I had an amazing experience working with Jeffrey. My oil change was done very well. Also, informed me of the tread on my tires being 4 s all around & a bubble on my driver side tire. On top of that, he answered all the questions I had I am very impressed with the level of service from Jeffrey!

I needed an alignment done on my car. I purchased the Lifetime Alignment for a very reasonable price, and have been thrilled with it. Within 2 weeks, I accidentally hit a curb pretty badly. I called and they had availability very quickly to get me back in. They performed the alignment again very quickly, and the best part is it was already paid for. They have been extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them!

This operation is a scam. I brought my Honda Civic in for new brakes, grinding rotors, and drums. The car's shimmying and poor braking seemed to get worse after their service, so I took the car to a Honda dealership to have them inspect it. The Honda service people told me that the old pads were still on the car, and it looked like the brake pads, rotors and drums had not been touched. Firestone charged me $400 for their 'service,' but didn't do anything. Not only is the frustrating, but it was dangerous for me, as my supposedly 'new' brakes could have failed at any time.

Made same day appointment for an oil change. Took less than an hour and very reasonable price! Will definitely be coming back for future oil changes. Friendly staff too.

They are always so thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. This is the first time I have found a place that i feel comfortable brining my truck back to since i have moved to Arizona. and it's been 23 years now. Just love these guys they are honest i was going to have a battery put in, and they put a tire on for me as well, they called my up said you're all set, and we tested the battery and you don't need on yet and showed me the test results, and it was still running at like 90% so that saved me over 229 bucks. Best firestone i have ever been too!

I came into the shop frustrated from a different visit and Jeff helped me out. He scheduled me in and they did a break inspection. He was very thorough with explaining everything (in laymen s terms) that was going on with my car, he anlso showed me what he was talking anbout and answered further questions I had. I really appreciate his patience.

Alignment was good. I visited 3 other shops in the area that couldn t drive my lowered car onto their alignment racks. This Firestone is low car friendly

I had a GREAT experience at Firestone recently. Let me share my story with you. I was recently told by another company, actually two tire shops, and both if I write the names everyone will know who they are. Hint. One is a popular membership place (not Sams), and the other offers tire checks and air for "free."I took my car in to get something small repaired at the membership place, and I asked the employee if I could get my tires rotated. The representative asked if he could look at my tires. I said sure. He did. AND, this is where it all goes askew. He told me I needed back tires, that my alignment was off, and that this was causing my tires to wear down. I didn't know anything about this kind of issue, so I trusted he was telling me the truth... I was told I had 30 days to get the tires replaced and to stay off the highway for safety reasons! During a two - or three day period, I was also told by the said membership company that my front tires needed to be replaced also (now a red flag went up for me!). I told the guy I didn't understand that because my tires looked good to me, and I had barely used the car... He then said, "You can't see it because it's behind the tires, and this issue can cause damage to tires quickly, etc, etc...Long story, so I'll make it shorter now, I took my car to the big name air checking tire company and made an appointment for the next day: Next day, the guy checked my tires with a gadget and he agreed with membership company. He said, "Yep, you need back tires they're pretty bad." Something like that it's been too many days since this happened.Lastly, I took my car to Firestone, and they checked me in, and raised the car up and called me to go look at my tire situation, and explained there was NOTHING wrong with my tires. I was not surprised, but shocked that I was actually lied to by TWO DIFFERENT companies. Now I'm upset.Prior to this honest evaluation at Firestone, I was scared to drive my car and asked for rides because I was now also comparing the prices of tires.I could see my tires were in really good condition from the exterior... but trusted the other two companies that there was something I couldn't see.The representative at Firestone was so kind, and he said, "... you don't need tires, and I hate when people in this industry do things like this because it makes us all look bad..." I agreed and was relieved I didn't need to spend unnecessary money for perfectly good tires. He explained what to look for and checked my tread in front of me, showing me I had a good amount of tread on my tires. Firestone was the only HONEST company that not only saved me over $1,400, but they were diligent, professional, caring, and patient about it.Note: On one another day, the manager also helped me when they just closed. He took the time to answer some questions and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable.Firestone: That's great customer service! The real sad thing is TWO big name companies were 100% dishonest and lied to me for their gain. I will never go to those companies again for my tires (they both mostly offer tires services).I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Firestone on: 4301 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018. The guys and gals here are polite and go above and beyond!

