I went here to patch my car tire every single person who works here is so nice and helpful. They 1hr to patch the tire and they didn't pump air as per manufacturer recommended instead of 43psi they did 33 psi. I have to use my own air pump to pump air when I am back home. Other than that everything is nice and smooth.

All of the staff at Metro Center Discount Tire are awesome!!! Always friendly, quick to acknowledge customers when they walk in the door. Efficient and service with a smile. We do a lot of business with them on our personal and work vehicles. They Rock! Had a tire repaired today and when we pulled up to pick up my car. One of the gentleman met me outside with my paperwork and key! Now that is awesome service!! Thanks guys for consistently providing us with top of the line service!

Had a great experience here a couple months ago when I came to replace all my tires. However, I was shocked at the way I was treated today when I came to get my pressure checked. Having never been to this location for air checks before I was unaware that you are supposed to come in the back way. When I realized it there was nothing I could do to fix the situation, as another customer had the entire driveway blocked; I would have exited and returned to be in the line properly. Instead an employee came over multiple minutes later and informed me that when the customer blocking the driveway moved I would be required to lose my spot in line and go behind the car that had just pulled into the lot. I directly questioned the employee as to whether he was asking me to lose my spot due to another customer s actions and he replied yes. This location needs signage at the front driveway instructing customers to enter through the back for air checks, or some other way of managing the line than punishing customers for not knowing how the line operates and being stuck due to other customers.

Great service, had a slow leak on one of my Tacoma tires. Left the truck with them, they had the tire repaired within 1 hour.Did not charge me a thing, and I didn't buy these tires from Discount. They came with the truck when I bought it used...They have my loyalty, unless I find my next set of tires significantly lower somewhere else other than Discount (which I doubt since they price match), my next set of tires will be purchased at Discount Tire.

I am writing to shout out to Danny and his team at this location. Danny was very friendly when I first called to inquire about the tires and pricing needed. The price was fair with no surprise charges or confusion about online/in-store prices. The quote was the same as I researched it, which was an even better experience. When I arrived at my appointment, there was an issue with the tires but Sawyer B was such a champ. He actively problem-solved and ensured I still had the tires installed without delay. He was very detail-oriented and made me aware of things about my vehicle that I needed to attend to. I felt very valued and even though this was not my regular location, I may not hesitate to go out of my way a little bit to get excellent services. Thank you, Sawyer, Danny, and the team!

Austin kitchens at this location is the best! He went above and beyond to help me with my visit this morning. The staff was super helpful and informative, he s salesmanship was very nice and I didn t feel like he was trying to over sell me but help me add the services I needed. 10 out of 10 will come back to this location to have the same experience again.

This location is run down. Since the owner passed, Discount Tire has slowly fallen flat. Sales rep didn't acknowledge me until he finished his conversation with his coworker. He made excuses since I was a walk in about the wait time. As he stuck out his filthy hand for me to shake, we walked out to the vehicle. I didn't need tires, just rotation and repair. At first, he seemed ok with the work but changed his mind and tried to up sale me another tire. I usually use the 43 and glendale locations for all my company vehicles without problems or questions. Might be time to find a company that wants my business without the feeling of being ripped off. Thanks for the many prior years of great service.

Had a flat repaired today. As a first time customer I was delightfully surprised when I wasn t charged for the repair. Before returning home to Canada I will certainly return for an alignment and tire balance. I highly recommend this store. Thank you

Years ago I needed to replace all of my tires, and I did my due diligence, contacting multiple auto shops for tire pricing. When the second shop I contacted told me 'just go to Discount, they have the best prices', I knew that's where I'd get my savings.And with Discount I do get the best price, but also the best service! Each time I've been in their Metro location, they've taken care of my tire needs effectively, efficiently, and at the best price available. You just can't beat that.I recently replaced all tires plus my spare with Saywer at the Metro location, and as expected, my experience was just excellent. Thank you Saywer, and thank you, Discount Tire!

Anthony was great . He did great on getting my wife's car tire repaired in under 3 hours. Also hooked us up with some new wiper blades for a great deal. I always buy my tires from Discount because they are the best when it comes to taking care of the customer . Merry Christmas to all of you at Discount Tire .

Super Great went in about 445pm kinda late they close at 6 and it was a Friday March 29 2024 and they treated me as if I was the 1st person in the morning coming in that is what you call customer service Good job % satisfied . I also told them about missing bolts in front of each wheel and they said no problem put them on and two more new tires.

Discount tire is amazing at this location.I had my wife stop by there last minute to check the tire since she jest getting a low signal on one of her tires. She had our babies in the car and still they worked with us. Allowed us to keep them napping in the car while ac on and they got the job DONE.SAWYER and LOGAN you guys rock!!!Thank you for making this experience relaxed enough for my wife and children..Incredibly safe and efficient.Even though they were busy they took us in and got everything we needed done.Amazing job guys

Very courteous staff. I was just a walk in. Only took a little over an hour to install a new tire. Also pulled the old weights off of the other three tires and ballaced them.

