Workers were rude not just to me but other customers. I took my car in for stalling and check engine light. They change spark plugs. They said my car didn't have oil. I had just had an oil change like a month prior, not there. They said they did a fuel system cleaning. I left from there with a bill of close to 700$ I used the car about 30 minutes. It stalled on me once. Before I left the technician said check engine light might go on due to the rich fuel cleaning but that it would go away. The next day I was gonna try to head home from Arizona to NM. But my car started acting the same as when I took it in. Then it was worse. Bad gas smell. I had to call a tow truck. I called the mesa Firestone I spoke to the manager he was rude again. I asked if he could have my car towed to there Firestone. He agreed finally. But said he would have to charge me for the other problems. But that he could not check it until the following day. Was on vacation, had to come home. Decided to buy a new car

I decided to take my car there because of the way you treated my stepson. Each time he brought his Tahoe to be fixed you were up front with pricing, but when you were able to complete the job for less money, the savings was passed on to him. The second time he brought his Tahoe in for repairs, you recommended some parts be replaced. When it was realized the parts didn't need replaced you removed them them and put the old parts back, and there was no charge. I appreciated the honesty, and integrity shown. That's hard to find, especially today in a retail company. So... I trusted my car to you for those reasons. I mean it was just an oil change this time, but it meant the savings of hundreds of dollars for my stepson. So I will recommend and return when my cars need to be serviced. Thank you.

Had a tire that was losing air and they were able to diagnose it quickly. I wasn't able to get it repaired at that moment but when I came back a few days later they had me in and out way faster than I had expected. Have used them several times now for a few different services and have always been satisfied with their work.

Dean was helpful and friendly. He mentioned the credit card and membership and sales all going on and helped me get the best deal plus a credit card for the benefits and ease of using firestones nationwide. they did a good job on the maintenance and i'm very satisfied with the quality of the service in every way. thank you!

I ask for high pressure valve stems and was first told the ones I paid for and received were high pressure. After return from another Firestone and a discount tire where both places told me the ones I received were NOT high pressure. I purchased the correct ones from discount tire and return to the store. Then I was told they didn't put the ones I asked for in because "we don't have these". I requested a call from the store manger and have not received one yet. Wonder how many vehicles are leaving with improper valve stems in them since my trailer is now. I was fair and asked for a call before filing a complaint and bad survey, but there is obviously a breakdown in customer service at that store.

My oil change was completed faster than expected and Steven and Dean took their time to talk with me about up coming service my car will need... And when tires will be on sale... Steven found a coupon for my oil change that saved me a little... This Firestone location has serviced my vehicles for years now, and I trust them to do the work right!

Well if you look at.my invoce i ask that the camber bolts locking tab be bent over. thus locking bolt head to prevent it from moving keeping the camber locked and in right spec .they didnt so i had to take my own tires off and do a job i just payed $240 alignment for ...so feel screwed just do your job....

I had a scheduled appointment at 10am for an oil change. I dropped my car off and they told me it would be ready at 1pm. I called at 2pm and they said it would be ready in 30 minutes they were just getting ready to bring it in. It is after 4pm and I am sitting in the store waiting. The kicker is the restroom is out of order. The worst customer service I have ever seen. I would suggest choose another company. This one is not a good choice!!

Literally just found out my tire was flat while in the Starbucks drive through. The folks here were able to get my tire checked out immediately. Even though they were super busy with customers, they were able to get me in and repair my tire today!! So thankful for generous people!!

There is another Firestone about a mile from me. My daughter and I both take our vehicles to the Peoria and I-10 location because the service techs are experienced, astute, polite, and trustworthy.

Came here Last week and my car had no oil leaks at all.After my oil change, I had it really bad oil leak Dripping oil all over my driveway when I went back to Firestone they claimed that it's leaking from the Pan and required a new gasket. Which was gonna cost me $500. Because their gonna charge me for another change and oil filter with the new gasket. So I went home and lifted up my car. And it wasn't leaking from the pan gasket like they said. it was coming from the drain bolt on the Pan. I'm sure they cross thread it and didn't wanna take the responsibility and made up some lame Excused to charge me for work that I didn't need.Whats very suspicious is last time. I went for my AC check. Just needed a recharge in 3 days. It all leaked out and they claim I had a leaking hose. Same thing happened, they charged me for the part and to recharge the system. that cost me around $500 as well. I usually do work on my cars myself. But rather not too because it's really hot in the summer.But if this is gonna keep happening, I'm gonna go back to doing myself. They lost a really loyal customer. I take care of my car's really well and will pay to do so But I don't like getting robbed by shady mechanic's!I would think twice before coming here and if you do be prepared to have something else wrong with your vehicle.

After taking my Tundra to two other shops due to alignment and wheel balancing issues, these guys got it right . My truck came out of the first two shops even worse than what it was when it had went in. This Firestone is top-notch and so are their technicians.

Took my Dodge journeyin for rattling noises.They say they test drived it which was a lie,rattling persist still after paying for an inspection.Totaly unacceptable .Bad service.Now i have to take my car to another shop.But still get stuck with a bill for no corrected repairs.This is a BAD shop just out to get your money.Pissed Customer

4pm on Sunday drove up to get oil change no one in the parking lot. Service advisor said he was scheduled out until Tuesday. I believe the close time was 5. Not a single car in the bays

So I come to this location because it s around the corner from my job and literally this is the 3rd time I ve been told I was receiving one service and was either denied that service or they did something other than what they said they would.I came get my oil changed about 1000-1500 miles early simply for convenience and was denied the service because it was too early so then I was not able to get it done until I was extra over due .Also my tires having been going low way too often and have had to get replaced twice in a short period of being purchased . So weekly going to get air in my tire. When I got my last oil change on April 7th I got a call soon after they said they found a Nail in my tire and would CHANGE it for free. They instead repaired it being LAZY and now it s still leaking .Oh and before that they over filled 3 of my tires which makes them die faster from not checking psi on my car just filling them . Found that out from a different location I had to stop and get air. If this location wasn t within walking distance from my job I WOULDNT COME HERE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!Then you try to let them know what your experience was and they don t take ownership At ALL!!This whole customer service crew Needs to be re-staffed minus techs because they just complete the orders .Just sad!!!Oh not to mention they quoted me from the wrong catalytic converter . Luckily I went else where to get that changed .Services: Tires, Oil change

I took my truck to this location I was having issues when I break the front end was vibrating. I told the gentleman behind the counter what I did and that I thought it was my front end that I had warped the rotors. They said that my rotors were fine that it was my rear brakes that was the issue so my company authorized it when I left the issue was not resolved. I called a personal mechanic friend of mine he told me to change the rotors and I should be fine so I did it on my own and guess what problem solved. Thanks for nothing Firestone why don't you hire some technicians that actually know what they're doing. My truck nor my company will be returning to Firestone for anything.

Poor experience. Heads up, if you use their service make sure they actually perform the service correctly! I trusted these professionals to tell me what was wrong, fix my issue, and within a month my car shut down again. I looked at the inspection report and found that half of the sheet was left blank! They did not perform the full inspection that I paid for and refused to help!
