Third time I have needed to bring my car in for service (various reasons) over the last year, and I have to say I was blown away again by my experience. Bo S. Assistant Service Manager went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were taken care of including returning my car rental for me. Thank you for another great experience.

I had a small dent and missing paint on the passenger side rear panel from a door slam in a parking lot. I have State Farm insurance and Coulter Collision was recommended. I spoke with James who was very nice and I made an appointment to have my car repaired. I was not able to get in immediately due to the chip shortage, insurance companies are not totaling out cars because they can not be replaced. There is a wait time at all Collision Body Shops. Once I got my car in it was repaired good as new. James dealt with my insurance company directly so once I did the initial report and pocket estimate my part was done. I recommend Coulter Collision, friendly, reliable and they will get you back on the road looking good!

My car has been there for a week and I cannot get a hold of them. Every time I try to call their number it just goes to an empty line with static and I am unable to leave a voicemail. They call once every few days, but I have missed their call each time.

Stay far away from this place. They cashed checks from my insurance company without my knowledge and made me pay in full before handing over my vehicle. In other words, they got paid twice for the same job and have made zero effort to correct the situation.Poor communication from day one and experience only continued to get worse.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Super happy after a week with no car i finally got a call today asking some questions so they can finally start my car fingers crossed I don't have to go the weekend without a car. A mother of 5 kids 3 doing sports and a full time job. Shout out to Scott J., who goes out of his way to ensure great customer service! I took my truck here (after another shop failed) to be fixed. It wasn't an obvious repair, so it took some trouble shooting. And Scott made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. He even apologized when the process took longer & thanked me for being a customer star

Mark was so amazing! He really took care of me as I ve never have had to repair my vehicle like this before. He was so patient and went over everything with me so I understood. Such great customer service! Jill is the sweetest receptionist! You re going to enjoy great customer service here!

Specks in the paint that i now have to take back to be buffed out and a light out, and they claim they check everything.....coincidence that its out same day i get my car back? I think not!

Terrible attitude of the manager!I really don t know why the owners can get a people like him,definitely he s not the right person for that position.
