from what I can see my automobile would have been out with the new engine within a week if not for the contributing factors that actually caused my vehicle to be there over a month. The extended warranty is good for coverage but very very slow and not recent holidays extended the state even further. everyone at Duff Brown communicates well so that you always know what's going on with your car. and I also witnessed Mike talking to customers and and offering solutions that apparently we're accepted and everyone was happy. it's always nice when you have a staff that's nice to you while your vehicle's being repaired and it doesn't stop there when you come back for any reason it's nice to know that that friendly demeanor is still there even when your car is not in their bay. i That's the kind of personal touch that makes one say "hey you know what mI'm going to bring my car back to this shop for all repairs in the future maintenance and repairs because everyone is really nice and respectful

My car started running bad, the check engine light came on and was flashing at me.... I poled into a Midas at I 17 and Dunlap.....They were to busy the lady there said there were other car repair places across the parking lot. I walked over there the first one they were to busy also. I went to the next place it was Duff Brown Automotive...Mike the owner operator said sure I can look at it....Told me it would be a couple hours he had my car in the garage within a half hour. There was some major repairs that needed done they started working on it right away but would need to keep it overnight...Mike offered to take me home and pick me up the next day when my car was finished! That was so nice of him....It turned out it took them all day to get the repairs done...This was on a Friday and Mike and his crew stayed about 2 hours overtime to get my car done and then he came and picked me up! They went above and beyond what you figure a place would do...I recommend them to anyone who is in need of a car repair big or small... My car broke down and I needed it towed and repaired.I live 60 miles away and obviously had transportation issues so it took me a week to pick it up..When I returned for the vehicle it was parked in the lot with the keys in the ignition!! I had to pay a $25 per day storage fee!! That was never mentioned until it already accumulated a couple hundred more..so that my car can sit unsecured with the keys in it?!?!The radiator cap is missing and the steering column was torn apart!!Extremely unprofessional!!Dishonest!!Will be contacting the BBB!!!Service: Engine repair

Mike has always given us great SERVICE on our vehicles for years. Very professional and guaranteed work from his staff. We only take our cars to his shop because of the quality of service. Michael and the staff have been amazing in helping us get back to illinois from Arizona. We have been trying to get help from countless businesses in installing our cargo holder in our rusted hitch. I paid $60 for a diagnostic fee on my car because it started stalling every few seconds. I was looking for them to figure out what broke that started this issue over night. What I got was a list of things that were old not in great condition. It seems as though they simple scanned the computer and told me I needed what ever it said could be an issue and they did not really diagnose the issue. I had a tow truck come pick it up and the tow truck driver new what my issue was from just driving it up onto his truck. Would not recommend Duff brown.

I gave them 1500 to strighten the hood and make the passanger front door shut. They ended up fixing the trunk instead so I gave them a extra 200 to put on the rear door I had already done most of the work on.. I had no insurance so they took advantage of me. 2 days later the passanger side shifted back to how it was so I was not satisfied I should of took it to the real paisas for that work and priceService: Body & Trim
