We absolutely love this place and the guys. Hard workers, awesome work and reasonably priced. I brought my Camaro SS and before I brought my lifted truck. I absolutely love my muffler. My boyfriend has been going to him for years. We highly recommend them and you won't ever go anywhere else. Thanks guys!

Today was my second time coming to this shop, the first was back in May for an oil change. Courteous, eager to help, quick and outstanding service! Not to mention most affordable place around for a full synthetic oil change! Today, I had issues with my car, completely unrelated, and they diagnosed it very quickly. Gave me a fabulous deal on getting it repaired, also giving me different options on how to get it taken care of. Cherry on top: they said would be done in about a day or so and was done in a matter of hours!!! Definitely recommend this shop for anything from a simple oil company to major repairs!!!!

I was Referred by a friend to come here, I had my oil change and I was shocked on how fast they got it done. I also had him look at my suspension yet dispension and he fixed a couple of things that hes seen needed fixed AS yeah it's fixed ASAP I'm coming back for my alignment next. This place is awesome if you're looking for a good mechanic and one that is honest this is the place to come.

Ryan who's the manager was very helpful and the work I had done on my vehicle was done quickly. Prices were better than average. This is NOT a place where they try to sell unnecessary services. Ryan is honest and I highly recommend going to him if you need any type of work done on your vehicle.

Great experience! I will recommend this place! Sal is very good at it. Mike was really helpful.I had a radiator replaced and their quote was the best price around. They recommended to do the belts at no extra charge on labor, only the part. I'm very happy with the repair.Come and check this guys out!

First of they said they would have my truck ready in 4hrs I was getting my fuel pump changed I took it in at 8am I did not get my truck for 2 days! Its been a week and now my truck aint running now I have to do the repairs mysel I took the tank of and they messed up all my fuel lines and couplings are all broken guess they didnt use a special tool to remove them they even zip tied the fuel lines back! Been calling different Auto store no one has them only dealers or online or junk yard and guess how much they cost at the dealer? 350$$$$$ dont waste your time or money!Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are excellent! They fixed our truck well, quickly and for a very reasonable price. I would never go anywhere else for car repairs if I lived in Phoenix.

I was referred to Fix It Auto because i had a engine light on and needed them to replace the cam shaft sensor. After a 3hr wait they tell me my car was done. I paid them $260 left and went home. The following morning i got in my car and the light was right back on so i took it back. They did a diagnostic and said they couldnt find anything wrong and for me to take it to a dealership. I started with a light on and ended with a major oil leak due to them not securing the bolt to the sensory. They also left rags under my hood and did not secure the hoses back in place. Once i got my car from dealership i return to Fix it Auto to get my $ refunded and end up having words with Eric. He was more worried about me talking to a customer about his bad business vs making things right and he did not refund me my money. Tells me to come back tomorrow and talk to the boss but obviously they need it more than i do so they can keep it, I will NEVER go back there or EVER refer anyone to them !!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Friendly, professional staff. They were able to fit my truck in quickly and sent the appraisal to my insurance company in record timeNot that I want any more accidents however I definitely will bring my truck in for all future repairs. (Hopefully not too many more)

To who it may concern I would not recommend this shop.. I had a front in alignment 3 different times 1 time on old tires and rims.. The 2nd time was new tires new rims still having the same issue... When back in for a check on the front in alignment they said everything was good... So having the same problem. Wait to a different mechanic shop and found out I needed more work done... Also in the process at this shop the damage my vehicle almost hit a another vehicle... I would not recommend anybody to go to the shop or any other shops that have this name....

What a great place! They went way above what they needed to do on a repair and charged me a very reasonable price. I went in for a routine oil change. They found that my serpentine belt was worn out, and wouldn't have lasted much longer. it's great that they caught it. the service was excellent and I definitely will be coming back.

Paid almost $500 for brakes alignment and tires. Not only did my brakes mess up less than a week later, but alignment was still not right it was still pulling and the tires were horrible.

I don't know where they R getting their positive reviews but I believe someone is getting paid off. I have had nothing but bad experience with them N this is at both locations. They diagnosed the problem incorrectly N yet continued to charge me for parts that was probably not the problem at first but they will deny everything. They have lost a customer N I will make sure everyone I know does not go there unless they want to get ripped off. If you want to contact me just goggle my name. Stay Away n Beware. I am filing with attorney general n BBB

Do not go there they have been reporter to the the ASE certification board and are under investigation, they were supposed to give me a rebuilt motor because Ryan the shop manager told me that's what they priced me for and said it would take a week and a half and it ended up taking 5 and a half weeks and I had to demand that I got my truck back and when I get it back I find that the motor was not rebuilt and that it was just a old junkyard motor, and they never did the transmission service like they charged me for, all in all if you don't know about cars don't go there because they tell you the parts are new but every part they use is remanufactured or used that's why it's so cheap, if you want your car to run properly don't go there, good luck to anyone that goes there because they will just tell you stuff is getting replaced and it won't and when you talk to the owner he will just laugh about it

Was great very busy so it's best you get there early when they open up at 8:00 am cause if not you will have a waiting period but other than that good service
