WARNING I would not rate this place any star they did not have that option. I took my vehicle here and he did not even take a look at my vehicle. Dropped it off when he closed. The very next day he called at 7 before he opened and said it s the transmission. He would not answer any of my questions. Said 3000 in his Chinese accent. I got my vehicle back letting him know that I would call him later. Then he up the proce for that very transmission. This place is flaky has a rate of 4.8 (71) people post. He is not a good mechanic and is people that work here.

Twan is the best mechanic in the valley! Never any issues whether its an oil change, replacing an engine or body repairs. Loyal customer since 2016!

Been going here getting every vehicle of mines worked on by Jesse, my Mazda 2013 sports Jesse worked on and it was running perfectly fine afterwards. My 2003 infinity g35 was overheating and needed and oil change and Jesse had worked on it changed my oil for a low price. I recommend anyone that needs auto repairs go to Eric s Auto located on 21st and camelback.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

They got my car part swapped out and is no longer leaking water. Overall a great mechanic they definitely know their cars! Highly recommend for people that are skeptical to try a new mechanic shop.

This is a great shop! I'm new to the area and have had my car at a few mechanics. The last shop I had my car towed from to Eric's! The owner is very reasonable regarding pricing. 100% my car will not be going anywhere but Eric's when I need something fixed.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Super fast -- very cheap. I won't go anywhere else ! I've spent a long time and a lot of money on bs Mechanics that have ripped me off over and over and I finally found one that's honest and reliable ! Again, I will not go anywhere else. Ive driven from a different state to go to him ! 13 hours for a mechanic ? Absolutely worth it.

Eric is an awesome mechanic and honest. He fixed on my 2006 Blue Buick Terazza. When I come back into town I'll have him fix my Chevy. I always tip my mechanic, so should everyone who comes, to this shop. Eric has brilliantly been able to gather up some of the finest mechanics in the Phoenix, area, TRUST, me I know about most auto shops in Phoenix, and Eric's Auto Repair is the ONLY shop I trust with any of my vehicles, in ALL of AzWhat does that tell you?

I have been going to Eric's for three years. The owner is an amazing mechanic. He has been taking care of my 1994 BMW and keeps it in great shape. Great prices and exceptional service. I Love This Place

My daughter is on campus at GCU and her 2013 mini cooper countryman was making a bad noise on Saturday afternoon. We had called in advance but didn't feel comfortable driving it so we had it towed. We let them know that we were dropping it off but it was still close to 5 by the time we got there and they were closing. Tony and team did a great job of finding the problems and correcting them. He needed to order an unusual part for the water pump which arrived within a day. The price was good and I will take my daughters vehicle here in the futureServices: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Great auto repair shop. European, japanese, American they work on it all. Awesome people I just moved to phoenix and wasn't too sure of the mechanics out here. Went to a few shop before coming to Eric Auto Repair. I won't take my car anywhere else. I always trust Eric with my car needs. Hes very honest and doesnt overcharge. He's fair and explains. He doesnt take advantage just because Im a female which i appreciate.

Great place, took my car up there to check my back brakes and they actually told me the truth and said I didn't need them, also cleaned my drums for me all at no cost. I def will be back there if I need a repair.

Has the most unprofessional employee that has minimal automotive skills and is immature playing around more than working on car (who brings his wife to work? Not sure why she's there but she's very rude) Owner is clearly not a mechanic and has no knowledge on how to run a business and employ automotive techs.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
