These dudes are seriously amazing. Brought my 08 Impreza in to fix my oil pressure switch. I went to another Subaru shop to try and get the same problem fixed but was still leaking oil when I left the shop. Sub par customer service on their end as well. However, as soon as I pulled into forced air, Robert was ready extremely friendly. He assuaged my fears by informing me that he has seen this same problem recently and it will be no problem to fix. I quote: it will get done . He even pointed to a cylinder head of the same model as my engine and showed me where the leak was coming from. He gave me a quote for the repair and I was on my way. I picked up the car today and the repair was done beautifully. Robert communicated concisely what entailed of the repairs he made in a way that was friendly and didn t give the impression that he was irritated of my moderate knowledge of cars. Will 100% be returning in a few months to fix my timing belt and all other repairs I need for my car. I might just buy another Subaru after this. Thanks again guys!

If you are considering having Forced Air Technologies do work for you, please take time to read this review. My father purchased a Dodge viper GTS new from our local dealership in 2002, I was 12 at the time. A ripe age for being in tune with all things performance. When your father brings home a GTS- you can imagine. I could only dream of the day, when I could get behind the wheel, in fact, I did get behind the wheel, many, many times, how be-it, it was only while the car was sitting in the garage. I would sneak out and pop the hood and admire that red v-10, 8 liter engine, shoe-horned into the engine bay, then climb into the drivers seat and in my day dreams, take the car down the 1/4, complete with real flat footed gear jammer changes. Not long after my father received the car from the dealership, he got bit by the extreme performance bug.......if you have a car with some hp, then lets add to it and make it an extreme amount. This came in the form of dropping the car off at a performance shop and adding a Blower. The problem came in when the rest of the stock parts of the car were pushed to the extreme limits. When he received the car back, the car was no fun to drive due to the extremeness of it, and the worry of what would happen if something broke on it. This eventually led to the car being parked in storage. Fast forward 18 years, and this family heirloom, was passed onto me. This time capsule, with only 2,800 original miles, that still smelled new inside, was pulled out of storage and parked in my garage. How-be-it, I never enjoyed driving it, it ran excessively hot, and it was always on the verge of killing it-self, and one day it did. This put me in a terrible bind, I had an extremely low mile, Mint Classic car, with a blown engine. These cars are known for being extremely tough to work on, and impossible to get parts for. Remember this is by now a 22 year old, extremely low production car. At this point I felt like I had a garage ornament.I met Robert the owner of Force Air Technologies, through a friend that he had done some work for. After talking with him, I found out he had experience working on these dinosaur, relic cars. After telling him that at this point I didnt care anything about dyno numbers, I just wanted to be able to get the car out and enjoy driving it with out worrying. We discussed about possibly taking the blower off, and putting it back to stock. However, this would be no easy task, as we had none of the stock parts, and a portion of the frame bracing had been cut and hacked on to get the blower mounted up."THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO READ", Growing up, I had been in quite a few performance shops, and while some of them were definitely reputable, none of the car performance shops- never did what I classify as Perfect, OEM quality work. I had just never seen that tidy and neat of a job done, you could just tell that it was after market work.I stayed in contact with Robert through the build, he performed the build in a very timely manner. Not to mention, I have no idea how he tracked down parts that didnt exist for this build. When I picked the car up, I still to this day am with out words- The car was back to stock, BETTER than when it left the show room with the original OEM work done. How the tracked down the missing OEM piping, Found and replaced the OEM frame Bracket, Literally pulled out over a mile of added on piggy backed wiring that had been cut and spliced into make the blower work, and then wired everything back to better than OEM standards, is completely beyond me. I still am in shock.Bottom line is this, if you are looking for any kind of custom work to be done, Forced Air Technologies - and Robert is in a league of there own.......you owe it to yourself to go visit his shop. After a visit, you will see just what I mean. And on a personal note, Robert- I cant put into words what I feel now, when I back the car out of the garage with my 7 year old son, One day I will have the privilege to pass it on to him.It seems so inadequate, But Thanks, Robert

The team at FAT did an amazing job in my R32 GTR, they went above my expectations. The attention to detail and trust I have in their abilities allowed me to drive this monster from AZ to GA just days after it was finished! Absolutely unbelievable, I would definitely recommend them to everyone

