Messed up oil change, had to take back 2nd time for them to clean my engine because oil was all over it because they missed the sump. They did clean it up and were very nice. But I must point out I called them the night before at 520pm and the tech was very rude, told me they close in 10 minutes ( not true, they close at 6pm) and I have to bring it in the morning. Meanwhile, I'm dealing with oil dripping from engine. He insisted it was some other problem because they did nothing wrong with oil change. He was wrong. They charge so much in labor but didn't seem to care about my time!

I love Firestone, Carefree Hwy location! The guys always do such a wonderful job and take such good care of our car! We never go anywhere else for oil changes, but here. Scheduling was convenient, and the service was friendly, prompt, and very professional. Everything was explained in detail with no pressure to complete all repairs. They always go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you for being so AMAZING!!

We were extremely impressed with Trevor who worked with us all day. While adding air to our front tires, we were told that we needed a front end alighnment as we were in imminent danger of a blow out. We replaced the tires, and Tony Valtierra completed the work. He found where there was a gas leak, and gave us an estimate for that repair. He also gave us an estimate for a fuel pump on my daughters Toyota. We plan to return to them for both repairs. They were knowledgeable, very helpful. I did not realize that they truly are a complete car repair facility we could trust. Give those men a raise!!! Thanks so much!

The guy at the counter with the accent was extremely rude, I dropped my tire off at 8am, came back at 430pm, the tire was not mounted to the rim still. He didn t call me at all to tell me they no longer sell the tires I bought here in Dec. He finally took my truck back at 520pm. His word to me were "What do you want? I'm not a miracle worker."I only came back here because I bought the tires here. I'll find a different tire shop from now on.

Set up an appointment for my wife to get an alignment. The alignment went fine but the technician did not put the air filter back after their standard inspection. I popped the hood a week later to change the filter and found it sitting on top of the box.

ZERO STARS - Set an appt on Sunday for Tuesday and dropped off my car. Called them all morning for two hours on Tuesday with no answer. Went back to the shop only to be told they have no idea and that my appointment was probably cancelled. Never received any updates or emails. Tried to tell the manager I had been calling for 2 hours with no response. Told me to have a nice day in the middle of my sentence. This place is obviously understaffed or they do not care. BEWARE.

Walked in Wednesday Set an appointment for Saturday, took the car in only to find out that the appointment time was not inputted in their computer therefore was basically treated as a walk in. If you can t get an appointment right then what expectations should I have for them working on my car. Thx for nothing.

This is the closest Firestone to where i live. I had very good experience from the past services i had before but today I really have to share my experience as a means and opportunity to improve customer experience. I did not attempted to do walk in as I was told they were having some sort of sales event and the best way for service would be to setup an appointment. I was scheduled for 9am and had the schedule setup 4 days ago. Came into the store at 8:45 and was immediately assisted/checked in and advised I am just going to wait in the shop for a 4 wheel alignment of a midsize car. Service was quickly done the only issue is that there was one customer checking out and seems to be having some sort of misunderstanding with pricing on wheel alignment so i waited patiently while my car is parked right in front the office and the tech had hanged the completed doc with my keys in a small office window with a big sign complete . At that time another rep/tech came in while another customer arrive and waited behind me. It took him a while to get himself setup to the next register to announce that he is available to help so I immediately responded and said my car is done and i just need to checkout and the lady behind me said she is just dropping off . I mean no disrespect but the rep called her first instead of me which is kind of unprofessional. When you are in a line you get attended to based from the line queue. So i waited 10 more minutes just to checkout and get my keys. He didn t even bother to explain to me the result of the wheel alignment and a copy of report/receipt for my record. Would have been an awesome experience otherwise definitely a room for improvement. My car drives smoothly now and pulling to the right was fixed. Should have given a 5 star rating but ended with 2. When you provide service, you stand in providing the best customer experience from beginning to end.

**UPDATE**I had a terrible experience with this place trying to fix an oil leak. They had taken apart the car and kept the car for several days without telling me in advance (april 2022)I just found out they broke a screw in my alternator. 100% avoid this place.

My wife's car brokedown on the way out of town and we were desperate to get it fixed. Called this location and spoke with Dawn. She couldn't get us in, but she took the time to call around to other locations to find us someone with an opening. Dawn was extremely helpful and the other locations should have her come in to teach customer service!

We had a 12 pm appointment for an oil change, alignment check, and an inspection. I was told my car would be ready by 2 pm. I called to check for status at 2. The person who answered the phone informed me they had not touched my vehicle yet and I could expect it to be done by 5. I admit, this was annoying and my tone became less than composed. When I asked why it would take so long and what was the point of the appointment, the person I was speaking to hung up on me.Upon picking up my car later, I encountered an extremely hostile atmosphere. When I inquired about the incident on the phone, one of the service technicians behind the counter responded with hostility, resorting to insults, gestures, and threats. The manager, who was present at the time, requested that I wait outside, subsequently returning with my key and informing me that I was being trespassed from the property. As though I caused the problem or misbehaved.When I asked why I was being kicked out, the aforementioned technician, accompanied by another individual, confronted me with further threats, explicitly expressing an intention to engage in physical harm unless I left immediately. The three of them followed me to my car continuing the threats and insults. I spoke to the police and someone at the Firestone corporate office. No resolution yet.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. When I originally made a request for an appointment and went in the next day the guy said "I saw your appointment request I just didn't want to approve it and I could do it now I just don't want to take the car off the alignment rack". Set an appointment for the following day and it takes almost 2 hours to do an alignment, the floors were disgusting and the coffee area was filthy. After my alignment I get in my car and my steering wheel is now cooked to the other side, my vents and stereo had been messed with, compartments gone through, AND MY HOOD LEFT UNLATCHED. This shop should but shut down.

