Book an appointment! They will give you realistic timeframes. Very helpful and thorough. I feel like I can trust them to take care of my car. Came in December for a new battery install been back for broken AC and new brakes. The manager was very helpful and even gave me a ride to work. I ll be back for sure!

Jim was very kind and accommodating, I had a blow out and 5 kids with me including (2 year old twins). Jim helped me find the best option that was affordable for me. They finished must faster than expected and had us on our way in no time

This was my final attempt to give them a chance. Only reason i did was because of the service I'd gotten when i lived in Brandon Florida. First time here, I had an appointment to get my tire changed and the oil changed. They replaced the tire. Didn't do the oil. Went back to get the oil changed a light bulb replacedand the other three tires replaced. They changed the tires and said they did the oil but left the oil change indicator on in my car so??? Didn't touch the light bulb. Then, I can't back to get the brakes done. My car sat all day. No updates at all. Came in cuz they don't answer the phone, they said ti reschedule. So I did for the next week. Came back the next week and my car say all day again. They apologized said low on techs come back next week. Went to leave when a female came out apologized and said they couldn't do my brakes because it's a BMW and I need to take it to the dealer. (Took it to German Auto on 7th st). Today I came in at 7am asked them to look at my right from tire due to a slow leak on a tire less than a year old that they'd sold me. Asked them to change the oil and look at the windshield washer bay tube. We told a requested back time was 930am would get an update. 930am came and went. I made two attempts to call and no answer. Got there and my car was still sitting where I left it and it's now almost 11am. A very small attempt was made for a discount if I wanted to come back but I won't be coming back anyway. As a business owner myself, I understand things happen. But my time is valuable and to not get any updates or answer the phone and this many errors. In a "thank you economy"Speed to add that i was able to drive over to Big O Tires and they were able to do the tires AND the rotors for me. I'll be taking all my vehicles to them. they've failed.

They get the job done yes, but if you are wanting communication there is none. They never answer the phone when you call this location. I only went here bc the other one on 35th burnt down. I won t be returning to this one. I needed my car back I left it a day and a half. Only one call saying they d check my car again for the issue I ve had since they changed my pads and rotors. It is now a holiday and I still don t have my car. I tried calling several times the day I was supposed to get my car. No answer. So if you rely on them to communicate go somewhere else.

Although my repairs were done over a 2 day period, the mechanics correctly identified the problem. A broken motor mount. A different service center previously looked at the vehicle and reported that I needed both bearings replaced as well as tires. They quoted $2,489.00. So I looked for another estimate. Firestone found it quickly and those other repairs weren t necessary. Thanks to all. They saved me over two grand!

Everyone was super professional & nice!The only negative that I would report is that I did find some grease prints inside on the driver's side & my trunk was disheveled. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. I'll be returning for sure.

Extremely disappointed with this Firestone. The manager, Edward, has zero customer relation skills. I can t believe he even still has a job to be honest. Do yourself a favor, and don t ever bring your vehicle here!I brought up a small issue, about no one answering the phone, and he quickly raised his voice and began to argue with me. He then threw a sign at me and start yelling get the F$&k out of here What a joke! How can a company like this still have this guy working here. Read some other reviews, and you ll see this guy has a history.

Very knowledgeable and work is fast and dependable . Any questions you have they answer them with honesty and knowledge, highly recommend this location. Been to 4 other locations with the same issue and they leave me dry and stranded but this location has been nothing but great and fixed the problem other firestones can t seem to fix. Thank you and be coming back for other work my truck needs.

Wish I could go lower than a 1.Another location had called to see if they could squeeze us in for a diagnostic. My wife's car stalled on the hill outside Black Canyon City and was in limp mode. They said they could get us in, and we limped on over.When we get there, the guy didn't remember the call at first and almost turned us away. When he did remember he said he would get it looked at soon. I told him we really need it done as my wife is heading out of town to start a new job. That was around noon.We heard nothing until I called them at 5pm. They said it was never looked at and it would have to wait until tomorrow. We had to drive back over and transfer all of her stuff into my car. Unfortunately, the dealership was already closing or we would have taken it straight there. James promised it would be looked at first thing at 7am.Next morning I wait until 8am before calling. Guy says he was "just about to call us" to say they can't work on it, has to go to dealership. We drive back again, get charged over $90 for their "work," and take the car to the dealership nearby.Dealership is very nice, but then they see the warning light is not on anymore. Firestone had reset the computer and dealership can't work on it without that error showing. Dealership says FS knows they are supposed to leave the error showing, so now I have to drive a ticking time bomb waiting for it to stall again so I can get it fixed.Will never go to this location and I am pretty much done with Firestone altogether.Update: My comments got to regional mgr and I got reimbursed for the diagnostic fee.

I recently got my car serviced at this store. To be honest I've been coming here for 4yrs and this shop has always been great. I've read the recent reviews and I think they're bogus. I've been in the store when some of these whiney customers start complaining. Some people just feel entitled. It doesn't matter how much money you spend at a place, that doesn't give you the right to be rude. My wife and I have had nothing but good experiences with Jim and Eddie. I will continue to get my car serviced here.

Great customer service! James was very nice and made you feel welcome. I was worried about my car needing major repairs and they eased my mind. Turns out that I didn t need major repairs. I will definitely return!

