I m giving a 5 star dispite the constant change in my date of getting my car back. Only reason is because Joe and Zach and the owner have been very helpful throughout this entire process for a car that should ve been totaled and wasn t. They handle there customers greatly I ve had no issues

Had a car accident back in July 2018, called Dynasty Collision and spoke to Peter. Peter sent his guy out to tow my vehicle to his shop and took care of the rest. I got my vehicle back after his guys did all of the repairs and my 2015 Nissan Sentra drove better than it did when I got my vehicle; if not like brand new! Thanks Peter! You and the guys are very much appreciated!My daughter had an accident the day before Thanksgiving, Front driver side busted up, driver side airbag deployed, rim busted up and driver side wheel busted up as well. There s no tell the damages that was done under the hood. Well, I referred my daughter to Dynasty Collision- Peter. The police had my daughter s 2017 Nissan Rogue towed to their pound although I told him that we had a tow coming- Peter and his guys. However the vehicle was in the middle of the street and had to be removed immediately, which is understandable. So my daughter and I agreed with the police. The day after Thanksgiving, Peter sent his guy to get my daughter s vehicle and now the vehicle is at Dynasty Collision. Unfortunately, the car may be a total lost and if the person that hit daughter s vehicle and her insurance doesn t take full responsibility, it s ok because we have Gap Insurance and the vehicle cost will be taken care of! But I just want to say that Peter and his guys moves very swiftly! Everything that s wrong with your vehicle, Peter and his guys will find and fix like brand new! Dynasty Collision employees are very respectful, fair in all of their dealings and WILL NOT try to rip you off, or take advantage of you! I highly recommend Dynasty Collision.

Troy and Zach Great Customer Service, Fixed my car, not only did they fix my car, they gave me a loaner. When I went to pick up my car, Troy made sure everthing was good. Troy seen a spot and had his worker come out and fix it. Thanks so much you made an old Lady happy

We selected Dynasty Collision Center for our recent collision repair on my son's 2017 Honda Civic! Dynasty did not disappoint! They did an amazing job on our vehicle and it looked like brand new. They pay amazing attention to details and the customer service we received with everyone was top notch! Tyler was our personal advocate and he is amazing and got the job done with our insurance too! A++++++! Thank you Dynasty for a job well done! 100% would recommend them to anyone needing repair services.

If I could give Dynasty Collision more than 5 stars I definitely would!Jason was amazing! He assisted me right away, communicated the whole time, and was very helpful and attentive. We were able to get the front sensors fixed in my 2018 Honda, and they replaced my windshield.I will definitely be back. Thank you Jason! You are awesome!!

We were treated very fairly and well when we had a repair done to our lease vehicle. We decided not to try to go through our insurance, and Dynasty gave us a great deal. The results were perfect ... you can't tell that there has been a repair (dents and significant paintwork). They did the work within a couple of days.

My daughter was a new driver and had an accident with her Jetta. The damages were on the front and passenger side. The shop got her car in and Yesenia got the estimate to the insurance company in a timely manner. Repairs can take some time however I was given updates frequently about the status of the car . Yesenia was great and we truly appreciate all that was done for my daughter s car. Thank you to everyone. I have recommended the shop to several friends and family and will continue.

I was hit in the back bumper of my 2023 Tahoe. Rick made everything a pleasure to work with. Even though the insurance we worked with was a nightmare, he managed to still give an exceptional customer experience to my family and I. Definitely recommend them 100% of the time! All OEM parts where used and the paint was really amazing!Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Where do I start. Although they had my truck for right at a year to repair they kept on going back to my insurance asking for more 4 times kept on finding things wrong eventually totally changed frame on truck and now that I have the truck back from a glance everything looks good on the outside. But the reassembly is horrible. Almost all the clips holding hoses and wires are not put back together and under the hood is like nothing I bought from the factory new. Now 6 months later one of the brackets installed by Dynasty has worn through my AC condenser. So I'm stuck with another bill because of Dynastys pour work. I would not recommend

So 3 stars due to work quality and customer service. My adjuster told me multiple times the car would be done when they didn't even have parts yet. He told me he'd call me back and never did so then I'd have to reach out. Now, I do have to give a huge thank you to Peter and Karen for dealing with insurance for 5 hours to make sure they actually paid up. Without their help, I wouldn't have my car back.

These guys are great! Super sincere, incredibly genuine, not here to rip you off. I got my car door done by them about 2 years ago, they immediately saw my face at the initial price so without asking they started to look for a less expensive one in order to significantly reduce my price, and were very helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. Flash forward two years my back bumper is hanging off the car, one of their workers pulled it around to the back... 20 minutes later they fixed the clips on my bumper, good as new, told me to come back if there are any other problems with it (I was prepared to spend a hefty amount for a new bumper, I feel like any other shop would've simply taken my money). As a female, I value their respect and honesty every time i've gone by. 10/10 would recommend!

Best Collision shop I ve ever been to. Took my truck in and they repainted it for me in no time! Looks like it came out of the factory if not better. Awesome people and great owners! I highly recommend these guys for any body work!

I d recommend this place! They were on top of everything I needed done for my car. My insurance was a pain and they took over everything and figured it out with them. Very communicative and informative since it was my first time taking my car to get body work done from an accident. The absolute best place to get repairs or paint work done... fast,friendly, awesome on details , they stayed in touch with us the whole process, we have a bran new 3500 diesel ram dually truck & some 1 keyed the whole truck , we took it to dynasty they made it look show room quality. Any questions we had they answered ,they made us feel very comfortable through the whole process & worked with our insurance co. With complete & beyond above satisfaction, our truck is beautiful again if you want a place that you can trust in quality work (dynasty collision ) is 100% the place to go .& I personally can't say thank you enough ,I appreciate your high quality hard work

If you LOVE your vehicle but you HATE dealing with dealership service centers or shady automotive "professionals"..I would highly recommend this place to friends/family/anyone who needs to have automotive repair/work done! Hands down THE BEST experience I have EVER had when dealing with auto repair related issues. They put my baby back together like brand new!. Such an amazing job from start to finish, no hassles whatsoever and they got my insurance to cover everything that needed to be done and then waived my entire deductable! A special thank you to Peter and Jessie...you guys are awesome and the work you do and customer services you provide make THE difference.On a side note....having Troy up front with those gorgeous bedroom blue eyes made my minimal "wait time" fly right by..lol. Recently my daughter was in for body work on her car Kia Sorento .The work they did was excellent. The team that worked with us turned our headache into a painless experience and they dealt with the insurance phone calls and just really took the worry out of an already stressful situation. This a great repair shop. They really helped take the sting out of losing my car. Although I eventually decided to accept my Insurance company's decision that the car was a total loss, the professionalism, compassion, and knowledge of insurance procedures shown by the guys at Dynasty were invaluable in helping me make the best of a bad situation. They made me aware of options that I didn't even know existed and were very kind in assisting me recover my personal belongings that I forgot to remove from the car when it was towed away. If I ever have need of collision repair again, Dynasty Collision is where I'm going.

Although we were unable to complete repairs with Dynasty they were so kind and so patient with me while I dealt with insurance claims after my car accident. They kept in constant communication with me and were able to redirect me to a shop that could repair my vehicle. Their customer service is top tier and they were honest with me from the jump. Thank you I truly appreciate you all.