Been going to this location since it opened. Service good. Get the occasional late notice of not being ready or having to keep my vehicle overnight. Very disappointed to get a huge door ding this time around. 2014 Jeep and this the first major ding sent in 8 years.

Terrible service. Ordered wrong part many times and took no blame for it. Fixed the truck and same part broke 2 months later. Ordered wrong part again. Went in to find out what s going on and the manger Alex (Christian) got verbal and confrontational. Abusive bad language and said I should go somewhere else to get it fixed. Hope they caught it all on camera. This loser should be fired!

I came here after a minor car accident to have an alignment done. It is rare I feel welcomed walking into any car place as a woman. The employees at this Firestone made me feel welcomed and explained the reasoning for each service. Travis is incompetent as a salesman... asked him for a price of the tire and took him forever. Right away he wanted to give me out the door total on a set of four. Travis you need to pay attention of what is being asked by the customer, you could have saved yourself precious time by answering what is being asked. Especially on a Sunday when you are probably being slammed with business. Deliver and don't waste time

I Made an appointment by calling the number for this location. I spoke with a guy to make my appointment for my alignment and tire rotation. I arrived for my 11 am appointment to only get informed that the alignment machine has been down and that they can t do my alignment but can rotate my tires. I let them know I made the appointment specifically for the alignment only 2 days ago and that if the machine is down, they should call and inform the customer that they won t be able to preform the service. Travis was at the front desk and was very rude about the entire conversation. He said that it s not their fault that whoever I spoke with made the appointment, because the machine has been down. I made this appointment 2 days prior.Now an hour later I went to check in on the tire rotation, went to the front desk and asked Travis how long more for the tire rotation service. He went and checked with the service tech and no one has even touched the car to preform the service schedule at 11. I asked that if I didn t check on the car, the car would not been serviced yet. Again, I had an 11 am appointment, and they tech didn t even know my car was there until I had Travis go and inquire. Travis is rude and dismissive. Do not recommend him or this location.

I tried to go here for a tire repair while traveling. 7 horses on the trailer headed for Seattle and a low tire on the truck. Because they didn't have room for my trailer in front of their store they turned me away without help. Wouldn't air up the low tire or help put on my spare. Refused me service in a need for help. Horrible customer service. Any tire business willing to watch an old woman by herself change a tire on a dually in the parking lot next door should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. Anyone who has a mother, daughter, sister or loved one who might need assistance in a jam this isn't the business for you.

I ve tried to give this place a lot of slack, only because their location is convenient for me. Never again. Don t expect anything more complicated than an oil change from this place. They ll probably botch even that. Nothing is done on time, and they are unqualified to identify obvious issues, like a failed ball joint or worn brake shoes. They never even bothered to call me back with updates about my car in their service; I had to reach out to them, several times. They re adept at finding problems that you didn t know you had, and quite bad at diagnosing - much less fixing! - the actual problems that you describe.

Tried to rip me offI went here to get my flat tire fixed, they were the only place open on Sunday. They informed me that I needed new tires since there was an existing repair on the tire. The tires were recently replaced so I knew something wasn t right. I picked up my car without getting the tire fixed and I found my white interior covered in black greasy fingerprints.The next day, I took my car to Discount tire down the street, they repaired the tire with no issue and informed me there was no evidence of a previous repair.Avoid this place like the plague.

Super unprofessional and unreliable. Made an appointment for 4 new tires, never received a follow up email about any other problems. When I came in at the time of my appointment they said they didn t have the tires, which he found out after 2 seconds on his computer, so they clearly could ve sent me an email and not made me come in at the time of my actual appointment to cancel it. So the employee gave me a new time to reschedule, I showed up again at my new appointment time today and guess what they didn t have the tires and wanted me to reschedule again. I said I ll stay with Firestone if I can get at least some discount for making me come in twice for nothing, or I wanted to cancel. The employee said they couldn t offer anything, so I m definitely never using Firestone again. Use them at your own risk.

They are way too slow. Takes forever to change a tire. They also refused to service my tire because it has too much mud. They dont bother to just wash it off for me. The only reason i came is that it is close to TSMC. I strongly suggest not come

Make sure if you schedule an online appointment not to depend on it. It specifically says that if they cannot take your appointment request, they will call you. No one ever called me and when I arrived several hours later, they told me they can't help me until the following day. What a waste of time!

Was camping nearby at Lake Plesant and got a flat driving on rough roads. Came in to get new tires and the Firestone team was able to get them the same day. The switch was quick. The front desk employees Alex and Travis were helpful and gave me options for me to pick. The technician was friendly aswell. If you're a veteran like me stop by for a 10% veteran discount!

The staff at Firestone are ALWAYS respectful and communicative, and they do great work!!!!
