14 Year Military Veteran treated horribly! Worst place ever to bring your vehicle!!!!Brought my sons car in for a wheel balance and alignment due to vibrations at higher speeds. They performed the wheel alignment and balance, and it still does the same thing! Test drove and returned it to them. After 2 hours more, they said the results are inconclusive and they could not locate the problem. Argued with them that I want my money back because the service was not performed correctly and it did not resolve anything. They did not make this right at all, not even a partial refund! They would even refund me the 10% Veterans discount as displayed in their store! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE AS THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE AS IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NOT RETURN! SERVICE MANAGER PORTER WAKEFIELD DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE GUTS TO SPEAK TO ME IN PERSON OR ON THE PHONE! HE LIED AND TOLD CORPORATE HE REACHED OUT. FALSE!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE !!!!

I scheduled an appointment with porter a few days prior. I dropped my car off at 9am as discussed and didn t get a call until 5:30pm. Fine cool maybe they were busy. Porter and I discussed at the time of scheduling, drop off and pick up about checking fluids. I picked up the car after my oil change only to realize fluids were not touched. I was more than willing to go back as errors happen all the time. However when I called and told porter they were empty he said rudely he s pretty sure they were done. I said they are empty he said well then you have a leak, I said well then wouldn t you have advised it was empty he said yes I said then so you didn t check it. He continued to argue with me which ended in him hanging up on me. He also didn t change the sticker for my next change. The whole situation feels shady I am not sure if it was even changed at this point.Both the coolant were low/empty the same at drop off. He had the worst customer service and unfortunately this isn t my first run in with his attitude I just let the others go and chucked it off to a bad day. He had no business in the service industry if he s going to treat people that way when they made an error.

The worst experience time & time again. This place was pretty close to me so I decided to give it a try. I should ve stopped going after the first incident. I ve wasted so much money on their lack of communication, inconsistency, and incompetence. If zero stars were possible I would give them that. They don t take accountability for anything so good luck if they screw you up and making something else wrong while your cars there, look at the reviews seems to be a reoccurring issue.

My truck suspension was clanking and felt like something was loose. I stopped in to have a tech check it out. Porter and his tech Jerry were awesome! They found that a nut on my sway bar link was loose. They could have been like other shops and told me something was broken just to sell me parts and more labor but they operate with honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend going here.

2018 Chevy Malibu in shop for 4 tires gentlemen both in office and shop were awesome and very professional He gave me a two hour ETA and had my car done in 45 minutes and understood what I was therefore didn t try to get any extra money out of my pocket or tried to say There was something wrong with my car like other vendors. I will come back to purchase again

4.5 hours for an oil change and 4 tires. I watched my vehicle sit on the rack for 2.5 hours with nobody attending to it. This is with an early morning appointment already established with them. Certainly feels like they were more concerned with racking up hourly shop costs on my corporate account, instead of gaining a long time client. Mats and covers were never used while working inside of my vehicle. Two tires were missing valve covers, TPMS was never recalibrated, and my tires were over/unevenly inflated to a very unsafe level. So unevenly inflated that it was a job itself to keep the vehicle straight down the road until I relieved the pressure in the tires.

I had an appointment for new tires, oil change, and an air filter.Took off work 2 hours early dropped the vehicle off and had to ride a bike home.I decided to call 45 mins before the store closed to check the progress and the first thing said was oh I was about to call you, he had stated that with the amount of customers exact words were cars they had just put mine on the lift and would not be able to complete until the following day.That was not going to work.I instructed them to take the vehicle off the lift I was on my way to pick it up.You would think as they started to back up they would have called, not the case!How many others?Is this the first time?Be aware if you plan on dropping off any thing that your time may change with no communication.Be aware and good luck!

I brought in my car right before closing and they were super understanding and helpful. They were able to patch my tire and were super quick about it. I would highly recommend this shop!

I set up for an oil change over the phone the previous day. When I called I asked for an early appointment. Was told 10am and an email will be sent. I got to the shop, the next morning and then was told the appointment was for 2pm. I said I got an email and it said 10am. Another front desk person made a comment about the email( like it said this) I told the mf, I ll get it done somewhere else and walked out. I don t have time for this.Looking back at the reviews, looks as if others had the same issues. Don t recommend going there.

I had made an appointment to have an oil change and oil filter for my car for 1:00 pm on 12/6/23 two days before.I arrived to my appointment 12 minutes before 1:00 and talked to the attendant at the front desk and gave him the key of the car. I didn't see anybody else in the shop. I waited and waited and waited. Nobody showed there until after 1:30 and then, the front desk person got the car in. Later on he started doing the oil change requested.All in all, it took two hours to do something that should have taken 20 minutes. If they were short on personnel the front desk should have told me to see if I would mind waiting a long time or else going to another store to get the service done.Yes, I am not satisfied at all with the service given.

Called in inquiring about some tires for my kids car, Porter told me he could them in for me within an hour so me and my son headed over there and in no time they had the tires removed and replaced technician even cleaned out the dirt from the inner part of the wheel for a better balance , I appreciate it and will definitely be coming back in the future for maintenance and repairs .

Told me I had a major leak that was nonexistent. If power steering fluid was leaking a lot the reservoir would be empty. It was nearly full and is still full several days and hundreds of miles later.

