Firestone West Office at 35th & Bethany Home: They had to get the parts for my AC repair, kept me informed when they came in, accomplished the work in less time than anticipated. Devon & the crew are very customer oriented.

They don't have all the equipment to change tires and will do half the work and then send you to another location. Then when you call to make a complaint, they give you a bunch of numbers after the transfer you from person to person. Only for them to just say, " I'm sorry". Yes they're sorry alright. They other locations are much better. Just stay away from this one.

Very poor customer service. I went for a alignment and left with a flat tire witch they refused to fix and the my decals was falling off.

Don't bring your vehicle here unless you want to pay for items that don't need to be fixed, better yet pay for an inspection and not have the job done right the first time. Of course no money was given back to be for a paid inspection that missed a leak.

Between 2-3 year's ago I came here to get the Air checked out on my tire's. Just to be served by 2 Women that had no clue of what to do and then over doing Maintenance work by switching the windshield wiper's that I didn't ask for upon giving me a third that I didn't need since it had front shield and back. Did this early in the morning when it was cold and had my son in there cold since as they mentioned the engine had to be off. Then hearing them talk among each other I have my son in the cold? More like they both meant to do that. Very sad on they're part. Hopefully these 2 aren't apart of the team or even the Manager has a clue who to actually hire with common since of basic car issues. First and last time at this place.

Stay away from this location. Ive been going to Firestone for years and different states. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I had so many issues like getting an inspection with 4s and the next day finding my psi at 20 on 4 tires my tires were shredded to the wire like they were grinded. Look at the picture. Does that look like a 4? Picture was taken the following day and is time stamped to match. But you wont find the $525 work done because it was not added into the system. I reached out on their website to comment but no response. Service manager and front desk guy had serious attitudes. (Corvin was fantastic but other 2 guys were horrible). Do yourself a favor, drive out of your way to go somewhere else.

To start with they got me in on a Sunday of all days and everybody there was very helpful and did an excellent job aligning my car and checking my brakes for me.

Very busyWhen you buy extras coverage. You will not be able to use it. Until 2 days later. If you have a nail/screws in the tire and you have paid extra protection on your tires. Appointment date is required. no earlier than 2 days later can be made.So, I don't recommend buying any extra protection anymore.I do hope this is a temporary issue the company will address.

Worked on my car with out permission. Said they had been calling but they were not. Said some guy answered but interesting that when they called back he said oh I guess this is your number. Said I needed an entire new AC compressor and all that goes with that a quote of 2000 dollars I took it for a second opinion because the AC had nothing to do with the problem and I told them that. Blew me off like I know nothing because I'm a women. It was my radiator fan and thermostat had it fixed 400 bucks. Firestone charged me 200 just to look at it and not even know what they are doing. Extremely frustrating and bad business.

I just want to say a big thank you to Corbin, Mike, and James at Firestone for the excellent service they provided me today. They were nice and friendly and did the work on my car in a timely manner. I was there for about 90 minutes and in that time they were able to put 4 new tires, a brand new battery and an air filter in my car. Pricing was much lower than other shops. So I called this location before I decided to book an appointment. I asked the man named 'Sam', I believe it was..how much would it cost to look at my parts for the ac..? He stated that there's a promo going on where the ac diagnostics is only $10. I said great I'll book an appointment. I booked the appointment on 5/8/2023 for 6pm...that was there only slot for that day.So I headed out there and I gotten there at 5:58pm. I go inside and there was a man flirting with the customer and then he looks over at me and ask if I had an appointment 'I said yes at 6pm.' and he replies 'well we're almost closed.' ..I responded '..but your website stated that a time slot of 6pm was available.' Then he proceeds to tell me again and asked who did I speak to for the appointment. I've stated once again about the available time slot that was on their site. Then after that he stated that his 'AC guy is out...for a week.'You know, folks. It's kind of funny how all of a sudden the 'a/c guy is out for a week', right?Oh I should mention.....I'm a black man. ...n the employee was caucasian male.

Great place and location! I was greeted by Juan Espinoza and was quickly helped. He gave me the best options for tires at an affordable price. Less than 30 minutes my car was ready. I recommend this place for tires and wheels.

Went there for a second opinion. My vehicle was pulling to the right, first place I went to said I needed all new tires, I wasn't buying it. Went to Firestone and they said all I needed was an alignment. Very helpful service, they even gave me a discount. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I recommend them instead of the questionable shops you see. Prices are reasonable and you can be confident they're not just trying to upsell you on things you don't need.