Robert and the team over at FAT recently did a phenomenal job of replacing both of the cylinder heads on my Subaru Forester. Their knowledge of Subarus, great customer service, and patience and willingness to explain their process has definitely made my experience with them top tier. If you are looking for a friendly, knowledgable, honest, affordable, and reliable mechanic who goes above and beyond, this is definitely the place. Thanks a million for getting my Subie running better than ever! 13 out of 10 would recommend

Definitely dealing with the best when doing business with Robert and Brandon. Customer service is excellent and goes along with extensive knowledge to back it.My experience:I brought my 2017 WRX in after experiencing engine failure Robert welcomed my car into his shop immediately and also reassured my car would never be left out overnight! They had my motor pulled and inspected in no time. Robert was happy to go over all parts included in his rebuild package as well as give me a chance to drop by to check out the freshly machined block rebuilt heads & internals before they seated the pistons. The turn around was super quick once the motor was back from machining and runs smoother than ever topped with a steam cleaned engine bay and a full run down on break in and maintenance schedules moving forward.More than pleased and would recommend anyone to give them a call in a heartbeat!

After being told by the dealership we needed a full replacement of the air compressor and line, we brought it to Rob at Forced Air Technologies. He let us know that was not the case and saved us over $1000 on repair. I would recommend them to anyone!

The BEST Auto Mechanics there is! In all honesty, I never take the time to write a review! This time is different! If you're like me, you have been on the hunt for a TOP of the line Auto shop. But you just never can find one. We'll look no further! You have just found it!Gentleman from the first phone call to picking up our vehicle. Forced Air Technology saved our Lexus! So much when my wife and I were driving down the road, she had a tear of joy running down her face! These are the pros you have been looking for! Robert (the owner) and Brandon took care of our car like it was their own. It feels so good when you find someone who will take care of your car like it was there's! That is very rare these daysI also have to mention they are extremely honest! They are so honest that my wife forgot her billfold with 100's of dollars in the car when we dropped it off. And they left it as it was!I wish I could do more than just leave a 5-star review! They deserve so much more! I will never go anywhere else!Thank you, Robert & Brandon! You are true, gentlemanCheers!

I called to have 2 things installed on my wrx. Robert was the one to help and the owner I believe. First off a AOS. He had quoted me the shortest install time frame as well as the best rate I found. Secondly was a turbo blanket. This was suggested to me by my dealership because I told them I was having ac issues. Robert told me this was not the issue and he would take a look at everything for me and install what I asked. When it was ready to be picked up but he didn t do the turbo blanket. He talked to me more in depth why he didn t do it and how the engine and turbo I work better with heat and placement of everything. He could have done the install and charged me for the work. This would have added another few hours to my install due to where the turbo is and everything.I really appreciated the workmanship and honesty from this shop. Something I ve found hard to find. I highly recommended checking them out as they do all sorts of work! I definitely will be back with the other projects I m unable to do myself.

I honestly lost hope to find some parts for my old style tial BOV, I asked one of the gentleman there if they had any extra parts laying and I would definitely pay for it. He told me I may have those parts but just come on by and I ll hook it up! I showed up and within a couple mins he had everything I needed!! Besides the Vband clamp but was very knowledgeable and told me I can use the Tial Q vband clamp as they share the same clamp! As I was about to pay he said don t worry about it! It s on the house! This is the kind of mechanic that you need to work on your car, someone who is honest, knowledgeable, and that takes pride in there work! Definitely coming back when I get my car going! Thank you guys!

100% recommend for any car upgrade or mechanic spot. Only auto/performance shop to have answered the phone and speak to me in a respectful and patient manner (relatively new to the performance upgrade world with a performance car) in a 2 day search for someone to put a bolt on aftermarket intercooler/blow off valve/symposer delete. Robert and team did an amazing job on the car. You can tell these guys love what they do!

Rob, Brandon, and the rest of the team here are stellar. I've been acquainted with Rob for some time now, as he took time out of his incredibly busy schedule to help me with a very difficult project, rebuilding the rare diesel engine in my 1980 Scout II. There's no one I trusted more, as his team's attention to detail is unparalleled, and willingness to go the extra mile is the standard, not the exception.Should I ever have a project that requires mastery and nothing less, I will have FAT on a very, very short list of people I choose to work with.My project is years old at this point, and far outside my skillset or time availability. It's brought me frustration and disappointment, but for FAT, it's a Tuesday. It made me happy to see that they knocked out the work like it was nothing.I hope to bring my Scout back to them at some point to bring it to an even better place. If you're looking for someone to take your vehicle to the next level, but also ensuring the finished product exceeds your expectations, look no further. You've found the team.

