Fire stone is so amazing I never thought in A million years that my car would would run the way it used to run when I first bought it Well, they sure did prove me wrong Not only Do they do an amazing job, but their work speaks for itself I recommend that anybody that is having car trouble take their car in not only do they do good work. They also have very kind and understanding workers that are there for you to answer any questions you have. I am very satisfied with the work that they do and how they go about making sure that the work is done by working seven days a week. It s so amazing and convenient. I love my fire stone.

I visited there with a tire leaking air since the car has Firestone tires. It was pulled in relatively quickly, but after sitting there for nearly an hour, I was informed that my tire had three different nails in it and could not be repaired. Since it was near closing time, I had them air it up to return the following morning. On a hunch, I drove it to a tire shop nearby. The tech there showed me it indeed had three nails in it. Or, more precisely, one large nail, one tiny finishing nail, and one short screw. He submerged the tire and found the leak, then removed the screw and finishing nail, spraying them with soap to reveal no leaks. The two smaller objects were superficial, not puncturing the inner wall. He patched the leaking hole, and I was on my way in about 15 minutes for 15 bucks. I don't appreciate this Firestone location wasting an hour of my time. And I'm not sure if A. They're trying to sell unnecessary tires, or B. The tech is not doing their job correctly. Either way is not a good look.

I took my car to the Indian School location. They wanted to charge me 2k to fix my catalytic converters, THANKFULLY they didn't have the tools and referred me to a muffler shop.At the muffler shop, they told me I didn't need my catalytic converters fixed and since I don't live in CA, I would never need my second one fixed. They referred me to Global Auto Repair and they said, I only needed my wiring fixed on my speed sensor.They charged me 103 dollars and my car is running fine.They tried to charge me 2,000 dollars this is scam work at it's best. I will never go back and you should not trust them.Global auto repair is slow but they will not scam you.

I have been using Firestone for a few years now. They Always get me in promptly, do a great job of fixing my vehicle, are very friendly, and explain what they re doing. I really trust them and couldn t be happier with their service. I highly recommend them.

Thank you so much for the air up and the tire pressure gauge!I unfortunately had low tire pressure and stopped for a quick fill up. A super nice lady helped me out- thank you so much!! I brought my car in for a scrapping noise under the car and walked out with two brand new tires and a car that shakes so bad I couldn t drive it.. when I informed the cashier he said the issue had nothing to do with the tires and walked away while I sat in the parking lot for an hour. No one ever asked if I need help offered water or assistance

Went in person on Friday and was told my tires were going to Be delivered on Saturday and ready for installation on Sunday only to show up Sunday for my appointment and be told that not only we re the tires not in stock anywhere in the valley, but the closest store that has them is in Payson and the earliest appointment I can get now is 36 hours later. Additionally these aren t even the original tires I ordered, but a close match

Went in to get my tired repaired, first time going to Firestone. The service advisor Guillermo was friendly and very helpful. The technician Lainey had a beautiful smile, very kind, attentive and overall extremely proficient at her job. My tire was repaired in like 15 minutes and I was on my way.

I don t recommend to come here I brought my car for an oil change, and they gave my car back with q leak, my car never leak I noticed in my parkway I just needed an oil change I don t know what they did to my car now it stops working this service was on Wednesday this week.

I brought my car in for tire rotation and they took my car on a joyride and later called me they couldnt work on my car at the moment when i came to pick it up the fron lip was broken ive been going back and forth with who i been told is the manager carl and joseph and they cant fix me my problem everytime i come they say that the manager is on vacation its been over a month now this place is terrible DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!Service: Tires

my partner and i have visited this location multiple times with our chevy sonic and they ve always been so helpful, so accommodating, and so welcoming. If anything has ever fallen short all of the staff is more than happy to help us. Guillermo has always gone above and beyond & Lainey has always made us laugh even when stressed about our vehicle. Seeing their shining faces when we walk in ensures a good experience. I love that they have recommendations of what can be done to improve our car but more importantly i love that they don t push for us get things done we don t need. All of the staff that we ve encountered has been so willing to help & they patch up our sonic every time! thank you to the whole team for always getting us what we need when we need it!

I dropped my vehicle off for a full vehicle inspection on a Saturday morning. I specifically requested the AC system be thoroughly evaluated as well. I was advised that the car could be left overnight and picked up the following morning (a Sunday). I received a call later in the afternoon that the car was ready for pick up again and asked if it would be okay to leave overnight. The staff confirmed that the car could be left. Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m., I showed up to retrieve my car, but all doors were locked. I called the stores number and there was no answer. I finally called a nearby Firestone to ask that staff if anyone could come open the store so that I could get my car. I was advised that likely the crew had "overslept." I was advised that I would receive a phone call once there was an available staff member to allow access to my vehicle. It was not until noon that I received the phone call notifying me that I could come get my car. As a former manager of a large tire and service company, I would be very upset knowing that not only did my staff not open the store during regular business hours, but also failed to notidy a customer that they would not be able to retrieve their vehicle when promised. Awful customer service. I hope this review makes it to a staff member who cares about their reputation and their customers. Had this been my only vehicle, this situation could have been much worse than it was. Additionally, the inspection provided was done very minimally. I paid $49.99 and received no repair estimate for the AC and was advised that the transmission and motor mounds were failing along with the alternator. There was no mention of the nail in my tire that I discovered Sunday evening. Please do better, Firestone.

