Had a little accident scratched the front part of my car on a pole. Decided to go up and get a quote. $600 and had my car little over 2 days. I couldn t be happier with the outcome. Customer service was great along with quick but great auto body service. Thank you guys so much again. Feels good to have my baby back

I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Eclipse Auto Body and Repair for some repairs, and I couldn t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was outstanding.First and foremost, the staff at Eclipse Auto Body and Repair are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to thoroughly assess the damage to my car and clearly explained the repair process, keeping me informed every step of the way.Not only was the repair work completed in a timely manner, but the results were absolutely flawless. My car looks as good as new, and I couldn t be more impressed with the quality of their craftsmanship.In addition to their excellent workmanship, I was also impressed by the friendly and courteous customer service I received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the results, and they even took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had.Overall, I can t recommend Eclipse Auto Body and Repair highly enough. Eclipse did a fantastic job on my Mazda MX5. I had a ding in my truck lid that really bothered me. After they got done with it, you would never know anything happened. The paint job was delicate but turned out exquisitely. I think this is the 4th car that we have had body work done at Eclipse. We will not go anywhere else.

Eclipse took care of my car after a recent accident this summer. I was actually approached by an employee who was off work, Danny, at the scene of my accident. He gave me a card and talked to me about the services offered, including a free tow.Figured it was my lucky day, right? Best worst case scenario timing anyways.Eclipse took excellent care of my car. They worked with the insurance to ensure every possible issue that could be fixed due to the accident, was taken care of and not overlooked.Eclipse cleaned and repaired my car in a timely manner and made it looks better than before my accident.10/10 would recommend the service here, but only if you like good service by people who want to help you.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Brakes

Came to get my bumper replaced because it was falling off, gave me a really good deal and fixed my bumper that day from dragging! Even cleaned off my residue from the tape that was holding it up, highly recommend. nice people !!

If I could give 5 more stars I would! Family owned and operated. Professional, friendly, timely and work done by Masters in the auto body industry. I did extensive research before getting lucky and finding Eclipse Auto Body. My wife's Lexus RX450H was involved in a collision. After a week in Eclipse, her car looks like it just came off the showroom floor, brand new. Rafael the owner says what he means. Esther and the entire Eclipse crew made us feel like family and went out of their way to reassure us completely of the work to be done and any concerns we might have. This is the kind of shop you will feel comfortable with and not have to put up with a fancy showroom windowed appointment person telling you, "we are 1-2 weeks out of giving you an estimate", in addition to a long process of getting your car back. I tell you this as a 20 year veteran with the California Highway Patrol who has seen and investigated numerous collisions, (minor to major) and worked with many. many, many towing companies and Auto Body Shops. I know excellent to mediocre work and I can tell you Eclipse is the best of the best. Thank you again Rafael, Esther and the entire Eclipse family. PS: I drove 40 miles from Sun Lakes AZ to Phoenix to have our car done by the best!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I called and they told me to bring my CRV, no issues! He gave me a very reasonable price and got my car fixed in one day! And they washed my car! I will absolutely return for future services!

There is not enough kind words I can say about this business! Professional, reasonable & absolutely stellar service! We did not have the work completed by them, ( due to insurance) nothing to do with Eclipse! but through our entire process we were in the best hands, God is good! We are so grateful to have worked with a transparent, honest company, who was not jus concerned about the bottom line, but also about us as customers, how refreshing! No call was unanswered, not one person bothered by a question or call!! Don t think twice- go with Eclipse! Thank me later Service: Body & Trim

Today I went in for an oil change and had Odai help me . When I tell you this man was super respectful and professional I mean it. I hate going to any work shop where men work because I am a women and don t know anything , but Odai was super out going and profession . Will definitely recommend him to my family . 100/10The dedication to make sure my needs were met was outstanding . Thank you .

Last year in July I got in an accident. I struggled the whole time to get updates on the status of my car. It took about 3 months for my car to get fixed due to the pandemic which is understandable. I paid a $500 deductible to get my car fixed and I am still currently missing a piece that belongs in the front of my bumper. I called multiple times for an update on the missing part. They always told me that they had not received it.My husband then calls to ask if they had received it and they confirmed that it had arrived but the piece was not painted. They still till this day have not called us to confirm if the piece is ready and I ve just given up. It s been a year and a half since my car was in that shop. We called them a total of 8 times and every time we called they just seemed annoyed It s so super frustrating that they couldn t just communicate with us that they needed more time. Customer service is terrible here. I m missing a piece to my bumper and it s super unfortunate because I paid a deductible to get my car completely fixed.Service: Body & Trim

Eclipse Auto Body helped to paint and install the rear spoiler on my car.Overall, I d give the job a 4 stars, for several reasons.Things I liked:1. They were willing to help me out and do it on a Saturday.2. They seem easy to work with.3. They seem nice.Reason for the 4 stars:1. They told me that they don t take credit cards so you have to pay with cash (at least this is how things were when I went, they told me that their machine is broken)2. I was told that the spoiler was ready but had to really inspect it to make sure that it worked properly after the job was completed. (If I m told the job is finished then I expect a finished product, not something that may still have issues) For example, the first time, there were sounds of things moving around inside the spoiler area, I was told that it was loose clips). It made a sound every time I opened and closed the door. I took it back to him, had him look again, and he added thicker clips . This fixed the moving around parts when the trunk would open and close but it still seemed to make a ton of noise when opening and closing the lid. I took it back a second time and he took a look at it and said it was fine. Then a third time I took it back again and showed him how the spoiler was loose, so then he took it back and added bigger bolts because the bolts that were provided weren t big enough. I do appreciate this of course which is why I gave a 4 stars, but it would have been nice to have this problem fixed from the beginning. I was expecting a finished product but had to really inspect it and take it back to him 3 times (I inspected it in the parking lot just outside so it wasn t a big deal) To his benefit he immediately took a look at it when I asked him to and he was quick to try and fix it so it was appreciated. After the 3rd time, it was perfect. :)3. It would have been nice to know what to expect with the job, what he was planning on doing, what specific paint color, his process for painting, and the process for install. I did have to ask about this but it would ve been nice to be informed of what he would specifically do. Also, it would have maybe been a little more professional if there were some hard copy quote of the services that he would provide and the break down of costs to equal the quote total instead of being verbally told how much it would be and then pay with cash when the project is completed.Thanks again. :)

These people are wonderful! I came in half an hour before they closed and they were so nice and helpful. Temporarily secured my bumper untill I can come up with the $ for a more permanent solution. Thanks Odai!!

Odai was such a great help, especially when it came to dealing with the insurance company when my car was vandalized. I ve been going here for many years already for regular maintenance on my car and I ll always keep coming back. They re honest and being a female I trust their pricing and don t feel like I m getting scammed here like other places. Such an amazing experience from beginning to end. Rafael was very kind in getting me an estimate on the spot and telling me the the best day to bring my Jeep in to get the hood painted. He even buffed out another problem area on the door ( that others had told me I needed to get fully painted again!). My Jeep is like brand new!! Thank you! Definitely recommending this shop to all my friends. Quality service A++++
