Actually had a good time buying an SUV at a dealership. So purchased a vehicle at Coulter Cadillac and the professional staff was great. The salesperson Christina helped out with everything and was easy and fun to talk to. I had a good experience and I wouldn't mind doing it all over again.

These guys made buying my Lyriq super easy. I called in advance to have one pulled aside I was interested in. It was ready when I arrived and they let me look at a few others as well. I ended up settling on a different one and negotiations were painless and straight forward. I was in Finance within 30 minutes and I swear it was the fastest car buying experience I have ever had.

Worst service ever! I took my vehicle in for service on Monday (03/04) got it back on Saturday. During the week, my service advisor never informed me how long it was going to take. never called nor returned any of my calls. The worst part, my vehicle was NOT leaking oil when i took it for service. Next day after picking up my car, (sunday) my driveway is ruined because my vehicle is leaking oil it actualy has no oil!!! instead of fixing it, they broke it!

We don t normally buy cars on impulse. But a used car listing on Coulter s website caught our eye. While driving around Phoenix, we decided to stop by the dealership and take car for a spin. To make a long story short, we loved the car, bought it, traded in the car we had driven to the dealership, and drove the new car home. Kyle, the salesperson, and Jeffrey, the finance manager, made everything go smoothly. Both of them were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They were not pushy and went out of their way to meet our needs. We appreciated that Kyle offered to mail the garage door opener we had left in the old car by mistake. Next time we re in the market for a car, we ll visit Coulter first.

My experience at Colter Cadillac was one of the best, easiest, and comfortable experiences in my 50 years of car buying. It could not have gone smoother or more professional. Great staff, great management. Went way beyond my expectations!!!

I had an outstanding experience with Coulter Cadillac regarding our recent purchase of a 24 Escalade Sport, specifically with our sales specialist, Bill Durst. Bill was on top of every aspect, from keeping us up to date on the production schedule, working with us on price, and assessing our Escalade trade in. Guarantee our future purchase and service will be with Bill and Coulter. GM Paul Glans knows how to run a top notch dealership, kudos all around!

Sped half way past me on the right side and proceeded to cut me off, forcing me into the gore. Now being behind their driver, I honked to record my disapproval, and then the driver brake checked me.Coulter's employees are not caring individuals. How are so many dealerships with bad employees still in business?

These people will do whatever it takes to get you, your dream car. They worked with us from start to finish. The interest rate was a lot better than other dealers.

This dealership is the reason why people hate car dealers. They are greedy, dishonest, and don t care one bit about the customer.I bought a used Buick from this dealer, and before they got their money, all I heard was we have a used like new policy! Our $700 preparation fee is to make the car look and feel like new! They did not even bother to vacuum the interior - I had to vacuum the previous owner s straw wrappers and cat hair out of the middle console.Even worse, they sold me a car with warped brake rotors that were 1mm thicker than minimum spec. When I brought it back to get them replaced, they said sure we will take care of it. But they resurfaced them instead of replacing, which left them even thinner!!! I ll have to spend $1000 on brakes for this car before I drive it 500 miles. This dealer will prioritize profit over safety EVERY TIME.If you want an HONEST dealer that actually cares about your safety more than their money, steer clear of this dump.

I have worked with Dureen at Coulter for a number of years, and on a number of vehicle purchases. As will all prior experiences, today was exceptional. Her knowledge, courtesy and professionalism are remarkable.Today I also met Jeff, who assisted with the financial arrangements for my purchase. He, like Dureen, is the conumate professional and a pleasure to work with.

We had a fabulous experience at Coulter Cadillac from our first visit. We met Cody Holliday that first day and he was very attentive to our wants and needs. As we waited for our Lyriq to be built Cody kept us informed all along the way. He was also outstanding in getting us the very best deal for our trade in and a Costco rebate. When it came to our pick up day, Cody was well informed and helped us learn all the features of our new vehicle. After all of that Cody sent us on our way with his business card so we could call back if we had any questions. When we have reached out Cody has been there to help us. All and all Coulter Cadillac gets a 10+.

Paul contacted me today with a favorable resolution. I applaud Coulter Cadillac on being dilligent in resolving my service issues. Paul showed that Coulter values customer satisfaction.**Update I have been contacted by Paul the GM and we are actively working on a resolution.**Took my GMC here for service because a message appeared that stated Reduced Engine Power and the service engine light came on. They advised of a total of approx $1100 to fix my vehicle. Picked it up, paid, drove away less than 10 minutes down the road white smoke appears, i turn back around and take it right back. The attendant i was working with Allan has me wait while they have someone re-check it, he comes back in about 15 mins saying "bad news" something about a piston and overall i need a new engine, after i just literally paid over 1k for a supposedly fixed car. AVOID THIS GMC SERVICE CENTER AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Michael Martino is absolutely the most honorable and personable salesperson we have ever worked with. He continually contacts us to ensure we are pleased with our purchase and to contact him if we ever need anything regarding our vehicle. Michael has become a very good friend. Coulter Cadillac is a class dealership all the way. They stand by what they sell. A really standup group.

Poor service, car was there 5 days and they never touched it. They said they were having problems with something in there shop. It was there to diagnose a shift problem. The advisor said a couple days. They cost me 5 days rental and a check out fee 99.00 discounted. Regardless don't go here.