WISH I COULD RATE ZERO,0, NIL,, ZILCH.All that I wanted to do was get air checked in my tires and the employees looked up at me and just looked at me probably 3 or 4 times never acknowledging I was even there..So the rude group of men went on doing whatever they were doing if anything at all. One gentleman came out of the office looked at me, walked across the shop and went to doing nothing..They are the rudest bunch of men I've ever seen. I would not ever do business with this place especially a woman doing business with this place, or it may have been another reason. I will leave that speculation where it is.

My expectations were already low since it's a tire shop. I had an appointment ahead of time and everything prepaid. I expected just to get here and wait an hour tops for the tire change. My original appointment was yesterday and the guy asked if I could reschedule for today, no problem I said. I didn't ant to wait around for hours and I need the tires done.I get here today 15 min early and it was like starting over. Spent the first 15 min going over all the stuff I went over yesterday, no problem different person and it happens. I ask how long and the tech tells the guy at the desk 1-1:30, so I elect to stay. It was about an hour maybe 1:30 before it went up on the lift. The car has been on the lift for an hour now and no sign of all the tires getting placed. I'm assuming I'm in for another 30 min at least. Got here at 12:45 and not expecting to leave until 3:45. Absolutely no one has talked to me about how long it's taken.During my time here I've heard so many excuses about phone calls not getting through, getting customer names mixed up, and a few others expecting to have the work completed only to see that they are falling very far behind.I have a simple solution, get a calendar and stick to it. If you have someone who is a walk-in be realistic with the time it will take so they can get a ride home. Also don't treat appointments like walk ins. If you have all my information, call me if something changes. I understood yesterday that they were short staffed, today there is no excuse.I rated an extra star than I would have otherwise done because the team is genuinely nice, just a very long wait and lack of communication.Service: Tires

If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped my car off on a Saturday to get an oil change, new tire, struts, and the lock on my car fixed. I was told my car would be done by Monday. Monday comes I still have zero updates on my car I called once asked about my car they hung up, I waited a few hours called again I was told the tire and oil had been changed they were just wrapping up with the lock and it should be done shortly.. several hours go by, (30 min before closing) called again and I was hung up on. I felt suspicious so I took an Uber there. I get there and my car hasn t been touched the oil hadn t been changed the tire hadn t been changed I wasn t sure if anything else I had requested had been fixed. The woman before me was in the exact same situation I was dropped her car off on Saturday was told it d be done by Monday and it wasn t done, another lady said they had lost her car keys I asked for a new estimated time of completion and I was told by 4pm the following day, I have just now picked up my car by 3:09pm to see that the only thing done was my tire and oil change, the struts and electrical issues haven t been fixed .I d like to add that they disrespectfully shoved the donut into my trunk and broke my trunk compartment that the donut should have been kindly put into l.

I came in the store after another customer,I noticed MR guilermo at the TV terminal on the phone I noticed he did not even acknowledge the fact that two customers walked in. So I waited to be helped by MR guilermo he kept leaving as he seemed to be preoccupied outside..he comes back in very confusing,in my opinion,so as he kept on with weather or not I wanted to put the tie on myself or not , then it I got a conventional tire last time,all weather ,I m like can I just get a tire please, I know I can be difficult at times,but this was not one of those times,But I was getting frustrated with the manager MR Guillermo so due to the fact I was here in a rush to get a tire it seems like time was just being wasted,once I said fine let me pay whatever it is , I said because it seems someone is having a bad day,,that s when he stopped helping me and asked his co worker to help me because he in fact was having a bad day and left me standing at the counter.,,I just feel like I won t be returning to do future business although John helped me out fine ,in fact John went out of his way , to whereas I almost wanted to delete this whole message, however MR Guillermo needs to work on his professionalism, the stars are for John alone!

Best staff at this location friendly and communicative12/17/23This is an updated review, 5 years later. Obviously different people work there now, but I will never go back to this location ever again. The last work I had done was a break inspection a couple of tires a few other things. But a few days later my car was dying I looked at my battery and it looked like it was Bowing and melting and it looked like it was going to explode, so I went to a different Firestone and told them my concerns they inspected my car and found that everything that said had been done at the last Firestone had not but they didn't outright tell me that for obvious reasons But I can clearly see them doing the same thing . Then they told me my battery was no good, okay I have a warranty we walk to O'Reilly's and looked at my warranty and they said that battery is not from here. I have the receipt, I took a picture of it less than a year ago I showed it to them They told me it's not the battery so I believe Firestone switched out my battery. I can't prove it but I know they did. I had to buy me another battery.So now I just go to a different Firestone and they know how cautious and concerned I am so they take very good care of me. I have no complaints with new location

Arrived at 7 a.m., right at opening to have AC check and get new battery. Guy tells me AC tech won't be in until Wednesday. Asked him about check my battery as I may need new one, he just walked away and never came back to help my husband, just totally ignored him,but was quick to help male customer who came in after me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

My brother went to this Firestone location he took it for tires took it for a joyride after a while they called him and they said they can t work on his car and Carl and Joseph kept saying the manager isn t here and that s he s always on vacation it s been almost two months of waiting and !!!PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE TERRIBLY PLACE!!!Service: Wheel alignment