Just picked up my 2020 STI. I am by far happy and thrilled. Clean install. KNOWLEDGABLE. Told me everything I should know. They made sure everything worked including my automatic windows. Also their tuner Clark is a wizard. Going to be going back for more mods and my oil changes.

I contacted Forced Air Technologies due to some notable rod knock I was hearing after a rather spirited driving session in my VA chassis Subaru STi. Robert was super helpful and empathetic when I explained the situation over the phone. He gave thorough and practical guidance in planning the rebuild of my engine not just to get it back up and running well, but to also safely withstand my eventual power goals. Through every step of the process Robert and Brandon welcomed my myriad questions, and put my mind at ease that my car was in great hands. They went above and beyond in working on my car, saving me money on certain parts, washing the exterior and steam cleaning the engine bay, and Robert even trailered my car to and from his shop to save me money on towing! My car is now running like a top, and I am super grateful for the excellent service I recieved from the F.A.T. team! I highly recommend them for any auto repair/build needs.

Quick to respond, more then fair pricing and respectful people. They are passionate and got my service done really quick as well. FAT went the extra mile and fixed mistakes that a previous shop did without any extra charge. I couldn't be happier with the serviceService: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

I have to say Force Air Technologies is the only place to go for custom built turbo systems... I had heard about FAT online and from family so I decided to give them a call... I spoke with Rob (owner) and after a lengthy phone conversation I planned a road trip from Georgia to Phoenix Az... Once there I meet with Rob and Brandon they went over the plan and the time frame that it would take to complete the build... It was done on time and the workmanship on the turbo is amazing... Great down to earth, honest and professional guys... Thanks Rob and Brandon for all the hard work......

Being that I am pretty new to vehicle modifications and not the biggest gear head I was indecisive on what the shop I wanted to work on my WRX. Rob and Brandon were both very helpful and fast to respond on all my questions, even the dumb ones. Had dealt with a few other performance shops that didn t want to answer any questions I had about my car and was told to just bring it in. Got an aftermarket down pipe, cold air intake, and a tune done from forced air and their partner Clark tuner, all done timely and my car runs smoother and better than it ever has. Definitely sticking with Forced Air Tech!

It's often difficult to find a mechanic you trust. That's why I'm so grateful I've found Forced Air Technologies. I won't take my Subaru anywhere else. Kind, knowledgable people who are passionate about what they do - that's a culture I can get behind. If you're like me, you want to know the why behind the what, and Forced Air Technologies has always been gracious enough to take the time to explain to me exactly what maintenance needs to be done on my vehicle and how it impacts the rest of the system. I'll probably have to keep my 2001 Subaru Outback forever because of these guys.

I m from out of state, finding a trustworthy shop for my Subaru was a bit scary. From the initial inquiry Robert was very helpful. Brought my car in the following week and he was able to fix my issue and give me some great tips to keep my car running in top shape. It actually felt like if he was a family mechanic that I ve know for years lol if that makes sense. I highly recommend and will be back for sure.

Knowledgeable Repair shop and puts customers' needs as priority. Rob accommodated the drop off quickly of my car that got its suspension messed up. Car was quickly repaired and got back to road again. Very appreciated for the swift resolution and FAT's expertise on my Subie

I ve been taking my Subaru s from over the last 7 years to FAT and I have never been disappointed, steered wrong, or taken advantage of. It s a great shop; they take good care of everyone who comes through the door, and they shoot straight with you - no smoke and mirrors or BS. I ve had parts replaced, engine/transmission work done, simple oil changes, inspections, etc. and they ve always made sure that I left with a solid, perfect running vehicle.I live in Gilbert and they are easily worth the drive or tow (if it comes to that point).

My barometric pressure sensor went bad, reading 20+. Called, Robert told me to come to the shop. I showed up, he threw on a used sensor he had. Didn't even charge me anything. First time in my life I've had a mechanic help in such a way. When I commit to doing a 6 speed swap, I'll be in touch. Keep up the good work!
