I accidentally hit a curb which was inconveniently situated right next to a pothole this caused my front tire to pop on impact and I found myself having to find a shop to see what could be done. I called to see if I could drive up without an appointment and they invited me to come by for an assessment. Awesome service from start to finish. They had my vehicle in for a tire replacement in less than 10 minutes from my arrival time. (I was out of there in 45 minutes and I was able to watch the whole process from the lobby. These guys are super efficient!)Brock did an excellent job at making the process smooth and painless. Not pushy at all - felt like I was working with someone I ve know for ages. Reasonable prices, great customer service, and speedy delivery.Highly recommended!

INITIAL REVIEW 1 STAR: I came to this discount tire on Saturday march 2 2024 to change two of my car tires and immediately a day after one of the newly changed tires had it s hub cap lost, I neither go to any unknown/new place in one day nor I mishandled it. This happened completely due to poor service offered by the technicians at discount tire, would not recommend them again.UPDATED REVIEW: After this review and their reply, I went back to the store and explained my problem they did not fight me or argue with me they made some calls to understand the problem and came to see my car and then they themselves ordered a hub cap for me and fixed it. Thanks discount tire.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This place has the best customer service I have ever received. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind and patient. They take the time to explain to you everything that is going on with your vehicle and they are transparent with it all. Daniel assisted me during my last visit, and he was so kind and patient and was able to save my tire. I recently moved to another part of town, but I will prioritize taking it to this location, simply for how well they handled my situation. 10/10 would recommend!

Great customer service at this location. Had a flat tire while shopping for my son's birthday party and the crew here at the 23rd avenue and Camelback location got me in, tire repaired free of charge and out the door in under an hour. Definitely appreciated and highly recommended.

In my experience with this discount tire, it has been pretty good so far with how many different vehicles (5) I have brought to this particular shop. The photos I'm using are from my old suv, the black M-CX5 you see in bay 2. The prices for particular tires and their warrenty plans in my book are fair for what I choose. For any uses that came up for my cars, they were usually able to sort it out smoothly without any cost (warrenty). One time when I had an issue with a puncture they were able to salvage the tire without any cost to me. This particular branch seems to be often operating by a staff of young seasoned and sometimes rookie gentlemen. They seem to move as quick as possible from each car they work on, just by observing them from the courtesy window. If you don't already know, they have a free station that refills and checks the condition of your tires. Within that small check up, they can send you the data about your tires condition or even if you have an actual issue, check you in for appointment right from the station if you have the time. The only times I've seen an issue occur is when sister's car tire sensors malfunction after an appointment she had with them. They were unable to resolve the issue and it left a bad impression for her. I like to hash it out to it being because her T86 was modified and all of my old cars were just stock but I don't really know what happened. Currently I drive a Supra, stock for now, so will see in the long run if I still trust they can still do right by me; I'll update if it's no longer the case.

Came in to get new tires for my old Jeep as they had them in stock. They were very busy but were moving along very smoothly. Did a great job. I was impressed.

I came here for an emergency tire repair and it was packed from the moment they were open. It made me nervous because I didn't have a lot of time to spare, but they priced why everyone goes there. Within the hour, I had the vehicle back on the road and the cost was as expected, low and hassle free.I'm very grateful to the team at this location for their customer service, their quality work, and their urgency. It is very appreciated!

I paid to have my spare converted to full size. I should have asked more questions. Fitment of tie iron and jack foam housing was no longer possible. I wish I would have known.Service and tires were quickly performed and installed.

I went in to get tires and wheels for my Escalade with the assumption that I was going to get educated opinions but obviously the staff was not knowledgeable because they allowed tires to be put on my vehicle that were way too big and rubbed which caused attention every time I turned.The day that they were put on was the day I realize it rub which I called them to let them know and they said it would be OK. In the long run it was not OK. I went back to the store to ask Being that it was their fault and I trusted them they replied with I will not get 100% credit which I believe that is wrong because it was their mistake to begin with being that I trusted that they were knowledgeable to make the right choice and tires.

Fan of discount tire always seem to take good care of me and understand when money is tight. Estimation on 4 tires and 2 windshield wipers as one hour they got done in under 40 minutes

I called the same day cause this was my first time at a discount tires and I need 4 brand new tires I m thankful that it was a fast and easy process and I m satisfied and the employees working today were very nice especially the gentleman that help me me was very informative about which tire brand was best! Definitely will be recommending

This is a very friendly store. It goes much better to make an appointment online first. They are pretty close to keeping their word on how long things get done. I had a nail in my tire and they had it fixed and rotated and balanced in less than an hour at the end of the day where it is busiest! Good job! No charge either. Definitely recommend this location but it can be tricky to get in and out so pull in slowly around the air filling station. You will see cones to not go through. Will definitely give them more business when needed!