Made an appointment for 3:15 to get my air conditioning fixed. I got there, and they said nobody made an appointment. Something about online service doesn't always communicate with them. 115 degrees out, and they can't help me. Never going there again.

Brought car in for mechanical issues that weren t even addressed or resolved after spending hundreds of dollars. After showing Firestone s minimal paperwork to a real mechanic, he was confused on what kind of work they even did. It was like going in for surgery and coming out with a bandaid. I feel so dumb for coming here in the first place. Please don t make the same mistake I did! The workers don t seem to care (except for one kind man) because it s not their money being wasted.I would say they could be a good solution for tires only but after they supposedly checked the tire pressures they were exactly the same as when we first dropped the car off. They didn t even touch them though their paperwork claims otherwise.UPDATE: We did reach out to Firestone s customer service and are supposed to hear back from the Area Manager but we have heard nothing from him. If we don t hear back tomorrow we will have to go through other routes of getting this resolved. I m sure he would be in quite the hurry if he lost $1000, but sure, take your time! OH and the Nissan master mechanic confirmed that not only did Firestone not resolve the initial issue, they actually made things worse by damaging the battery terminal ($150 to fix). Would love to hear back from Firestone on how they ll be resolving this.

15/5 stars for this store! This is the only place I will take my car because I know I can trust Mike and Daryl to take excellent care of me every single time! They are trustworthy, have incredible customer service, and are all around a good team of people to do business with! Friendly, professional staff, especially Mike. Four new tires and he told me how I could save money. He took the time to educate me about tires - something nobody had ever done. This place now has a customer who will definitely be back. I trust them and have already told friends.

They are con artists. They made me wait for 4 days without doing anything to my car just to force me to purchase $1000 worth of unnecessary stuff just to have the transmission still not working. Come to find out, they don t diagnose or work on transmissions. They are incompetent and Darrel did nothing but make it worse because he couldn t explain why the car wasn t working. He said it was fixed because they put a new battery and alternator but didn t drive it or check the car for the real problem I came for. There is an electrical problem with the transmission that may be as simple as something loose or corroded, but they don t have real mechanics here. They lied to me several times and pressured me into buying stuff I don t needDo not use this con shop - this brand tries to screw you out of money and they don t even have the decency to be honest with you. 1400 dollars later these people are telling me my engine is no longer good because I didnt put oil in it. So I took it in on Tuesday picked up next day and they handed me papers and keys. I did not get a run down and I honestly didn't read what they wrote. 950 for alternator and I drove off apparently with no oil. I had took a trip to flagstaff week before and checked my oils they did say I needed an oil change. By Thursday I broke down side of the road. They told me it was the starter. 450 dollars later they said the engine is no longer good and it can't be fixed. They said when I picked it up on Tuesday I was advised it had no oil in and and declined needing it . It's my word against his. And the car is dead. I didn't see the guy when I went back to confront him on what he said I told him. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This place is great! Just moved from out of state and have been looking for a place to take my car to. Took mine in for an issue with the suspension, but it s a dealer fix only which is cool. They checked my car over to make sure all was well and didn t try to sell me things I don t need. Ricky and Ken there are great people and I ll be going back no doubt. Thank you guys, looking forward to coming back.

They charged me $192 for oil change and air filter changes that I didn t ask for or need! I m a poor student at Grand Canyon University. The guy who rung it up said as he was laughing that he expected to hear from my parents because he charged me so much. What a scam! Made a appointment online for a simple oil change at 1:30 on 8/2/21 normally I m skeptical of brands like Firestone, jiffy lube, etc.. but they were the only ones available for that date in my area I scheduled it around work. I showed up to the appointment on time and was told they couldn t do it. When I asked why that was the case the manager Ricci Marci said they didn t have time because they had a 1pm and a 2pm scheduled. I could see the technician finishing and pulling out the car they had scheduled so explain to me why you couldn t do my oil change and 1:30 when your next appointment wasn t until 2. The manager said it s because they only had one tech in which I can understand if I had a larger job that needed to be done but again it was a simple oil change and either way I had a appointment scheduled. A oil change is passive work the tech could have easily let my car drain while working on another car if needed. But either way I m pretty sure the manager just prioritized the jobs that paid more instead of honoring the appointments. Definitely will not be going back and will make sure to let everyone know to avoid this place

10-6-2021 Made a 3pm appointment for oil change & filter. Arrived 1/2 hour early as per instructions. Get inside and was told that my car would NOT be finished until AFTER 5:30pm. No excuses about short on help. He said that is how long it takes. 2 1/2 hours he says is how long it takes. Sorry wasn't about to wait 3 hours for a oil change. Why do they accept appointments?