Had some rims and tires mounted to my truck here. Always A+ customer service and great experience. *Update* everytime I come here, the customer service is on point. I had a screw in my tire and needed it looked at. I was in and out in 10 minutes after making an appointment.

Sawyer was extremely helpful upon arrival- I had a nail in my tire they plugged for FREE(as long as it's repairable/not too close to the wall of the tire) as a single parent I'm extremely grateful for their service. The first place I called was going to charge $30

The Managing here was kind of a let down experience for me after seeing how they openly yell at the younger kids that work here. I opted to go buy tires somewhere else because of this. It's the second time I witnessed a "Manager" screaming at one of the kids, this time simply because the kid seemed to be taking a breather. The manager started screaming at him and just being completely disrespectful, personally I would call HR if I was that young man. This does explain the problem we are going through in the work force, power hungry adults who seem "Envious" or threatened by this new generation, so we bury them down to make ourselves feel better I guess. I would have got the managers name but it just seems to be the culture here. Really disappointed, and a second time is not a coincidence.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked in without an appointment, and there was NO LINE. I can't remember last time there was no line at Discount Tire.I was in and out of there in less than an hour with two new tires!Oh Lucky Day!

I have being a customer for 32 years from California to Arizona. They like many companies have found ways to just be legal; but I consider them con artist. Fraudulent billing and deceptive business practices. They dot the "I's" and cross the "T's" to look legit. I have replaced 4 sets of tires on a Toyota corolla over the last 3.5 years. The car itself is in immaculate mechanical condition. Being an auto mechanic and taking it down religiously to wheel alignment, rotation, and air checks.I was disgusted with their warranty program that makes them more money, than if I were to buy the tires elsewhere. I average 6k to 8k miles per set. Upgraded 3 times out of the 4 sets. Very expensive. They rip you off.

So glad i made an appointment. Their system went down today and they still got me in and out within an hour but poor walk in were waiting 4 hours.... MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!!! Always gonna be my first choice in tire sals. Thank discout!!!

Kendall is truly a God send. He went above and beyond for me to get my tires when I truly needed it. He is definitely compassionate and truly cares for the customer. He also gave me many options to best suit what I had. I m beyond thankful for Kendall and his concern for my safety it s definitely heart touching. I truly hope the store and the customers recognize how lucky we are to have him there. Thank you so much Kendall I m very grateful for all you did for me today and your help will go a long way for me thanks for caring when you didn t have to and making so much effort for me to be able to be safe. All the discount tires are great places with friendly employees, but there's something about this place that sets it apart from others. I always ALWAYS see Chris when I'm here and he is always so nice and smiling and goes above and beyond for every customer. I also talk to Andrew a lot and he is super nice as well and will make your experience a great one. Every single person here works very hard and is great with customers. Some people complain in line about how they're standing around doing nothing, but obviously they've never worked in a store where service is provided or worked in the customer service field at all. If they had, they would see all these great workers working away like bees in a honey hive! Thanks guys for being so amazing. I see why it's hard to get a reservation at times because people come out the way to receive your great service!

If it wasn't for Patrick you'd have lost our business. However because he constantly watching all of his customers and making sure they are happy, he saved the sale! 4 brand new tires on our truck. Thank you Patrick!!

I loved everything about my experience at this Discount Tire Co. Store. Purchasing wheels was easy thanks to Patrick's help. I believe he is the manager of this store; he's amazing, extremely friendly, and beyond knowledgeable in everything you'll need to know during your visit. If I had to pick the best store in the valley to visit, I would hands down come back to the Metro Center store 10/10 times. The techs were fast and friendly and I had new wheels on my vehicle within 1 hour of visiting the store. My wheels even came in earlier than expected by 2 days! Highly recommend this location, Patrick, and honestly anyone who works at this location to help you out with your tire/wheel needs.

Worst experience at any of their locations. I have been using discount tire for all my life but not after today. Went in as my indicator came on. Arrived at 10:30 guy told me soonest opening was 11:45. Finally at 1:15 my truck was on the rack. Bad turns to worst as they informed me it could but be repaired and they had nothing in stock to fit my truck. As a business owner myself, this deception and poor customer service does not fly. Then they tried trapping me in the office offering me an overpriced tire that they could order from Alabama , what a joke. Went down the street to Costco, they had what I needed in stock, same tire, same brand, and at less than half the price, so I replaced all 4. Discount tire, you have lost my business for life, I hope this review gets seen by many.

The gentleman that Discount Tire are extremely professional very nice and although some of their prices gave me nightmares, I wouldn't hesitate tocome back or recommend others to do the same.

Awesome service for someone who was very anxious about having the money to get the tires I needed for my car but they exceeded my expectations and even calmed my nerves about getting good tires and still being able to afford them!!! Love this place
