It s difficult to find a skilled and trustworthy mechanic who is reliable and who you can keep coming back too. Cool Cat Auto was more than fair on their pricing and were able to diagnose my car s problem immediately.Rueben is one of the best & fair mechanics I ve ever met.Highly recommend!

6 years ago, I was searching for a "newer" family vehicle and came upon a 2003 Chevy Suburban. Little did I know I was going to buy a vehicle from a little mechanic shop. It's weird how sometimes the things you need in life just get put right in front of you. That Suburban to this day is still in the family and for its age and miles, still runs like there is no tomorrow. Any work that it needs, or any of my other vehicles or friends and family that need a mechanic, I bring here to Cool Cat because I know they'll get the job done and at a fair price. Today, though, I brought in my '22 Silverado for her first oil change. All the guys loved it, and I'm real happy I found this little mechanic shop.

This shop is the real deal! What s the one word everyone wants to hear prior to choosing a mechanic? Yup, you guessed it . Honest . Well look no further . Cool Cat Auto Repair is 100% Honest! Oh and don t let me forget about the owner and his staff . Pure Awesome ! Treated like family from the minute I walked in, to the hand shake as I left. I could go on and on about how great Cool Cat Auto Repair is but you need to experience it on your own. What do you have to lose? Oh yeah, you could lose money going to another mechanics shop. Honesty good reliable and reasonable prices definitely recommend highly does good work 100% he's the only mechanic that I allow to work on my vehicles that's because he's honest reliable and does good work I can see Frank the owner is a personal friend and I would definitely refer anyone to him you want it done right call on Frank to get it dan the right way

I ve been going to this shop since I was 16 years old and I ve never received better service elsewhere. They walk you through the process of what they re doing and never haggle you on prices. Whether it s a transmission issue, oil change, suspension, or brake issue, they got you covered. Frank and his son are the coolest guys on the planet and always make friendly conversation. Their work shows their dedication to the business! I ve brought three separate Mustangs to them for a variety of issues and they resolved all of them without delay and only in a few hours each time! I was referred by another customer. Ad my car towed and Wasn't sure what the problem was but they found it quick and had my car done by the next day! I was astounded on the total cost on The work that was done. Frank was even $20 over the estimate. I was expecting to pay one thing, but Frank gave me the estimate, and it was only a little over half of what I thought I would pay. I don t remember the guy s name at the front desk, but when I went to pick my vehicle up, he answered all my questions and was very friendly, courteous, and he seemed very knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend this auto shop. I will definitely be coming back very soon! Thanks Frank and your team! You are one Cool Cat!!!

the most honest company in the industry! the customer service is excellent, very down to earth family owned/operated shop for a very reasonable price. i have visited about 3 times so far and i will definitely continue servicing my car at this location! the mechanics really educate you on what the problem is, what the solution is, as well as what it could potentially lead to if not taken care of! they go above and beyond any other mechanics i have been to, definitely worth the trip from east mesa. if you ve ever felt uneasy looking for service elsewhere, they will give you that peace of mind and comfortably you ve always wished to have!!!

Have used Cool Cat Auto for resurfacing rotors since I like hands on as much as I can and know. Last two visits have been pleasant as always. I had my brother's car towed here after getting an estimate much lower than another shop in Tempe. Last visit was also pleasant and truck works great! Honesty goes a long ways! Thank you you guys for doing what you do! I do not get this experience from the dealer even though we have several vehicles from them. Thank you Cool Cat Auto Repair!

My wife needed some work done on her car. so, she asked a fellow worker if he knew any good Mechanics. He told my wife that he takes his car to his cousins auto shop. He gave her his name and the address to his shop. The next day, my wife and I took her car to his shop. The car stayed over night. He fixed it and we picked it up the next day! His prices are GREAT!! I wouldn't hesitate one second to recommend him to all my friends and family!!! Thank you again Franky!!

A+ and Beyond. They are transparent and consistent with their diagnosis and the most honest crew you will ever meet! I get it..when your car isn't working it puts you in a bad mood especially if you don't have $500 to just splurge but that isn't their fault, parts get worn down in any vehicle & it's part of owning a vehicle. Cool Cat's team are understanding of the stress that you are in and are 100% respectful & classy! Just a tip, get routine check ups with them. Build that relationship & you will see for yourself that the best interest is for their customer. People tend to let things drag on and sometimes that is why what could of been a $300 fix turned into $800 bill. No shadiness here and been a client for over 15 years from the beginning. I had a mechanic try and fix the cv axle on my vehicle, they put the wrong part on and all the lights for my abs and check engine light lit up. I went to Cool Cat Auto told Frank my issue and he went and ordered the right partd an had it fixed in less than 3 hours. Very fast prompt professional service. Also fair pricing for the good work done.

DO NOT REPAIR CAR THERE Owner tells customers they have trust issues, when they question bill or services done. does not honor warranty services. Then Owner chooses to tell customer , He will not work on any of other repairs, or service the Bad part charged 140.00 for. There are so many great things to say about this place, I last minute called needing them to DESPERATELY fix the issue I got myself in (never let a shady family member that works on cars here and there change your waterpump & timing belt because it s cheaper, he might ruin your timing and possibly engine) Frank and the other man up front were very honest about the issues this could ve caused. I even was able to get a discount tow through them and they delivered the news to me in a very timely manner, I still had a working engine and my civic is ready to roll. I will say, a busy shop is never a bad thing. The reviews people have left are correct, if you re like me and have a hard time trusting a shop for the first time you won t be disappointed in this place and immediately will feel how they genuinely care. And, the best part I ended up paying LESS THAN HALF of what I was quoted other places. I learned a few lessons in this but one is to definitely trust cool cat auto with my car :)

Cool Cat Auto is my first and only choice they saved my car that was sabotaged by a mobile mechanic(anywhere auto). Finished in a timely manner and gave me a great price. In short cool cat is fast reliable honest and extremely helpful--------Now 4 months later......still running like a champ
