I m extremely pleased with the service at Fly-n-Hi. They re totally friendly, with an old-school atmosphere and approachable in every way. Josh and his teammate even stayed late on a Friday to finish my install While he had it on the lift, he lubed everything, checked the bolts, even the ones not associated with the lift, and painted them so the I could easily check them visually while out on the trail. Honestly, I can t say enough about my experience. If you re new to off-roading, as I am, this is the place to start. Also, I found the pricing to be at the lower end of what s possible. Very affordable for this west side native.

I had Fly-N-Hi order a custom Carli suspension for my F250 and Josh s team did a fantastic install. We scheduled an 8am Monday install, the work bay was open and ready for my truck. The crew knocked out the install ahead of schedule and did a great job! Thank you guys.

Josh at Fly-N-Hi exceeded my expectations in every way. I bought a Jeep new to me and had him look at it. He went over it detailing all recommendations. I opted to just get it all done. I feel confident that I can take it off roading tomorrow. When I brought it in, I couldn t drive over 40 without the wobble.The price I know 100 percent that I could not have done it for less. Before leaving he took me step by step on how to look for future issues. Highly recommend his shop. I will be back!!!

I'd recommend them for lift kits, tires, winches, or any other off-road gear or fab work that you need done. What truly sets Josh and his team apart is their commitment to quality; they only stock products that they would trust on their own vehicles.I also think its cool that they regularly host events, workshops, and trail rides to promote the sport. Whether you're a pro rock crawler, offroad racer or a newcomer to off-roading, you'll find a welcoming and supportive environment at Fly N Hi.I have had many of my jeeps, buggies, and trucks worked on by the Fly-N-Hi crew over the years but most recently I had front and rear DV8 bumpers and a Warn winch installed on my tow vehicle. Not only was the installation process seamless, but the team also took the time to ensure that everything was done to the highest standards of quality and safety. The safety sensors in the bumpers had to be hand drilled and installed and their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction was above and beyond.Overall, my experience with Fly N Hi Offroad Shop has been nothing short of exceptional. Their dedication to customer satisfaction, combined with their passion for off-roading, makes them a standout in the industry. Highly recommended!

These guys are great! My son just got a 2008 jeep liberty for his birthday and saved up money for a lift kit. They did a great job meeting our needs while staying within our budget. The turn around time was quick and they had amazing communication during the whole process to keep me in the loop. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Scavengers fly-n-high off road , installed gears and a front locker. Everything went smooth. the price quoted is the price I paid which was very reasonable . They will be installing a artec truss system next week. Great bunch of guys I have had the privilege of going on a few runs with them. Very knowledgeable and will give you an honest opinion.

Great experience with Josh and his whole team at Fly N Hi. We bought a preowned jeep for my daughter and brought it to them to fix some issues and for a few add-ons. They did a spectacular job taking care of everything that needed to be fixed. We were always kept in the loop, great communication, and they went above and beyond diagnosing and fixing issues the Jeep had. Our new 2008 jeep is fantastic.

First off, up until yesterday I didn t know this business even existed. I called a buddy of mine asking where I can find a jeep to go off roading. He referred me to Fly-N-Hi Total Performance. So I went by. The staff and the owner were complete professionals. I fell in love with a jeep. Upon inspecting the jeep I noticed one or two things that I didn t care for. Not only did the owner agree to fix them for free but found two other things that he didn t care for and is adjusting those for free. Not only did I buy the jeep but I scheduled my other truck for them to fix. I tell you, you will not find a professional shop that you will cheaper for the repairs that they are doing to my vehicle in the upcoming week. I sat down with the owner and he was a complete gentleman that I felt like I knew all my life. I moved to Arizona 3 years ago. Unfortunately I buy way too many cars I finally have what I call my mechanic! Thank you guys so much. I appreciate everything you ve done and are doing for me.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I brought my 98 Jeep in for quite a bit of work to be done. Josh kept me informed in a timely manner & when anything major had happened. When parts came in, if something additional came up, etc. Considering this was also being worked on during the holidays, I could not be more pleased with how it went & my Jeep drives amazing now! 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone needing auto work done.

Where to begin?Josh and his team are awesome! Not only did they save me from a bad situation getting worse, they helped get my jeep back in shape. Josh qoated me a reasonable price for what I'd asked for but his team had to go not just further but above and beyond. And did it all for the originally quoted price. But wait, there's more. To add the icing on the cake, Josh called me after hours to make sure my rig was running as expected. Who does that? No where have I ever had service work performed that the owner personally called for an update, the same day, after hours. Wow! Oh and btw, the work done was perfect! My jeep is better than ever and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Josh, and thank you to the whole staff. I'm already planning our next project...

Great Service - I worked directly with the new Owner Josh Reynolds- being a first time Jeep Owner and have a base model he walked me through a progressive build path that will ultimately be a trail beast that is also comfortable for highway use. Right from my first discussion to phase one of the build I was very comfortable- and the prices were slightly better than other shops I called. His front staff worked my Jeep into their schedule quickly and had the work done fast. He took care of all the safety items first then upgrades.1- Straighten a bent axle housing (had issue with tire ware)2- Replaced ball joints and tyrod ends that were improperly installed and not adequately greased- they wore them out prematurely - He contacted the vendor on my behalf and got them covered under warranty.3.Replace bend brake lines - again when it was done it was not done correctly by another shop (not naming them)4 install a bunch of upgrades! lengthy list . GREAT GUYs Eric, Bob and the mechanics.

Took my Jeep in after breaking something and Josh and his crew fixed it for free. I had them check out a couple other problems I was having and they discovered my lift had been installed incorrectly by another shop. They fixed that and a couple other issues and it's like driving a new Jeep. Also had them install my rock lights and so far everything is perfect. I'm glad Josh reached out to me when I posted my issue on the West Valley Jeepers Facebook page, I think I found a gem.

WARNING!!!Be aware of this place i took my 86 chevy truck to be work on the front end suspension, the bill came up twice higher, MY TRUCK GOT BROKEN IN TO stole my 900 dollar stereo broke my column because they took longer to do the job and THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AT ALL their answer you initial the fine print o the estimate.JEREMY AND FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES are too cheap and won't stand behind their product or tried to reimburse damages to the vehicle I guess they need the money more than i did because i did paid the full amount with extra 5% card chargeRead lessService: Steering & suspension repair

Eric was extremely cool and helpful. I took my lifted Silverado here to get some really nice Wilwood rotors and calipers put on. They did it for a fair price and very quickly. I also got to meet one of the service techs and he was extremely cool too. These guys really know their stuff. I'm very happy with the customer service I received. I'll be coming back here for sure. Great folks!
