Angelo was awesome! This is a family owned business and I do prefer to support local small businesses. Going to Discount Auto Body was a great choice! These guys give you honest rates and do honest work. You can't even tell that my vehicle was damaged! They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them! Approached me in a parking lot to promote their business when they saw my heavily damaged truck. They offered to waive my 500 deductible and returned my truck to me like new. Shops like this constantly remind me why choosing local business is better than going with corporate chain. Great customer service and my truck looks new, I m so grateful to them.

I had my bumper ripped off in a hit and run so I took my car here for repair. Angelo was AMAZING! He helped me submit a claim to my insurance and even paid my deductible. I thought I had rental car coverage but I didn't. Angelo helped with that too! He gave me a loaner car from his shop so I could still get around while my car was being fixed. Angelo kept me up to date on the progress of my repair and was always available if I had any questions or concerns. I had a few things happen to me during the time that my car was being fixed and Angelo seemed genuinely concerned about my well-being. Angelo is very professional and sweet. They were able to match my paint exactly. When my car was done, Angelo drove to my place to switch out the cars. What customer service!!! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing services. I know I plan to be a repeat customer if my car ever needs any further services. I recently took my vehicle to this location and it was a great experience. I only rated 4 stars because I was told my car would be ready on a certain day, but the Painter missed a spot and had to retouch. All n all they communicated with me about the process. Angelo was very helpful when I picked up my vehicle and they also offered pickup and drop off and to help me run any errands if needed since my car was still in their shop. I would recommend my friends here because like other body shops. These people were actually on their stuff!

They did great work, we re very professional, and had a lot of attention to detail. Angelo had kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on with my vehicle as it was happening. I have never left a bad review on anybody but this place was by far the worst service of my life! This place was a complete nightmare where do I even start I went to this shop trying to be kind and support a small business! Big mistake! I told them I would be leaving for Cali next month for a trip so I would need my car they ensured me it would be done in no less than 10 days and pressured me into leaving my car with them! Even when I keeps saying I wanted to wait until I knew I d have another vehicle. They didn t care they insisted! Then gave me a loaner car that had grinding brakes everything was broken on it and had major electrical problems! They made me drive it around for 3 days acting like it wasn t a big deal then I demanded that they at least repaired the breaks! They told me to drive all the way to their shop and I waited 30 minutes for them to finally call me back to tell me they had a family emergency. The next day they finally picked up their van and I went 4 days with no car and spent 100s on Lyft rides! After it took them 4 days to fix brakes they insured me that my car would be done in a week and said the insurance was taking forever. I contacted the insurance company and they told me they approved everything weeks ago! So I was flat out lied to over and over again! The shop never contacted me. They clearly have a lack of communication skills. They didn t even have the decency to call me and give me an update on my vehicle. Almost 2 whole months later I had to leave for Cali and my car was still not done! So I had to purchase a rental car. Then when I tried to contact them they blocked my number. They still have my car I m pretty sure what they re doing is illegal and I will be taking legal action if They don t figure this out! they have lost me so much time and money and do t seam to care one bit. Please run as fast as you can away from this place!!!! They are a complete joke!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my car at another shop to get repaired for a week nothing was done to it so talked to Angelo and brought my car to them to get fixed after my accident. Never heard about this shop but way more satified wih the work gave 5 stars due to not only my car looking brand new but the communication from them was awesome. Defiinitley going to be recommending them as well bring my car back for any additional work i want done to it. Cant judge a book by its cover but the job they did you couldn't tell i was ever in an accident perfection is what I wanted and it what i had receieved. Thanks Discount Auto Body for the awesome service and work. Also thank Angelo for going out of your way for me with a rental as well awesome job.

Discount auto body is by far and away one of the best experiences I have had with an auto body shop. The work was done perfectly and to my satisfaction and I am very picky. I have seen the negative reviews about this place and all I can say is those people were just mad and out of line, from the moment I dropped my truck off I was kept in the loop and updated daily. It took a while to get parts but that's to be expected with a brand new vehicle. These guys went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier, they even waved my deductible and installled a billet grill that I bought for free. Excellent work, I would send anyone I know here, great people and amazing work, just remember good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good, they handled everything thru my insurance and even gave me a rental car!!!

Took my truck in after it had been hit in a parking lot. Was done the next day. Fastest turn around cheapest I ve seen. The owner and his son do great work. Definitely the best place to go to for all your body and paint needs. Service: PaintingService: Painting

I use this place because I wanted to have my deductible waived these guys are the biggest scammers they told my insurance a bunch of stuff was broken that wasn't so they got paid to fix things they never touched then they didn't even fix the stuff that was broken because it was "on back order " the paint was terrible and when I pointed all of this out the owner who was drunk started to get confrontational and tell his wife started screaming at him to get back inside this is a joke of an operation if you care about your vehicle at all please do not use these guys I have pictures and documents if anybody would like to see

Horrible quality checks on your finished repairs. Owner was drunk when I picked up vehicle. Raised his voice at me when confronted of issues. I have pics of all the poor quality checks they missed, about 10 issues! Don t go here nor recommend to anyone. Unless you hate them.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Got into an accident and took my truck to this shop right away. They took care of me and was very satisfied with not only the work done to the truck but the customer service blew me away. Would recommend this shop to anyone that needs repairs.

Discount Auto Body is a grate shop they paid my insurance deductible and did a grate job on my car i am very happy with there work and I will definitely use them again in future for all my vehicle repairs ..

Very friendly, Great service, Helpped me when I was down and in need they helpped me by fixing my car and renting me one as well, as a Retired Military Veteran, I honor them for the job they did as for the respect they showed....EXCELLENT SERVICE GREAT PAINT JOB MY JOB LOOKS LIKE I JUST DROVE IT OFF THE LOT AGAIN.....THANKYOU MY FRIENDS
