for your buck when buying a car from German Auto AZ!!!

Making a bad situation right! We bought a car from them that had a bad head gasket, oil cooler and egr. We did not have it but a few hundred miles before it failed. They took care of all the repairs and made it right along with doing a break job at cost. We know they lost money on the deal but they stood by their car and took care of the repairs. What more can you ask for when you buy a used car. We are very happy with them and thanks German Auto for being honorable and timely. Would highly recommend them!

Ive purchased multiple cars from German Auto over the last 8 years for my children and myself!!! My son was about to turn 16 so we started looking for a car that was in his $3000 price range and found an Audi @ German Auto .it was an A4 with a manual transmission but was almost $1000 more than he saved!! Pretty much exactly what he dreamed of however, would probably have to wait and save some more $$$. But we decided to go take a look. It was a beautiful car for a 2005 and had very low miles! To make a long story short, Slaven told my son Happy Birthday and sold him the car for even less than $3000 to make sure that he could cover tax and registration!!! He even performed a few repairs after the sale that would have cost hundreds @ the dealer . FOR FREE!! So I learned that they sell cars for less than what they re worth AND stand behind them as well!!! That s when I vowed to myself to only by German vehicles from Slaven!! And I have .. each time getting the same or maybe even better service and deals than the last!!!

Needed a valve cover gasket , valve cover , spark plugs and coil packs done on my Audi A6. Took it here for my service and was happily rewarded with a call about 2 hours later stating they had finished my car and it was ready to be picked up. The only reason for the time was because there was a car up before me. Upon picking up my car i was satisfied as it felt and drove smooth as the day it left the audi showroom.

This is hands down the best dealer in Arizona for any German car. I used to be a broker, and have dealt with dozens and dozens of dealers in the state. Slavin is very fair to his customers, no haggling or bs. I have now bought two TDI's from him, in pristine condition for below market value. He runs his business on honestly and integrity, to build a customer base, rather than a revenue farming operation by marking up his cars. If you're looking for something used that will be reliable, and want to be in and out of a dealership within 45 minutes with a car you feel confident in, for a fair price, with great customer service, this is the only place to go. Thanks Slavin, you really are a gem.

Can t recommend, period. From outright falsehoods to uncaring support to mechanical issues with the car I bought, this will go down as my one and only ever car purchase from a dealer. For 40+ years, my instinct had always kept me away from such, always bought from private parties how right I was to do it that way! But car-buying times are tough and I was flying in from out-of-state on a tight schedule, so I took a chance on these guys. Regret it thoroughly.Car had serious deficiencies (once I took it to a full service garage, which circumstances did not allow for initially). Car had a vibration at higher speeds, fixed that on my own dime even though it was technically still under implied warranty - I was headed away from Phoenix under time constraints by the time I discovered this, and all they could respond with was you should have called us . But even the $80 I paid out of pocket did not settle the matter - all manner of front end issues were pointed out to me later, still. I did not bother going to them for a second you should have called us! lame retort.The temporary license plate they gave me was, according to Victoria, good for 45 days , which turned out to be false. She assured me they could help me with a second temporary one if the permanent plates did not reach me in time when I contacted them to make good on this as the temp plate was about to expire, they did not even acknowledge ever having made that promise. So I drove around with an expired temporary plate. Not good.When I picked up the car, I was told that the engine oil had just been changed. However, the windshield sticker told a completely different story, showing it was actually due within the next 100 or so miles. How hard is it to update the service reminder sticker? Or give the customer a written statement that the oil was changed at mileage x? There was no paperwork attesting to an oil change having been performed, and the oil looked incredibly dirty. Take our word for it seems to be their motto, and my trust in their word went through the floor as time went on.The windshield wiper on the passenger side was pretty much shredded, another nuisance to replace. The tires were lumpy and marginal and did not match - ergo, zero confidence in them having inspected the car to any depth at all. I d say it was more the lipstick on a pig approach as the detailing job on the car was quite competent. The windshield washer solution must have been pure water as it froze during my trip up north rendering me unable to clear my line of sight when it was most important. Not a happy place to be when you can t see!Key takeaway: Never do business with an outfit where staff does not even sign their emails! If you are not even supposed to know who you are corresponding with, while their unsigned emails are curt to the point of uncaring, then they obviously don t care about transparency, much less about delivering a quality experience/product. Never again!

Great service! Repairs on my car were quicker than any other shop I had been to. The price was incredibly reasonable and will definitely continue to come back for servicing.Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

No pressure from staff. I should have gotten the car checked out before buying it, but the problems it had wouldn't have been show stoppers anyway. I would have probably negotiated a little harder. No drivetrain problems. Just little things here and there. Reasonable for a car of that age, but definitely minimal effort put in on fixing up the little things. Still enjoying the car. Would buy again, but with a little more due diligence.