Had tires delivered to this "recommended installer" from Tire Rack and scheduled an appointment. On daybof install, neither of the two guys working felt comfortable driving manual transmission. Despite no active work going on in the shop, I had to ask them to consider checking with a nearby Firestone location to see if someone could pop over for a few minutes to help or, worst case, transfer tires to a different location to install. Of course, no one at that location could drive manual either and there was no apology, much less effort to fix the situation. I arranged transfer of the tires myself to a different installer. While it's understandable kids today may not feel comfortable with a stick (and i do respect them not just jumping in and giving it a shot), it definitely seemed like they were just relieved to find a way out of more work. The lack of basic customer service skills and apparent lack of experience should be a red flag. My experience at this location seems consistent with multiple other poor reviews.

Helped by friend get her vehicle that rhet can't fix but she still bought a tire from them. However they installed it reverse and must've cut it during assembly cuz the toe driver checked everything around with us before he even loaded n pointed out the issues. They charged my friend $190+ for that l. Sad, not the reputation we knew about firestone

Scheduled an appointment at this shop to do an alignment on my 2003 Porsche Boxster. When I arrived they informed me that they were unable to complete the work because they "did not have the correct equipment". To a layman this may seem like a reasonable reason but an alignment on a Porsche and a Toyota both require the same standard equipment. When asked what equipment they lacked I was told weights. These weights are placed in the driver seat to simulate the weight of the driver so the vehicle sits with the correct load. Of course any weight roughly equivalent to a driver would do; even having somebody just sit in the car would work. Best I could even sit in the car myself! I told them as much but I could tell they were simply not interested in working on the car and used this silly excuse to avoid admitting they were uncomfortable working on it.There is no issue with being uncomfortable working on the car (although one may extrapolate that these are not A+ mechanics) but why give a false story?Two stars instead of one because I can appreciate them not working on a car they are not confident working on but a low rating overall because of the lack of honesty.Service: Wheel alignment

I scheduled an appointment online for alignment. Benn there on time. Everything went well but when they returned the key, they told me that my car needed a special part( camber bolt) for my front suspension to be aligned right! I assume you knew it before you touched the car and if you didn't have the part why didn't you tell me before attempt and let's say align it? You wanted the money? No problem! But as a business owner if I can't provide the right service, I'll reject and tell my client what the consequences would be before I do it! The gentleman who worked on my car, showed me a diagram and told me you have to expect your tire to be worn a little bit during time! Seriously!? You said that to your clients? I'll tell you the same exact thing you put in your store from Mr. Firestone: I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business.This is not the customer service! I'm sorry for you guys! I paid in full but you don't deserve it. Don't do the job if you don't have parts and don't charge people if you didn't do the job right! Good luck!

Best service I have had in a long time. Had a appointment, they got me right in, they had the person & equipment there to reset my maintenance light. They checked over my car really well, changed oil and helped me with a couple things I couldn't figure out, very friendly front desk guy and also the manger was also very helpful. I will definitely be back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Yesterday book an appointment for my car breaks were making noise girl on phone told me it's free break inspection or diagnostic got off earlier from work, went there guy told me they charge me 22 bucks for inspection told him girl on phone said it's free he answered its call center where they book appointments I was like TF? I lost my hour's and gas, and got false information quit going to places like this they making false advertisements very upset should never went or called them zero star from me

I'm so glad I came to visit Firestone here in Ahwatukee. Due to the nature of my business, I have to leave town on short notice and I'm actually heading out to Los Angeles tomorrow to interview all the Sharks on the set of Shark Tank.I needed an oil change and some work done to ensure that I can make it out there safely and was blown away by how BJ and Winston both helped me get in and out of their auto repair quickly and efficiently. Both were extremely professional and took some extra time to take care of my vehicle. I highly recommend this place as they offer great service.I'm grateful to them both for helping me on such short notice without an appointment. I will be back to get more oil changes in the future! Thank you and hope you both get a raise! You deserve it!

NOT GOOD SERVICE!!!!!!!! they did not balance my vehicle after putting tires on but now they want say no its alignment, my vehicle did not need an alignment prior to bringing to firestone and if it did why wouldnt you advise at the day of service i gave one star but they truly deserve none.NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!! one thing about mechanics they try and run over women like we have no knowledge in vehicles i know i DO NOT NEED AN ALIGNMENT.Service: Tires

I schedule an appt online for an oil change at 5pm. I get to the location and I am told they cannot service my vehicle because it takes 2 hours to do an oil change and they close at 6. Why have that slot avail as n option online then. Anyway they had rescheduled my appt for the following day without even contacting me. I called the corp number and was told the area manager would call me to discuss. It s been almost a week and I have heard nothing. I didn t end up getting my oil change here. I went to the dealer and it was $10 cheaper. Win win for me. The lack of communication and the app are deff not where it needs to be.

The front desk service was so-so. It seemed like he didn't want to be there nor kind enough to help me. Auto service shops in the Ahwatukee area are always ridiculously full. This area needs a "TIRE ONLY." Shop where a tire can be repaired quickly and not have to leave your car in the shop all day to patch a tire. I instead went to Galaviz tire shop on Arizona Ave, done in 15 minutes on a Sunday morning! I have been going to Galaviz tires for years, reliable quality and friendly service, no problem ever with any of my tires fixed there.

The duty Manager of this branch is a bully!!! I went in to address an issue which had been repaired previously and had asked him to have one of his technicians look at my vehicle in order to understand what to look at when I brought it in. The manager screamed at the technician and treated him in the most appalling way possible. I have complained to corporate regarding this duty managers behavior towards his staff and the customers at this location. The staff at this location deserves better treatment, and Ahwatukee deserves better service from this branch.Service: Air conditioning