Let me preface by saying that David Smoker in finance and Bill Durst and JR Meerbergen in sales were excellent in the buying process. My issues lie with the dealerships choice of vehicle transport company. I live in South Florida and needed to have the vehicle shipped to me. They said that shipping was possible and quoted me a price of $1650 for shipping. When i compared the price to others, it was reasonable. So the dealership shipped the car through transport. I waited and waited and heard nothing from the transport company. I finally called the dealer and asked if they could check with the transport company as to when the car would be delivered. I was told Thursday afternoon, December 22nd 2022. I received no call or notification from the transport company. Called the dealership again and finally someone from the transport company called me and said the car would be delivered early on Friday morning, December 23rd. By Friday Afternoon, I had not received a call from transport. Called the number again and they said in an hour. Hour went by and nothing. Called again and they finally said that it would be delivered very soon and the driver was on his way. The car finally arrived at 9pm on December 23rd on the back of a towing truck which was odd. I see multiple tractor trailer auto transport rigs where I live because its a vacation destination. The transport driver backs the car off the towing truck and when I look at the odometer, it reads 160 EXTRA MILES than what was on the paperwork. I'm not a detective, but I'd guess that the constant delays and lack in communication from the transport company was because someone was taking MY CAR and going on joy rides on that Thursday and Friday. There was mud in the driver's floor mats and in the trunk too. I don't mind paying for delivery...but I didn't pay to have the transport guys joyride my car and dirty it up. If you deal with Coulter Cadillac, be sure to arrange your own transportation as they deal with some shady transport companies. I called the dealership to discuss this issue a while ago and left a message for Tom Iles, the Pre-owned sales manager but never received a call back from him.

James was great. But after they sold me my car, I haven't been able to reach them (finance and management). I've been trying for 3 weeks now. Left multiple messages for multiple people. Never got a response back. I have to show up in person to get things taken care of.

Dureen is the lady to see at Coulter Cadillac. She helped me find my new GMC and was very helpful in every step. Buying a new car can be stressful but the atmosphere at Coulter was relaxed and no pressure. She put my needs first and even took the time to deliver the vehicle to me when we had to wait on some Accessories to be installed. If your looking for a new car defiantly give her a call. A++

Changing my review from 1 star to 5 starts. Paul Glans took care of my initial issues and now I'm a very satisfied customer. Original post below was before Paul's involvement.Coulter Cadillac wants to sell you a car and will promise you almost anything to get you to drive it off the lot. Beware of any promises they make about items they say they owe you after the fact even if it's in writing. They are do not respond in a timely manner and DO NOT BUY A CAR from Christina Rogge. Buyer beware!!

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Cody and his team at Coulter Cadillac dealership. They took their commitment to their customers to another level and allowed me to take a loaner on Cadillac Lyriq for a night and drive it around city and see how I feel. If you want to buy a car, these are the type of people you want to deal with. They give you all information and allow you to test drive their car. Even though Lyriq cars are rare these days and I have had experience of some other dealership not even allowing me to take it for a quick test drive.

My detailed story would be a novel for all the issues I have with coulter Cadillac s service department (in only one appointment). I have a full bumper to bumper warranty and will tell you right now that if the engine fell out today I wouldn t even think to bring it back here. My car is literally in another shop right now fixing an alignment that I paid for at coulter that was done incorrectly and I don t even trust them enough to bring it back to fix it, so I m paying for another one elsewhere (one issue amongst many others). Do NOT get any service done not quality work or quality service.Update: attached is the alignment check from Firestone (before and after from today 12/26) what a joke. The alignment from coulter Cadillac was done on Tuesday/Wednesday (12/21-22) Update 12/27: I called the dealer per their response to this review(no specific number or person), was forwarded to mike (service department manager), left a message with my name and number. Have yet to hear back. They have my number and my husbands number on file. VERY unprofessional to request the customer call back considering you have our numbers. If they were any kind of professional they would have reached out and refunded the charge for the alignment at the very least..Another update 12/27: mike did finally call me back and tried to argue with me about what happened but at end of the day, when I left coulter Cadillac after my tire replacement, balance, and alignment my car was pulling to the right; and after I took it to Firestone it now drives straight Do the math. They did refund us the money for the alignment so that was a positive but overall what a headache and poor quality service.Further update: one of the reasons I had to bring it in was to have one of the motor mounts replaced which was under warranty. Since ive gotten it back, the front end squeaks when going over bumps(didn t even do that before I took it in when the motor mount was broken) now I gotta take it back in (probably to Arrowhead Cadillac) to have the warranty work checked over because something is wrong. This is unbelievable. What a waste of my freakin time. Wish everything would have gotten done right way the first time . Shame on you coulter Cadillac.

Charging too much for EV charging and when you post about it they try to call you dumb between the lines like you don't know how much electricity costs. You guys pay a max 25 cents per kw and charge 50 per kw for charging. Joke of a dealership.

Bought my car at Coulter Cadillac and was absolutely blown away by my experience! I ordered online and they delivered to my door. Super smooth transaction and special shout out to Skylor. His communication was on point and it was clear that he truly cares about the customer!
