I had a scheduled appointment for the replacement to come to my house and replace my windshield. My representative, Gabriel, showed up after giving me a thirty minute heads up. An hour later it s good as new! Phenomenal service and professionalism, and considering how often my windshield gets hit on the freeway I will be using this service again.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I have used Clearview Auto Glass twice now (last time was about two years ago) then yesterday for my newer vehicle and both times were great. They worked with my schedule and got my claim filed and windshield replaced same day! Not only were they helpful and polite, the gentleman who did my windshield was punctual, nice and even wiped down my car all nice after he was done. Thank you and I will forever keep my windshield business here.

Where the repairman did arrive within the time frame the job he performed was terrible. There was glass left all over the dash. We thought the new windshield had a chip so a manager came out to check it. He said it wasn t a chip it was the rain sensor. Well, our vehicle doesn t have that function. Then when we went to use the windshield wipers they now don t work. This is a brand new 2021 and I am upset and waiting for them to return my call to see if they are going to correct their poor quality in workmanship.

The technician did come out and fix the issue noted below the day after I posted this review.They do not stand by their work! The Clearview Auto glass representative was extremely responsive and quick to replace my windshield. Clearview also expeditiously filed a claim with my insurance company for said replacement. Afterward, I realized air was seeping in through the windshield when driving on the freeway. My windshield was replaced on 9/10/19. I started calling on 9/17/19 to have this issue addressed. The representative, Greg, stated he would get the technician out to fix it. The technician, Johnny, never shows. Every day, Johnny is supposed to call or come out the following day. I spoke with the technician personally, twice. He stated he would be out 9/21/19, never showed or called. I called the technician who said he "forgot all about it". Johnny assured me he would be out on 9/24/19, never showed or called. Clearly, they have no intention of fixing this problem. I will be filing complaints with my insurance company, the BBB and anyone else I can think of along the way. I recommend hiring a more reputable repair company that will address installation issues.

Highly recommended by my coworker's family. They have relied on Clearview's services over the years.I called on Saturday evening and Monday at 8am, the repair guy Michael was early and showed up to do the job. Jerry who answered the phone was very meticulous in trying to figure out the exact window size out of 6 possible choices for the car I was driving! All 3 gentlemen were extra helpful in facilitating my insurance company reimbursement too!I am trully grateful for their reliable and reasonably priced services. Hope you will call them up for your windshield emergencies!Thank you Greg and Jerry!Safety and emergency solved!

GREG the owner and his helper installed windshields in 2 of my vehicles and scratched and cut both of the dashboards and interiors. We sent him pictures of the damages which they ignored and he never responded to us. I gave him and opportunity to make it right and he just blew me off. I called state farm to stop the payment to them but it was too late. By the way, they are not on my state farms agents list of preferred glass installers. Do your self a favor and only use your insurance agents glass installers. I wish we did. Recently He had the nerve to send me a text message months later asking if I had any other cars that needed windshields in them. I called him (he finally answered) and told them he still owed me money for the damage he did to my vehicles. He then responded with a tirade of curse words accusing us of trying to scam him. Now he is LYING and saying that our vehicles were already damaged and he has pictures (that he cant show me) to prove it. Both of our cars had the original factory windshields in them that had never been changed! Mistakes happen in business, I get that, but when an owner refuses to fix his mistakes and ignores his customers, he must be called out. By the way, less than a month later one of the windshields leaked so bad when it rained that it had to be replaced again by a reputable glass company. See you in court Greg!

Amazing job user these guys 4 different times. I had my windshield changed out today and Kim in the Phoenix office was very courteous and professional. Danny the glass installer was awesome

Absolutely don t use. Lied about everything. Missed 2 appointments, and over charged me through Jackson s for oil change and car wash that they were supposed to do free. Run from them.

Call and ask for Josh. He is a rude punk....don't use this fake business. Call your dealership and get quality glass.
