Absolutely great shop! Moved to the area and shopped around for a good repair shop for my 2008 Polaris outlaw 525 IRS. Brought my atv in for routine maintenance (valve adjustment). They easily diagnosed and repaired the issue and noticed some stretch in the timing chain. Adjusted the timing and valves quick and affordably. Offered to give another free adjustment on the timing chain after the next oil change. I ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this shop.

These guys were great. Amazing customer service and couldn't ask for better. We brought them our cam am maverick max for seasonal maintenance. They caught critical repairs that was needed and gave us a great deal on getting it done with our maintenance. They're prices are cheaper then alot of shops we've called. I would highly recommend them for atv/utv repairs any day. We will definitely be back.

My razor was having a lot of issues.Was quoted 6k at another shop.Desert snake got it fixed in less than a day for $500They found the exact issue and fixed that issue alone and didn t try to swindle meHighly recommend

I did not go here for a rental or to get an Atv or dirt bike fixed. I went here because I was in a jam. My kids overloaded a front load washer and broke one of the springs. I searched high and low and could not find a replacement. I showed up at thier shop and asked for help. They didnt look at me like I was crazy or anything and welded a new hook on the spring. It works great and saved my butt.The were polite and professional!!!I have to believe that they do the same for all thier customers. I highly recommend this shop. Many thanks!!!!

Took my daughter's Honda TRX250 in to get the carburetor dialed in it was done in 2 hours good prices good service would definitely recommend them

This company does not have garage keeper's policy to where if anything is damaged in your vehicle because of the repair shot you as the owner of your vehicle responsible as well as they are in cahoots with the catalytic converter ring theft in Arizona I would not use this company so then why did you call me and have a 15min conversation

I took my bike there told me I need a new belt and charge me $210 for a belt and to put it on had it for 3 days told me will call u when it's done never did had to call them and told me I'll give a call right back they call me back the next day

My problem = cfmoto 800 has torn cv boot.They fixed it and deserve five stars but there was complications along the way. Here is the story: I came with my own part and they fixed the boot within two hours. But when I came to pick it up, I found that they used the boot I brought but not the bands to tighten that came with the part.Even worse, the flimsy bands they had provided were loose and wiggled off with little resistance and the grease from the boot was leaking. When I spoke with them, they stated that they didn't use the band I brought because they didn't have the tool to install this part properly. I wish that they would have communicated this during installation, as I would have been happy to keep my vehicle there until they could get the part in and finish the job properly.When I brought my concerns to the owner/manager, they ordered the tool and told me that they would fix it properly. At this point I didn't want to make the drive to the shop as it is a good distance from my house. Then the shop offered to not only bring the part to my house so I could fix it, but also offered someone from the shop to help.Big thanks to guy who helped me install this boot and thanks to the shop for helping get this resolved in the end. My only criticism of this experience was that I wish there was better communication when they initially found out that they couldn't install the bands with the tools they had, but they really did a good job with making it right in the end.

Took my Razor in for diagnosis after leaving me stranded. They got me in and out same day. Went above and beyond what I thought they needed to do. Got a full service and tune up while there. Very competitive pricing. They will be my go to shop for everything. Good job guys.

I honestly can t say enough great things about this company. After meeting with Desert Snake Rentals & ATV Repair and discussing what needed to be fixed, I knew my Honda was in good hands! I've had work done on my All-terrain vehicle at many of places in the Phoenix area, nothing beats the experience I've had with these guys. They are great ppl, and about their business!! Most of all they do what they say their gonna do and do it right!! I highly recommend these guys for any repair services or custom work that you may need!

This company also is power towing and I had them tow a car only charge in my card they must have sold my card because starting the next day and for a week over 2000 dollars was charged to my card beware don't use!!!!!!!!

It was my first time using their services for an atv repair and it will not be my last. Wonderful experience from start to end. They are very knowledgeable and very welcoming. They set a timeline for my repair and met the goals. I was always kept up to date of the status of my atv and when I tested the it felt better than when I actually bought it. This is the best place to Get all of your toys worked on these guys are awesome very good at what they do I've been there several times and they know how to repair things. And they are really nice about it quick to do the job. Thank you all for being the best.I'm an old mechanic myself and I really know when somebody knows what they're doing when it comes to mechanics.

Great service. They fixed my quad- cleaned the carb and fixed a ground wire. I previously went to another shop and they couldn t figure it out but blamed the issue on a kymco safety feature. The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

Absolute best service and repairs I could have asked for! I had a street accident on my Ninja and I called them for a tow and they informed me that they also happen to own this repair shop and would be willing to do the repair work! I was paying out of pocket and Omar and his brother gave me massive discounts on labor and costs to help me with affordability and had it done the same day the parts arrived! They were friendly and proffesional with every encounter and my motorcycle looks and rides like it is brand new. I will be returning for every repair and maitenenace need and suggest them to anyone else needing fast, proffesional and affordable maintenence done on motorcycles or ATVs.

I picked up a 2002 gxsr 750 project I bought turned out the bike need a lot more then I expected . Took it here to desert snake . They took very good care of it . fixed everything with very quick turnaround. I believe his name was Oscar . Very good prices . Definitely will be coming back .

From my experience, I very much highly recommend Desert Snake rentals and repairs because the owner is always straightforward and doesn't give the run around. He always upgrades his rentals and has a variety to choose from. When it comes to their service they take care of you with all your repairs needed and don't overcharge you or lie about the amount of time that it will take to get your vehicle back.

Lowest prices in town. Super friendly staff. Large selection to choose from. Brought family from out of town to rent them quads and they did a tune up on my quad as well. They do repairs and tune ups as well as renting. Will be back soon.

Desert Snake Rentals & Repairs is the only place i ll ever go to for ATV mechanic services in Phoenix Arizona. Ive rented ATVs and RZRs from there countless times and each time it s always a a great time. This time around we decided to bring in our RZR and ATV for some repairs in Phoenix. We had an old ATV repair shop in Scottsdale that we used to go to but Desert Snake Rentals just does such a good job that we ll continue to come here for all our RZR/UTV and ATV repair services in Phoenix. We had the carb cleaned and an oil change it for the ATV and it was super fast and they where very friendly - 11/10 star service.

Had an awesome experience! I rented 4 quads and trailer for unbeatable price and they are 24 hour rentals could not find that anywhere else!! Great customer service and staff. Would definitely recommend to others. I will be renting from again soon!!
