Just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Dennis at DV Auto! He was so great and was personable, friendly and patient with me! I highly recommend Dennis Stark at DV Auto! Not only did I get an Amazing Tundra and a Great Deal, I made a friend and will continue to refer him to anyone in AZ looking for a new ride! Thanks Dennis for taking care of us!

My husband and I got a very good deal on a 2013 Chevy Suburban. Dennis was above and beyond when it came to professionalism. This dealership is more than reasonable. After searching for a particular vehicle since August it was D.V. Auto Center that finally got our business. I can't tell you the types of experiences we had searching in both Phoenix and Tucson for the perfect vehicle. We were even looking as far as San Diego and Las Vegas. A lot of places don't want to do business with someone who isn't needing their in house financing. Something I'm coming across a lot especially in Phoenix. Cash buyers are told to take a hike or the price is jacked up 20% or more. Not here. Negotiation was easy and we walked away happier than expected. Not only would I buy here again, I will be referring all of our friends. Thank you for being upstanding and showing that even in today's world there truly are decent and honest car dealers still out there. Thanks again Dennis! Happy New Year!

We had an excellent experience with Dennis. We found a truck that we liked, visited the following day, and walked out with it in no time at all. I recently came here and bought a 2011 buick enclave and as it was my first dealer experience so I was nervous. As soon as I met with Dennis I felt really good about this place. He was so helpful, kind and hilarious. I never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. He makes you feel comfortable and answers all of your questions honestly. There were some lights that were on the dash and he made sure to figure out the problem and fix it for me and quickly. My family absolutely loves our new vehicle and I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from DV auto. Also be sure to ask Dennis to take you for a test drive, you'll enjoy it Thank you guys so much again!

I purchased a vehicle from DV Auto Center about a month ago. The salesman Dennis was great. Communication was excellent, and the vehicle was well represented in the pics. I had the vehicle shipped 2000 miles to me here in Michigan. Overall it was a great experience.

My parents and I visited in yesterday looking for a new car, this thankfully was our first and only stop while shopping. We spoke to Dennis, who gave us wonderful customer service, was extremely polite and conversational. He was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, and I personally loved how when the paperwork and numbers started to feel stressful he did a wonderful job of lightening the mood and walking us through the process. We left the lot happy with a new used car, that fit our budget and I have faith will last a very long time. Plus we met another John Wayne Fan!! Thank you again to Dennis for taking wonderful car of us and meeting our needs.

False advertising. Website says bad credit ok. Easy approval process. On majority of their car and motorcycles. All lies. Run the credit takes a hit , not by one bank by multiple banks. I don't like being lied to, and I don't like false advertising. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for the response but again false advertisement showing easy approval on bad credit. I know car lots that got sued over that, so word of advice should just say, oac on all your ads, that way your not misleading. Thanks have a great holiday

Stay away from this shady shop. They don't really try to fix stuff on cars they sell just Band-Aid enough to sell. I bought a red 2008 Toyota Matrix from here and on 5th day the starter went out and they didn't want to cover half the cost like the 15 day warranty says because I got starter from AutoZone and swapped it out my self but they did offer to cover half after complaining on the phone for a little bit. Then just before I made my first actual payment the engine gets horrible rod knock 10days after the warranty is done and now I need to change the motor. The car had tie wire holding the battery, there neighbor mechanic that's looks at the cars they sell didn't try to clean it up much and left wires clipped and left hanging on everything like the old lights and subwoofer . Had a bad feeling but really need to get into a car and should have gone with my gut and stayed away

It was the best buying car experience ever. Dennis is the man if you want a used vehicle. I called the dealer and made an offer for a Lexus RX350. They accept my offer and I put a $500 deposit to hold the car. I flew out 3 days later and met with Dennis (an amazing guy) He got all my paperwork ready and within 30 minutes I was out driving home to San Jose, California. The whole process purchasing is fast, no pressure, no BS and cut to the chase kinda thing. Thanks Dennis for making my experience stress-free

My husband and I have bought many cars over the years and never have we had an experience like we have had with Dennis from DV Auto sales. He was first class the entire process and beyond. He never pressured us, he gave us all the information we needed to make the right decision for our purchase, our financing and insurance needs. He kept in touch with us consistently. We never had to wonder where we were in the process and we knew he was taking care of everything as were purchasing from out of state. He even took pictures of our car when she started her journey to Texas and sent them to us. He has continued to keep in touch with us to ensure we are enjoying our new baby. We walked in there expecting the typical car buying experience and through the process have developed a new expectation for all future car buying experiences. Dennis has raised the bar extensively.

Have bought a motorcycle here before so when it was time to upgrade my wife s vehicle I didn t hesitate to go back since they did good by me on the bike. Went in to look at a Jeep. Dennis is awesome, 5 star salesman. We ran into a few issues with the Jeep that made us uneasy. Dennis got it taken care of right away and when we came back to do our final test drive we found the U-joints were bad as well and pointed it out. I didn t mind having to fix some of the smaller things, Dennis was doing everything in his power to make us feel comfortable and reassure us. I understand these are used vehicles. But the owner then got an attitude when it was brought up and made me feel like we were just trying to knit pick everything when that wasn t the case. The owner was more concerned about the sale than making us feel happy and comfortable with our purchase. I was more trying to make my mind at ease when purchasing a vehicle with a bigger price tag and not having any doubts when driving off the lot. We ended up not purchasing the vehicle not because of Dennis but the owner. Dennis you are great and I give you 5 stars but the owner 1 star. Dennis is the reason I still give them 5 stars. Thank you for all your help. I was disappointed that we couldn t make a deal

Great experience with Dennis! He was very helpful and allowed plenty of time to test drive and look over the vehicle before deciding whether or not to go forward. The truck has since made it 2000+ miles with no mechanical issues at all. Very happy and satisfied with my purchase

Started off wonderful. Truly felt like this was the right place to purchase a car for my son who had a truly rough start to life. Within 3 days things fell apart. I called and messaged and 1 thing was handled but then, the major thing, wasn t. Dennis was out of town and his coworkers were not helpful and they always close before 6 and I work 7 days a week so I can only get there with another driver to drop off the car. I have cried for 1 month and now I m in debt with a non running car and no car for my sons 16th car. I bought the car June 7th. Worst experience and decision and I just can t stop crying. Enjoy my hard earned money

Dennis was very helpful getting us into a truck with questionable credit. They had a few issues we found fixed before we actually purchased the truck. Alignment, tear in front driver seat repaired and oil leaking from valve cover fixed. The truck had almost a 150000 miles on it and was $12000 but that matched the Kelley Blue Book price. They also had the brakes redone for us after the warranty they gave had expired as they started grinding with no warning just over a month after we got it. Thank you for all your help. We love our Dodge Ram!

Dennis and DV Auto did a lot to help me get my first motorcycle. My payments are low and it was an easy process getting the bike. I denied everywhere in the valley and they gave me a chance. I am 81 years old , have purchased many cars in my time. I have never met a nicer person to deal with than Mike Kellogg. He was so patient and honest, I received a great deal. He honored every verbal. Agreement...plus. if you want a great deal from an honest car salesman, see Mike Kellogg at DV.