This is hands down one of the best customer service based Firestones in the country!! Went to a few other locations while on tour and they wouldn t even look at the vehicle before saying they didn t have time. This location not only did a diagnostic right away but had the vehicle on the road running smooth as butter by the end of the day! Special thanks to Matthew Young for taking good care of me and addressing my concerns for time because of being on tour with a tight schedule. Wish this location was in my home state of Georgia!

I had engine trouble, went in for a diagnostic, when they realized they couldn't do anything for me, Nate pointed me in the right direction to a nearby specialist and waived the $100 diagnostic fee (as I was going to have to pay that at the next place anyway). They had no obligation to do that, and I extremely appreciate the humanitarian people working here. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to work with good and generous people. I came to get my tire patched and one tire replaced. They were quick with the service but upon picking upMy vehicle i noticed that one of the worker put a big dent and scratch im my car. I called to speak with someone And they told me there was nothing they can do and they can t help me

Notice my tire had a hole in it and was leaking air quickly brought it to this tire shop on google it s says they close at 6 and got there at 4:45 and they were closing at 5. Just needed a patch and they told me I needed a new tire and would not help. Told me to go to the tire shop down the street and to move my car out of the way. Tire shop down the road is way better only charged 10 dollars and fixed the tire said it s a common thing. The photo is from the other shop who left my tire like new.

2nd time I am in that location and staff are not cooperative and plus rude 1st time I thought may be misunderstood but this time was for tires change he told 2 hours will take I was waiting there but when more then 2 hours I asked and say still can take long time or can take my vehicle and what is wait more then 2 hours ?

I believe the gentleman's name was Nate. He was super helpful. I like going to th8s location. There are a few that might be closer. But this location has tge nicest and well informed staff

I recently replaced one of my back tires at this shop because it wascracking. A few months later, I went to another tire shop to replace my front tires. Their policy is to rotate the old tires to the front and place the new ones in the back. The technician told me that the person who replacedthe back tire excessively tightened one of the lug nuts. Excessivelytightened lug nuts can strip the threads, distort brake rotors, damage thewheel, and possibly shear off the lug stud. Since they couldn't remove thetire, I now have to take my car to a mechanic and hope that nothing else isdamaged. This is going to cost hundreds of dollars on top of what I spentfor the tires. If you know nothing about cars don't go here.

You re better off going to a different tire shop. I went in for a tire consultation. An hour later, they discovered there was a screw in my tire and told me that it was not repairable and that I had to get all four tires replaced.Two weeks later, I went into a different car auto repair shop (Not Firestone) that has good ratings in all locations in the West. They were able to look at the tire and repair it within 15 minutes for free.If you have a flat tire issues, avoid Firestone. They ll try to get money out of you.

Very friendly and kind customer service. However as far as Aligments are concerned they can t do it correctly, my truck still pulls to the right. I personally set the steering wheel center and somehow it s now cockeyed to the right vs before it was to the left, I m not sure what is going on with their machine but I ve been back twice now and I m tired of coming in to have the same problem and progressively getting worse. I m taking it to the dealer to have them fix it and align jt correctly. Total waste of my time. All in I spent 2 days and 4 hours of my time trying to get this resolved.

Brought my truck in for an alignment. The gentleman behind the desk was very helpful and courteous. Left my truck there, job was complete in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the work done. I also want to give the service writer lots of credit. When I picked up my truck, he was dealing with a lady, that for whatever reason, was not happy. He stayed focused, kept his cool and addressed the situation. Good job.

My check engine light was on and my heat wasn't working. An actuator was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. They couldn't order the part, which is understandable, but I was told to wait for a few days for follow up and still haven't heard anything 2 months later. Also they did not have my radio codes, so when they returned my car, I couldn't use the radio or navigation or center console system at all. After an additional hour of ALL OF US trying to figure it out, no one knew how to fix it. I had to return to an old mechanic and thank God they had those codes in their files. Service was good at the front desk, but overall... not a good experience.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

I got a flat and I'm from out of town. I was able to get the vehicle towed there and they helped me out. It was late but they still were able to get me on my way. Great prices and customer service. Thanks !

Called this location and spoke with Matt. I needed to get my car aligned after I had suspension work done at another shop that does not offer alignments. He told me to come down as they had a few no shows and could get me right in. Friendly staff and got me in and out within 45 minutes!
