I just took my suv there for alignment yesterday evening and this morning when I got on the freeway to take my husband to work, the hood slammed up because they didn t fully latch it! It was terrifying because the force was so hard it knocked my rear view mirror off and I couldn t see anything! Now my hood is ruined and tied down and im so angry that it could ve caused a serious accident because of severe negligence. I ve already called but now I m waiting for my husband to get off work so he can come with me to make sure they rectify the situation or I m suing.

I could not be Happier with this store! Four new tires are great. Most important, balancing and alignment were completed perfectly! New battery and wipers also done right and the whole experience is effortless and and five-star. This service for my Subaru now makes it drive better than my Mercedes.

This place has no respect for women. I was walking across the parking lot with my 3 year old child to go to another store and I received cat calls from the workers. I went inside to complain and the manager heard me say 'cat calling' and he dismissed me and told me to leave. They have no respect and show no respect. Its disgusting to see how men let other men treat women with such disrespect. Its like these men don't remember they were born from a woman. Anyways don't go there if this is how they treat people who aren't customers, if you're a female, you might as well be signing up for the disrespect.

It turns out that Firestone bought Fletcher's, so the question here is if it's the same company, it is not and some of the old employees got let go for not following the new company's procedures and standards which to me translates to "We don't want employees doing things they're not supposed to", as it has happened in the past when it was Fletcher's.If you're in need of an oil change or anything not major done in your vehicle we recommend to make an appointment and get there in time.The two employees on the front desk were very friendly and have an amazing costumer service (Alexis and Erling), after we signed in and gave them our vehicle's key they offered us coffee and cold water, then we went to a waiting area where they have chairs and a TV to make your waiting more pleasant. We sat there for about 30 minutes while they did the oil change. They did it quick and it wasn't as expensive as other places (prices varies depending on the type of vehicle you have).__________________2015____________________ We used to go to this location to get a tune up for our truck until one day they had a new guy from another shop and he was doing the oil change when he called me back there to show me that one of the hoses was loose and he told me to look at it so I did, but he said it would be fine like that. Obviously we trusted them putting their hands on our truck so we left the shop thinking everything was ok BUT once we got on the freeway to go to the store another driver told us to stop because our truck was leaking water then we realized the truck was overheating then I stopped and opened the hood and I checked to see what was wrong that's when I realized the same hose that the "mechanic" told me to look at was completely broken. We drove back to the shop to speak with the manager that the mechanic had broke the hose on purpose and for them to fix it. The manager came out and we were explaining to him what was happening and he got defensive and immediately accused me of braking it and he raised his voice towards my wife and I in front of costumers. He began to yell at us and said that "we don't know anything about cars" so he wasn't sure wether "we broke it" or not. At the end they felt forced to fix the problem because they knew it was their fault. We didn't want to leave our truck and didn't trust them anymore but we had no choice after he argued with us and disrespected us they agreed to order the part and fix it. They knew it was they're fault but what bothered me more is as a Customer being yelled is not right and should not happen to anyone. So no I don't recommend this place!!!

I had them do a ac cleaning because my ac wasn t blowing as cold. They assured me it was colder now but it s the exact same. Whatever no harm no foul. Less than a week later I have to replace my ac compressor because there was a hole in it. Tried to get in so they could fix it but they didn t have time for that lol what a joke. I m sure they would deny their own mess up anyways with their straight off the street two week techs

Set up an appointment for a Fuel System cleaning, got there early and they got to work on it. They asked if i wanted to go with the 3 part cleaning or just a simple additive. Went for the 3 part cleaning process. The experience took roughly and Hour and half, which didn't bother me. However what happened in the following hours after is what turned this whole experience south. Me and my family decide to go for a drive out North to Flagstaff. We fill up before hitting the highway. 70+ miles into the drive check engine light turns on, vehicle loses power and begins sputtering to the point that my vehicle is barely rolling. My family and I are now stranded in the middle of nowhere for hours and the closest service/gas station was miles away. Had to get a tow truck service to haul the vehicle and my family back into Phoenix. Have to call first thing in the morning and get them to correct this asap. Paid for services to keep my vehicle operating for years to come but now it's out of commission. This was my first ever experience with Firestone and I'm not enjoying anything that has happened to this point.

For the first time, I decided to try Firestone Complete Auto Care at 19th Ave and Dunlap based on a recommendation from a very satisfied customer. From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted by the store manager Dustin. He was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us with our tire selection. Our vehicle was pulled into the bay and all four tires were replaced in a timely manner. I believe the tires were a fair price and fit my truck perfectly.I have worked in the customer service industry for over 35 years and can honestly say first impressions are what sold me on this store. To Dustin and his entire crew, thank you for treating me like a valued customer. The guys in here were really awesome they took care of my tire and explained everything that they were going to do to my car. And they didn't even try to upsell me which is a plus I'm coming back in 2 weeks for an oil change I'll let you know what happens then.