This discount tire location is slow, and the estimated completion time means you will wait almost two hours for a simple tire job. Check other shops before coming to this location. Speaking to management is a complete waste of time because they clearly don't care.

They installed my rims and tires but failed to put my tpms's back on so now I drive with the light on they said usually they come with the new tires but didn't this time but said my hub was bad so until I get a new hub they won't install the tpms on my car I spent $1147 with them and now they want me to buy new ones I'm done with discount tires why can't people do their jobs correctly anymore

only been to this place once. that was enough. menacingly unfriendly ! bought some very expensive BFG truck tires with All the warranty stuff from their Metrocenter store. came here to drop off two loose tires for repair. screws in the side shoulder. they would not even look at them. even though I had my paperwork and my name was in their computer the Manager said they could not find me buying my tires in their computer. said "I should get out of his store and take my tires back to whatever place I bought them from so that he can take care of HIS customers." his words. came here because I only live 1 mile away. went back to Metro Center store. they warranted both tires, no problem. ask them about my records in their computer ? they said everything was on the second page in their computer n maybe the Camelback store pobably did not check it ??? seems like the Camelback store doesn't care about anything except selling you brand new tires. they don't care if you have your warranty paperwork on your tires or not. they didn't with me. in front of Everyone trying to make me look like a crook pulling some fraud. asking me to leave their store: *discount tire 23rd Ave. and camelback. **** shame on you !!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my Kia in to get 3 tires that Kia said I needed for my Rio Sport. Not only did Brett view the photos provided by Kia of my tires, he saved me money because he caught the fact I only needed 2 front tires, and the 3rd could be repaired. Plus, the team checked my battery cables and found nothing wrong with that as well. I truly appreciate him and the team's help and HONESTY. I will go back to this location in the future for all my tire needs.

Want to have my tire air pressure checked. Why did over an hour and line? Then they wanted to scan my Vin. Then my one tire was 8 pounds low. And they refuse to fill it, saying it was a safety issue issue, so if it was unsafe to be driving on it. Why wouldn't they put the air in it so I could safely drive away. What car had been sitting for about 4 days? And the weather had changed tremendously, gotten cooler. So it may have been a little low. And now, with the cooler weather, it really dropped just to let you know. I did safely drive away and went home. Plugged in the compressor at home. Fill the tire, and it's been fine since then. It's been 4 or 5 days now.

I recently had my tires rotated here & they tightened the lug nuts to tight, I had to take it to Network frame & alignment they fixed the lug bolt but didn't have the lug nuts so I went to the dealership & it cost me $50 for 4 lug nuts which discount tire messed up, taken it somewhere else from now on

Awesome experience. I purchased 4 new Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires for my Lexus IS250. Both Luis and Sergio were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Guy was more worried about upselling me tires and windshield wipers than replacing my tire the right way. On my way home noticed grinding and squealing noises coming from wheel they just replaced turns out something was too close too the rotor and grinding against it, luckily discount tire in my hometown was able to fix it happily. Would not recommend this location

These guys get the s**t done are professional and have attention to detail. After three years finally I got all my tire pressure sensors working correctly. With exact air pressure I wanted. I had one Tech working with me to start. It was the end of the day after the other techs finished their customers. At 5:20 20 minutes after close. I got four techs just working on my vehicle to get the s**t done. Thanks Kelby and Marcus

Tire check light came on. Stopped by Discount Tire to have all tires air checked for proper inflation. The young man also checked for defects and proper tread depth. The fellow had an excellent attitude especially given he is wearing all black and in the open sun and heat. That is one of the reasons I buy my tires from Discount Tire and why I let them do the tire checks and examinations...UPDATE: One of the major tire manufacturers had a recall so I went into check with them about the recall. They helped me understand while my tires were indeed on a recall list because of where I live it was not necessary unless I wanted to. Given that this was the best set of tires I have ever had on my van, I swiftly declined.I did have to order a set of new tires for my car. They helped me select the best set of tires of my needs. Ordered the tires, once in they contacted me, had them installed a couple of days later.I have been buying tires from Discount Tire since was stationed in the Valley in 1977, now 46 years later I am still buying tires from a company I trust. They have met my tire needs here and nationwide when I had tire issues. For me they have been trust worthy and reliable...~D~
