Mike and Cheryl are great to work with. Honest, transparent, and great communication. Things I ve rarely said when speaking of auto repair. You re welcomed and treated like family here. The work is excellent and their expertise is German vehicles. Thank you for making the repair/maintenance process a pleasant experience.

Mike and Cheryl are amazing! I was visiting from out of town and my Audi TDI decided to break down on me. I was stuck and needed to get home by Xmas eve. Cheryl quickly found a fuel pump for me and Mike was able to install it within the day. They both went out of the way to get me and the family back home. The Audi ran like a racehorse all the way back home to CO. Thanks to them we felt safe driving back the 12 hrs. Great service and wonderful people!

I have been bringing my 2008 335i to them for years and the service has always been top notched and I will keep bringing my car to them. 5 star service is what they bring.

They were able to get my vehicle in fairly quick considering bringing it in on a Friday afternoon. I'm not very knowledgeable about car repairs and felt comfortable with the explanation of the repairs, only did what was needed and didn't attempt to take advantage of my lack of knowledge in the repair. My BMW is definitely running smoothly so far, only a few hours after the repairs. Hopefully won't have to be a regular customer, but if I have to go back, they built trust quickly with their quality service.

Mike is a really nice guy, but I wont be going back. We still continue having the same problems after taking my car to them 3 times and paying over three thousand dollars. Then they wanted to charge me $1,100.00 for a radiator that I did not need, and I was given a price of $400.00 for that same job by a better shop. I asked them to check my brakes and they told me they were fine. I just had to buy two rotors because they lied to me and did not check my brakes. They told me I needed a radiator when it was just two lose hose clamps, highly suspicious, I will never return to this shop.

Mike Davis is the best Mercedes mechanic, honest, practical, and committed to customer service. Owning a Merdedes out of warranty can be a very expensive proposition. I was ready to trade in my R350 due to the expense of repair at other shops. Finding European auto salon and their pricing and service allows me to keep my Mercedes knowing I will always have a great, honest Mercedes mechanic in case I have issues in the future. If you own a Mercedes do yourself and your pocketbook a favor and visit this shop.

Mike has always been a straight shooter, and provided me with a practical solution to any issue I might have come across. He's honest and doesn't recommend service that is not needed. Getting service on my SL550 and not feeling like I've been ripped off, is a great feeling. Definitely recommend European Auto Salon...excellent service at a good price. What more can you ask for!

Mike and Cheryl always take car of my son and I. Mercedes are not cheap to fix but once your car has a strong history of proper repair then you can feel confident as it gets older.

They r the the most amazing ppl I have ever dealt with!!! They have always taken great care w my son's BMER! We wld never trust anyone else w his car. One of the many many things I love & appreciate them for is they have never tried to over charge or take "advantage" of my son just bc he is young!! I wld recommend this place to everyone and anyone always!! Just an FYI my son is very picky abt where n who can work on his car. He trusts only Mike Davis & his crew to work on his BMER! And Cheryl in the office is beyond amazing!! U can tell they genuinely care abt their customers and their vehicles!

Went in for a VW CC Oil change and had dropped off my car but when i drove by the shop during my lunch break, i saw the mechanic working on my trunk tail light as i had a bulb out. I had already checked it before and it was the wiring issue. They charged me more price for a junk labor and part that i didn't need or asked to work on. They were close to my work location and i wanted to give them more business and refer to my friends. Now unfortunately my trunk don't open or lights work anymore after i got my car to this shop.

I was not there as a customer. I had gotten sick on the bus and everyone had to get off. The next driver wouldn't let me on his bus. So I was on the phone trying to get wheelchair transportation to the hospital. Because the fire department in Phoenix has no way to transport power wheelchairs. At one point, I saw a man in the garage area, and I went and asked him if he had any paper towels. He went to look, and came back with a fresh and clean cloth towel that I now use in my bathroom. I was cold and wet from being sick, and I so appreciated his kindness!I really hope that people in the market for these vehicles, patronize this establishment, because compassion is priceless!

Your lucky if they even fix your automotive issue!They will lie and sabatoge your vehicle. Go anywhere else.

I can't believe my car is gone. I really needed the help. But now my car is gone and my insurance went up. Should of never went with your idea of an insurance claim. Thanks for the help.