I am extremely disappointed with this location as the manager there named Edward was extremely rude to me and my daughter and started to verbally argue with me in a very hostel manor. Before that, I spoke to this really nice young man at the counter about the added $8.80 Shop Supplies fee they added to my invoice. I wanted to know what it was. He told me that it s a fee for towels and soap for the mechanics to wash their hands. I asked why I am paying for that as it should be part of the fee for the service I m paying for. He said there was a sign on the back counter (that I could not read) that outlines it and that he could not take it off. I was having a very nice discussion with this young man. Then Edward stepped up and just attacked me stating I wish I could get rid of all customers like you and that its only $8.00, you re arguing about $8.00, what is the matter with you. That put me into defense mode, and I started to engage back and he just would not stop and continued to be really rude to me and my daughter. I said I will never come back here again, and he said good! clapped his hands and said we do not want people like you to ever come here again. This went on for a while, then we left shocked on how we were treated. I would have left it alone with the nice young man and paid it, but with Edward stepping in and just berating us as customers I did not care if it was $1 or $8, it s not their money to randomly take for bogus fees.Forewarned, never go to the Firestone on 731 E Union Hills Dr, Phoenix Arizona 85024 and NEVER engage with this Edward character.

DO NOT BRING CAR HERE. First of all, Ed, who if you read more reviews is awful. He is unprofessional, he is not truthful and he refuses to be accountable for breaking electrical in our car, valet button, while installing a/c blower actuator. I highly recommend that anything they replace or fix, ask for broken part. Ed and his bearded side kick seem to enjoy being rude My husband is a 100 % disabled veteran dealing with the awful effects of Agent Orange while these 2 play games. They said they d fix electrical than they said they couldn t, I think the car just sat there all day. I drove by and same parking spot. Big ED says, So take it to the dealer and we are not paying for it. By breaking valet button wiring, several features stopped working. Took car to get valet button fixed and, Voila, everything was working. Firestone can break things but can t fix them. Realwinners. Stay away.

Probably the laziest and worst work ethic i have ever seen out of a shop. Called around noon to see how busy these guys were and they told me to come on by. I dropped my car off at 1230 for a oil change and tire rotation. Came back at 540 they pulled my car out front and said they couldn't do it. They couldn't figure that out 3 hours earlier so I could pick up my car and get on with my day? Would leave 0 stars if I could.

I want to give a huge shout out to James he was professional quick and awsome at the worst time of the year so far for me and he came in clutch with a good price and he fixed my issue within 10 min of being there I will be returning to this store for the other 3 tires very soon and continue being a loyal customer from now on

This place is a joke! I had to bring my car in 3 times in 3 weeks, with the last time having to have it towed in all because the tech that worked on it didn t connect the battery back in tight. They charged me to clean the corrosion from the battery, then the next week to replace the battery, week after that to replace the alternator and then the car wouldn t even start with a jump and had to be towed in. The last time it was there, on the receipt says they cleaned corrosion and tightened connections to battery. When they just charged me to clean corrosion a few weeks ago. The area manager is offering half off an oil change after this huge headache. He couldn t even comp an oil change or at least give me a refund for the corrosion cleaning that obviously wasn t done correctly the first time. If your car needs anything more than an oil change I definitely don t recommend this place. Seems like that is all they are capable of! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had appointment at 2pm for oil change let my car there no body called back, I called at 6:45 the car was not ready the guy who answered the phone told me if I want the car today to start driving there, when I got there he was about to start working on it, did oil change in 10 minutes but couldn't do it from 2pm to 7pm,

5 stars for the mechanics and front desk lady. 1 star for the manager Eddie.I just got back from an oil change and inspection. They got it done in a very timely manner and the older lady at the desk, sadly didn t catch her name but she was so nice! However, I waited there for my car to be done and Eddie, seemed very degrading to this female employee. It seemed like he was trying to teach her something then got extremely rude and upset when she didn t do it correctly. Almost intentionally trying to embarrass her. It looks like he doesn t have the best reputation from other reviews as well. Eddie didn t help me at all but that doesn t mean I didn t hear every thing he was saying. He was rude to this lady and would yell at the mechanics in the back. I believe I even saw him hang up an incoming phone call as well. He was upset that a ticket was lost and was yelling at the mechanics about that. When a mechanic said they couldn t find it he said (in front of customers too) you can lie to everyone but yourself. The mechanic responded to just check the cameras then. It s sad because everything else was perfect, Eddie is just the rotten egg there. :/Service: Oil change

Received service at location on 3-7-22 spent over $2000 on suspension. Last seen building looks like it was a fire. Car seems to still seem off. Now fighting because someone got my personal information and applied for credit thru CFNA. I am very very upset and would not recommend at all. Its a shame that this happened this is exactly why when I service my car I go to same places for service so when things happen I can trace it. So inconvenient and sad!!!

Interesting experience. I currently have my vehicle at this shop. Dropped the car off at 7am. Was told that was when the car would be looked at. We scheduled it this way knowing that I work 7-2. I called at 9am. Car was just being pulled into the bay. Okay. Fair. Called at 12 to check in since I still havent heard anything. (Waiting for a diagnosis on an AC.) Eddie answers and tells me, "I don't have time to call every customer every 5 minutes to give them an update on their car." He said this in an extremely rude tone. I'm a paying customer and this is my only mode of transportation. We scheduled this out to ensure my vehicle was the first one in the bay. Had I been given any sort of communication at all, I wouldn't be calling, wondering what's going on with my vehicle.Update* Eddie finally called me to quote the repair. I advised him that I will pay the 2000 repair. I did however tell him that the level of customer service he provided was unacceptable. I asked extremely politely for an apology. He told me to come pick up my vehicle and that they will not be working on the vehicle. Pretty ridiculous experience. I would never refer anyone here.