Great place and fair price. I was in and out in less than 20 min. If you are looking for tdi this is your place.I had mechanical issue after warranty expired and they went out of their way to help me out. They did free labor and I only paid for the part only because I bought car from them and this is how they take care of their costumers. You don t see this at any other place or dealership.

Don't walk, run away. Shady at best. I bought a TDI from these people and it was tagged without the emissions being completed before the sale, which is illegal from a dealer in Az. The Carfax was clean, but these people didn't address the underlying issues that came up 50 miles after driving the vehicle. Trouble codes P0401, P2002, just will not go away even after replacing the EGR cooler and the particulate filter. The only reason I am even writing a bad review is because these people were somehow able to tag a vehicle without having the emissions taken care of before I bought the vehicle and tagged it anyway, so they obviously know the underlying issues. I tried to have the emissions checked on my own two different times only to be turned away because it needed to complete a drive cycle, this means this company knew of the codes and erased them just long enough for someone to take delivery of the car. Once the deal is done it's no longer their problem, it's the new owners problem. A shady act by a shady dealer, just because they have good prices doesn't mean their good people. If I knew then what I know now, this would have never gone here, a good price and Carfax doesn't mean a trustworthy purchase. Don't walk, run away if you are looking for a TDI, smiling faces till you're gone with their problem. Thanks German auto, I am learning way more about this car than I car to, maybe changing the oil on your vehicles for sale would be a solid move also but I'm sure you didn't want to spent the 100$ on the oil specified for this car. You can do better German auto. If I could do half a star I would, I've learned my lesson.

I brought in my 2002 Volkswagen Gti for a diagnosis to this place. I had gotten referenced from a close buddy of mine who had gotten his Audi worked on here aswell. Very trustable and fast working. Said i needed driver side wheel and hub assembly along with some vacuum lines and a breather hose. Everything was done within a day and i was up and goin that night.

DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This has been the worst buying experience I have ever experienced. The owner is a liar and uses profanity when pushed in regards to his lack of professionalism and dishonesty. If you want to end up shelling out additional money on your new vehicle then this is the place to purchase your car from. Purchasing your vehicle from here is not worth the headache and stress. DON"T DO IT!! I would give this business no stars if I could

Recently went into just to view their collection and was greeted very warmingly. I test drove a 2014 Volkswagon Jetta Wagon TDI and the car felt and drove as any car would. Everything worked as you d expect from a car dealer. Basically i ended up walking out with a new 2014 Jettawagon TDI and it s my new favorite car !

Don't walk, run away. I bought a 2014 TDI from these goofballs and 60 miles later the check engine light came on. I decided to take it to the emissions station to see if it would pass emissions, and guess what it couldn't even be tested. These people somehow tagged this vehicle for a year without it being able to pass emissions. In Arizona it is illegal for a dealer to sell a vehicle if the car/truck doesn't pass the emissions test. These TDI's are notorious for expensive emissions repairs. Although the carfax looked good, there was no mention of the problems I would have to handle. Do your research and shop elsewhere, these people will smile to your face and scam you behind your back. Codes on this POS includeP0401, P2002, P058B and P240F.Since I have owned the car I have replaced the EGR cooler (very difficult) and the particulate filter only to have the same codes come up again, and again leaving me with no option but the let the car sit and collect dust until I can afford dealer repairs.Make sure you do your research before you buy a TDI, and avoid this place if possible even though the price may seem appealing.Don't go here, some reviews may be good, but are you willing to take a 50/50 chance at purchasing either a good vehicle or a POS, even with a clean carfax. These people will lie, better yet withhold information and somehow tag a vehicle that may not even be able to pass emissions. I had high hopes and unfortunately found the shadiest VW dealership in the valley. Big bummer, I've learned far more about the engine on this car than I care to at this point. Sad but true.

Came out to look at a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta TDI. It looked perfect, price was right, drove great. Brought it in for a Buyers Inspection at Masterwerks nearby (can t recommend them enough!) and looks like German Auto cleared the check engine light and the car was flagged for a turbo repair which could ve costed up to $4,000 aka almost half the price of the car. This info would ve been great to know before wasting 3 hours and $100 so I will not be retuning.

They'll make all kinds of promises to get you in the door or to put down a down payment in order to steal your money. They even ask for zelle. No reputable car dealer asks for money through zelle.

Quick , easy , trustable , reliable. Had a 2016 Audi Q7 that needed simple maintenance. Oil change , filter , coolant top off and other fluid checks. In and out within an hour !
