I love this Firestone ! The people here always treat me like I'm the most important customer in the world. They're fast , friendly and helpful .There are other tire shops near me but I always choose this Firestone for their superior products and top tier service . Thanks Firestone! Love you guys

make sure to call the manager every single day until your car is finished or it will not get done. they've had my car for 3 months and still the manager wants to argue over the phone with me. He lies and goes back on what he said after incorrectly telling me the car will be done several times over the span of 3 months.

The folks there dropped what they did and helped me when I was panicking that my tire was not in stock and not in stock anywhere. I thought was going to be abandoned in Paradise Valley. Hope was the sweetest person and bent over backwards to help me. She and her boss are an asset to the company. First visit to this Firestone and it will not be my last. I will continue to go there even though I live almost an hour away. Can t get customer service like that anymore! Love them.

I wasn t sure it was necessary to get 4 new tires because vehicle was purchased 1-1/2 years ago and owner had gotten new just before that (unfortunately they were a discontinued style from 2018); but the policy is to not fix a tire over 5 years old. Just wasn t planning on that type of purchase when simply wanted 1 tire repaired.

Awfully had my car mess up after two weeks due to them working on my car I could have died after they worked on my car. I have since been back to firestone to correct the mistakes made thank God nobody was hurt some damage happen to the car but the employees and manager tried there best had to keep my car for a day and run it a few times to get the kinks out and they refunded the towing charge I had to have to bring the vehicle in to have it worked on so they made it right hopefully nothing goes wrong again or because of the accident that was caused from the passenger side tie rode coming undone .

Very efficient and courteous team. No hard sell. Came in for a dead battery issue on our Toy-Yoda. They had to order it in and had it within an hour. Got a call 2 hours after dropping off the car. Keep up the good work. Thanks guys.

Do not go here. They straight up lie to you about stuff that's wrong with your car. Said left turn sinal out and literally checked and all lights work fine. Also said the struts to hood needed replaced, but the hood opens and closes fine. Scammy behavior all around. Go here at your own risk.

I've gone twice now and both times had the same issue return. Motor mounts don't just keep breaking... unless you use the wrong ones. Upsell, upsell, upsell. That is their MO.

My son s car broke down in the area of Firestone. We contacted them and they were able to take in the car immediately. The car was fixed in a timely manner this is great! Now to the terrible experience about Firestone. Alternator and a battery for 4 cylinders 2008 Honda Accord is $1012 (parts and labor)! How does one get to this price point? Likely markup parts by 100% and outrageous labor rate. An alternator for this car is between $199 to $329 in auto parts stores. I am guessing they get the cheapest one for $199 with their 10% discount. I asked them on the phone, but they are ashamed to share how much they mark the parts, and they certainly refuse to use customer provided parts. And now to the labor cost this place charges $160/hr !!! Honda dealership in San Diego for example charges $125. Such business practices at an auto repair shop are equivalent to a robbery. I can only compare this to one previous experience that share similar greedy practice Midas. I have steered clear form MIdas since 2008 and now Firestone will be on the same list for me. They may have fairly good overall rating, but it is probably based on their tire sales/install as they must be more transparent and competitive there.

They quoted me $477 for 2 tires. I had found the exact 2 tires online at Walmart earlier for $97 each... but I wanted to see what Firestone's prices were, and they are closer to me. So I asked the rep at Firestone if they would price match because that's what it says their guarantee is on their website... but his response was, "That's more than our cost so we can't match it." He's obviously lying because the real issue is... it will take away his commission so he doesn't want to do it. Do yourself a favor people... go to Walmart to get the same tires for nearly half the price.

I recently visited this Firestone location on a Sunday morning for an oil change and alignment. Skyler was very helpful and pleasant as he checked us in and out. He also kept us informed by phone of any updates. Gilbert also met with us showing us an area of concern on the vehicle. Gilbert's evaluation was detailed and informative.

Took two weeks to fix my car. The original visit was a flat tire. Left and my car was barely drivable. So I took it back because my breaks felt funny and my original mechanic refused to touch it because they put my lug nuts on too tight and stripped my tires screws. They replaced the lug nuts and scheduled me the next day for a break inspection. The inspection never got done and something fell from under my car. they were short staffed their computers were down and lifts didn't work. So I had to argue with them just to have my car towed to a different location that could do the work. I missed work school and had other obligations that I was unable to take care of. They were rude, hanging up the phone and didn't know what to do. If I could NO STARS. And this is more of a training facility for new graduates. Still learning. They rush through the work mess up and want you to pay for it. Can't get in touch with no higher ups so don't try. My lawyer will be involved! They hammered something off my car wand caused damage. Skip the dealerships! You need to give them am opportunity to fix your car!I was having a major problem with my car. The dealership asked me to leave the car for 2 to 3 weeks to provide an estimate. After discussing it with them they quoted a worse case scenario including parts and labor.Firestone changed managers at this location and I spoke to John, the new manager. Very impressed with his demeaner and professionalism. Was straight and honest with me.HIs team completed the assessment, provided an estimate, 1/3 of the cost of the dealership, and completed the repair in less than 48 hours. WOW!!You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by giving them the opportunity.Service: Oil change

My second time coming here! First time for tires a few months back when no one in the valley had my specific tire and today to fix my AC. Both times the customer service, professionalism, honesty and just over all great care shine through. They are not here to rip you off with services you don t need, they start with the obvious and go from there. 10/10Service: Air conditioning

NO Master Mechanic. Very Limited certifications. Do not recommend anything get worked on that s 2021 or newer. No knowledge on them got my car back with check engine and parking break warning lights/system charging warnings/safety controls don t work anymore. They do not have the Knowledge or Expertise to work on these newer cars. Take it somewhere else .

Had my alternator replaced, but it wasn't a painful process! Thanks to Johnny, the entire process was simple to understand and efficient with my time and money!Not only that, but I have a follow up appointment Sept 10th for a few new wheels at a sale price, along with some minor additional repairs! If I could rate them lower I would. Took in my car for a shifter issue. Was told that they would hold my car for a few days and ended up being without a car for close to a week and a half. When I returned I found my entire dashboard shattered as they had to remove parts of my dash to fix the issue. It was not replaced it was not even fixed. I was given a bag with the parts of my dash and told "sorry here's $60 off". Worst auto experience I've ever had.

Worst Firestone ever. Use another place.Dropped my car off for an oil, they had it for 2.5 hours and didn't even get to it. They didn't call me to tell me it was being delayed. I called and they put me on hold and never came. Told me when I showed up to pick it up. Save your money.

Took my 2013 volvo s60 in for 4 wheel alignment....had a 12pm appt. They were short staffed (understandable). They got my car in, did an excellent job and i left happy. My go to for tires and alignment.

My 18 yr old daughter took her VW Bug in for an alignment. She got a phone call an hour later informing her that 2 tires definitely needed to be replaced. Luis and another gentleman took us into the shop, showed us the issue on the tires and thoroughly explained everything. She ended up buying 4 new tires and her car is driving a hundred percent better! Excellent customer service! This is our "go to" shop for all our family vehicles!! Thank you for a great experience!

The store doesn't open when it's listed on the front door, the front door says 7, online says 8, and nobody is here until at least 9. They take forever to do anything and that's even if they realize that you are at the front desk, which is often left unchecked.
