They were super nice and helpful .quick too .and when my battery was dead the same day and I needed a jump they didn't hesitate to help me. I have been going there for yrs highly recommend for a quick temp tire good price

Called to see if they had our tire size as we had to have our vehicle towed they told us they did. we called AAA to get towed and show up 45 mins later to be told that they didnt have the size we needed. we are lucky the tow truck took us else where and didnt leave us there!

I had a nail in my tire so i decided to buy a tire. In the process of them changing out the old tire they literally cracked my rim with the machine. The machine left a even pattern dead on where they cracked it.... I know he did it on purpose because he was quick to send me to a welding shop knowing very well I DID NOT bring my rim with a crack on it!! It took more than 3 hours for my tire to deflate with the nail in it but once they replaced it and cracked my rim it instantaneously started to deflate. I'm not no fool! I can tell the difference between a punctured tire and a cracked rim.... This is definitely fraud....

Very Good prices for used tires and will most of the time have on hand various sizes but I do recommend calling before hand just to confirm, I would also like to say they are very fast.

Horrible experience charged 15 dollars just to check what was wrong with the tire. I remember a tire shop would check for free and sell a tire. It takes under five minutes to check the tire. I would not recommend a tire shop.

I ve done 15+ cars over there I went to them and they tried to charge for everything even Air, they will promote the lower quality used tires first. Such a ripoff

Dishonest! Greedy! I called ahead for prices on the phone they told one thing, when I got there a completely different price for the same thing I asked on the phone. Triple the price!! It went From $50 to $150 to change tires.

Such a rip off don t go there at night or try not at all. Group of guys at who try to gang up on you to make you pay extra talking about the machine cost gone up. We in 2024 MF

Very disappointed with my service. This is a used tire they installed, not even on it an entire week yet and the tire just comes undone. This is stressful, feels like I wasted my time and money for service like this. I really hope they reinstall one for free and do it correctly so the tire doesn't just come out.I already tried calling them and was hung up on twice. I told them what happened, still wanted to sell me another tire after I had just paid for the one they installed for me alrdy. I shouldn't have to pay for horrible service twiceUPDATE:Becareful going here, they said that tire was still good just needed a patch that would cost me 15 dollars . I said no, went to Discount tire had them check it. I was told that the tire was no good and had too much damage from the flat. So, I could have wasted more money and been unsafe driving if I did not get a second look. Think twice, not sure how they are still open with this type of service.

In night time they do NOT accepting credit card or debit , i had flat tire and i had to go home with flat tire cause they dont want pay taxes with using credit card ! What a shame ! I hope they get their karma

When my tire blew at midnight its hard to get a new tire. But galaviz was open. The guy there was polite and very quick. Not a bad price for the tire either.

Great service, quick work, and very affordable prices. They were able to do a three patches on two of my tires and worked very quickly on it and came out in a total of $50. Would recommend to visit for any tire problems

Never had an issue here always came lived it up until now they over torqued/over tightened my lug nuts went to do my brake and now it turned into a new wheel hub job smh

Customer service is great. They get busy so sometimes you have to be there at the right time or you'll need to wait. But the wait is worth it. They're knowledgeable and get the job done right the first time

Just stopped in on a Sunday at 10:30am needing two tires replaced. I called over a dozen places and they didn t have my size tires (they re really hard to find). Showed up at Galaviz, they had one tire to use as a replacement and patched up my other tire. In and out in 15 minutes, spent $50, and was treated with courtesy and respect. Excellent customer service, excellent staff on hand. 10/10 would recommend. :)

Easy place to find and the customer service was exceptional. Had a tire that went down on me in the night and went to Galaviz as they came highly recommended. Well they had a tire in my size and had me inspect it before they mounted it. We agreed on a price and tire problem was solved. Well it don't get no better than that.

Rip off of a place, my tire blew up at night, so I went here for convenience as it was one of the only places open, and they put the wrong size tire on my car. Didn't realize it till a couple minutes into driving home when my car was driving funny. I went back and tried to get it changed out but he said no because all sales on used tires are final. And I literally had just left maybe 10 minutes before that, and he's the one who put the wrong size on it. Even though I showed him the size I needed. He told me to come back in the morning and deal with the manager, so I left driving slow home as my car was driving funny from the tire. I ended up having to deal with it for the evening and wait until the next day, came back in the morning and the manager said there was nothing he could do about because he "wasn't there" and had the audacity to try to sell me tires I didn't need. And weren't even for my car! Smh.. wasted my time. And money. I left. And ended up going to another tire shop to get a new tire. Don't waste your time here, and if you do, make sure they go get you the proper tire before they even take out your bad tire.

So glad they were open cuz we had a flat in the middle of the night off the freeway so I appreciate them got me a tire got all errors put in all the other four tires great service nice and it was fast and convenient

This is regarding Galaviz Alignment. Got charged$80.00& no reciept. The technician needed to go to tire shop for translation. I'd been here a few times pre covid& everything was fine.This experience was very disappointing!!! I would STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone patronize Galaviz Alignment.Upon driving my vehicle, realized the alignment hadn't been performed at all. I wont ever patronize them again!!!

Extremely rude was trying to talk me into getting a wrong tire size then told me my tire size is very hard to find witch is a lie went right across the street found my tires and way better excellent customer service