I ususlly go to the Cave Creek one, but this was closer.I shouldve stuck with Cave Creek.The guy was rude, no hello,Ill be with you.There was no coffee.CONS: No wait, No other customers waiting. The temp in the wait area was warm. Not exactly on the cool side of twn. PROS: finished within the hour, NO Pressure to pay for other srrvies.

Wouldn't go back. The guy at the desk talks so smoothly that he down plays the issue or smooths over the fact they really don't have the capability or skills to actually fix anything and then makes it sound like what they can do for you will fix the issue when it won't and the reason you brought your vehicle in is still a problem when you leave. Then blames you for the communication disconnect. Again the name "Firestone Complete Auto Care" is false as they can't fix a misfiring engine. Its more of a glorified Jiffy Lube/Discount Tire knock off. Take your vehicle to a local mom and pop shop that actually fixes vehicles.

They don't deserve any stars, I don't understand anything about making an appointment if they work on your vehicle whenever they want. My "appointment" was at 9:00 am for an oil change and air conditioning check, I called at 1:00 pm to see what was wrong with my vehicle and they told me that they had just done the oil change, I decided to take my vehicle without checking my air conditioning, on top of that they do not put the sticker with the information of the oil change. I do not recommend this place.

I went there cuz my car had a nail. They inspected my car and it was repairable that s what they said. Later they told me that it wasn t but on the paper report says that it s repairable. anyway they called me and they already have a new tire to be installed So smart lol. I m starting to believe that they lied to me in order for me to buy the tire. But the worst is that I clearly said the guy who helped me that I didn t need the Road hazard protection and He didn t care and he did so. He charged me for that. I feel like they don t care. They just want their commission and I m asking where the values and the trust are ?They re gone. Just be careful with this location.Service: Tires

Stay clear of this place, they like to take advantage of women and get them to pay for repairs that are not needed. My Girlfriend took her car in for an alignment and they told me they couldn't do it she needed new tires and struts. She took her car back to the place that recently did the struts and was told her struts and tires are fine. Scumbags!

The service here was excellent! Milton was very warm and caring when I arrived at the store with the flat tire and got it fixed within a couple of hours! Truly amazing!!! I am saying it based on my past experience at other places. I also had Milton check the condition of other tires. He had a professional quickly confirm that for me and I decided to replace all tires while at the store. Indeed that saved a ton of my time and it was all done at a reasonable price. I recommend this place to anyone looking to take complete care of their car in this area.

The absolute worst Firestone location I've ever been to! I took my vehicle in to have the front brakes replaced and afterwards the brakes began to squeal. After talking with them multiple times and having them clean the brakes and they agreed that the brakes looked fine, (including the rear ones which had been replaced the summer before) the sound persisted so I asked them to replace the front ones since they were still under warranty. The guy insisted that it was not the front brakes and advised replacing the rear brakes instead of honoring the warranty. (This situation is still not resolved while I write this)I've never had an issue with any other Firestone location making a situation right for the customer. I'm done with this location and advise any other woman to just go to another location since apparently they think it's ok to take advantage of someone they think had little knowledge about vehicles.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. Was told our 1 tire that needed to be changed will take 30 minutes. After 2 hours it was done and they scratched our expensive rims pretty badly. My husband was in talking to the man in the shop while the employee came out and was bad mouthing my husband and I calling him very disrespectful names because of their mistake. He cursed many times at me for confronting him about what he was saying. I have never had such bad customer service. The man working in the office was nice and there was also another nice gentleman in the shop but the man who changed our tire definently shouldn't be an employee there.

My experience with Fletcher Tire is good one. I been a customer for almost 20 years and my have been treated very good. I have dealt wit Daryl for many years and he is a very fair person. I recently had a bad experience with tires I purchased from Daryl.. We were on a long RV trip and had problems with truck and trailer tires. When we got back to Phoenix I stopped by Fletcher Tire and talked to Daryl about our problems, he took care of our problems very promptly and to our satisfaction. Worst customer service ever. I asked if they can perform a oil change and check my tire because it keeps getting low. The guy states that it s $20 for them to fix my tire. When I came to pick up my vehicle the only thing that was mentioned was I needed brakes. Ok perfect I schedule another appointment for brakes two days after my current appointment. Now when the man calls he states just to let you know you have a nail in your tire and states the same tire I been having a problem with. So I told the man that I need a refund for that $20 that I just spent because they lied to me. The man states well I don t know if it s the same tire it could be a new nail. No it s the same one. Then he emailed me over my invoice Maisel completely different invoice in the original with the extra $400 on there. I will be contacting corporate because this is ridiculous they always try to pull something on people. My family told me not to go to Firestone and I understand why now.

Great price on my tires, they even price match and give you the best deal possible. The service was awesome, everyone was really friendly and the best part was the quick service on a Saturday or all days. This location is better than other Fletcher's I've been to in the past.

My husband went to get a quote for tires for his truck an was greeted by Ivan who is the Manager at this location! I can not even begin to explain his level of professionalism he was helpful an explained everything to us an made us feel confident in our sale!! You can tell he cares about his customers an making sure you feel like a part of his family!!!! We highly reccomend this location for anything you need for ur vehicle we will definitely be back to purchase tires for our future vehicles!!!!!! Thank you Ivan!!!!!!!

Appointment at 11 am to get vehicle alignment getting ready to head out of town. they said 1.5-2hrs, I called at 1 and employee said it was just about to be started working on it. I called at 2:30 and employee said that it was just now getting serviced as they had technical problems with equipment but when asked about the 1pm call they didn t know what to respond. No call from them to let me know about issues or delays. Never going back

Terrible service. They installed the oil filter incorrectly and my car was leaking oil. I have to redo the oil change/ put in new filter and this store's response is.. come back for an inspection and we can give you a discount...Not coming back here.

Very very helpful and knowledgeable and kind. They know exactly what they re taking about and are so absolutely helpful. As a college student they don t jerk me around and charge me unrealistic prices, they explain what s happening and what the cost break down is and sometimes don t charge for basic services like checking on a noise or tire pressure or a test drive if your car is acting weird. Ivan Awshalim is THE BEST. He seems to be an expert with over 30 years experience. He tells it like it is when it come to a problem and goes above and beyond to help you. He also had a sense of humor which is nice when it comes to something like a serious car issue. Would highly recommend this location!!!

They told me I needed to replace my tire and when I took it to a different auto shop they said my tire was fine. This place notoriously rips off women and young girls to their advantage. I would never recommend this place and I suggest that you take your business elsewhere, especially if you are a woman.

Firstly, I absolutely love this store and the manager who runs it. Anytime I have a question(however dumb of one it may be) I am given a detailed explanation without the "rolling of the eyes" other shops have given me. He informs me what is needed now and what can wait rather than saying I need to spend so and so much on the service and guilt or stress me out of sanity. I have been visiting this location for 2 1/2 years now even after I moved to the other side of town. I deal with this store because IMO they do care more about helping people rather than ripping off the customer to make a quick buck or put them in financial ruin. This is why I return and my family has followed suit as well. Yesterday when I came in for a simple oil change on one of my two vehicles. I had informed him that I had to be in Scottsdale (30-45 minute drive) @ 5pm and my service was at scheduled at 3:30. He understood my concern and told his tech's to get to work on it asap to help me out which was unheard of from Cathedral automotive, Sears or any other automotive shops I've dealt with in the past. I was out the door at 4:15. The only concern was during the oil change they gave me the report of my car's standing and said the front passenger Axel boot was torn and failing. I had that axle replaced in December 2016. He remembered me coming in for the service and assured me that it would still be under warranty and to bring the car in next week following my trip out of state since I did not have time for them to look at it further due to my schedule that day. I have great confidence that this will be corrected smoothly and without problems as I have yet to have any problems dealing with him and his crew. I would rate this store above 10 if the option was available. We will continue to have our vehicles serviced here. 10 10 10 10-- Eric LaCombe

****Do not trust these guys**** They will swap out your good parts for salvaged junk yard parts. I brought my Honda Civic to these guys for a broken timing belt. After I picked the car up I drove a few miles (about to get on the freeway) and heard clunking noises. The new belt had broke due to not being bolted down completely, so I had to have it towed back to them. It took them almost 2 months to correct the problem. Although they did pay for a rental 2 months is ridiculous. Every time I called to see what was going on they were impatient and gave little information. When they were finally done I was advised that they replaced my ENGINE( supposedly because that was the only way they were able to secure the new belt) which was fine and was under warranty from the dealership. They refused to give me a work order or tell me what they did to my car. A year later I found out my starter went out and it was a salvaged part!!??? Would give 0 stars if I could. The "New" engine now leaks oil and warranty is void. Daryl is a crook.
