Go to Christian Brothers! I've never had such a great experience! No pressure either! Except your tire pressure lol!!! They take pictures of what they looked at to show you! Nobody I've encountered does that!! Not to mention they are so friendly! Plus a beautiful waiting area (looks like the inside of a model home!) with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks!

Fantastic experience. Efficient check-in. Getting the text with a detail list of car status clearly calling out green, yellow and red items before work started was nice. Followed with a call 10 minutes later to obtain approval for work to proceed. All of the staff were excellent. A very clean and well maintained facility. Price was very good as well. Will definitely use them again in the future

My first visit I took my Volvo in for a check engine light. Later that day they called me to let me know they were not comfortable trying to work on it and did not charge me the diagnostic fee.Because of how professional and friendly they were I took a used car I was thinking of buying in for them to look over. This is a service they offer. They got back to me in a couple of hours with a list of good, needs attention at some time, and needs attention now items. The charge was $86.They also provided competitive estimates for each item on the list. I will continue to use them

Great staff, courteous and efficient. My service was taken care of quickly while I waited. Lovely, clean waiting room. Very thorough inspection, advising me that the item needed was under warranty at the dealer.

Professional, courteous, timely, conscientious are just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe my first experience with Christian Brothers. I waited for my oil change in their very comfortable waiting area. While sitting there, I overheard many conversations in person and on the phone all staff exemplified the kind of business I want to support!

Been looking for a good auto repair shop. Tried Christian Brothers based on reviews. Service was excellent! Kept me informed at all stages of my repair and even called me to follow up the next day to make sure I was happy with the work done. This is my go to for all my vehicle repair work from now on!

Had a purchase inspection done at Christian Brothers in Ahwatukee for a used vehicle. I thought the inspection and report they provided was comprehensive and they answered additional questions that I had. And I thought the price was fair as well. It's now my plan to use them for vehicle maintenance services in the future.

I got a flat just down the road from this shop with my two sick babies in the car. I filled the tire with air and then drove to the nearest tire shop. They wouldn t even look at it til end of the day (it was 11am). Frustrated, and nervous to drive on the tire that was audibly losing air, I pulled into Christian brothers and ran in to ask if they replace tires. They said they don t stock tires but would help however they could. I asked if they were able to look at it to see what the issue was. They immediately got myself and my 2 babies (1&3 )situated in the waiting room that was stocked with beverages and snacks. One of the ladies brought over markers and papers for my older daughter after noticing she was getting antsy. Within 30 minutes, they diagnosed my tire with an irreparable hole , put on my spare, and had me on my way. I asked what I owed and they giggled when telling me NOTHING! The kindness this business showed me was so refreshing. In the future, I will give this shop all of my auto business even though it s a bit of a drive from where I live.I ll never forget how these employees treated us with care on a rough day.

Very personable, good service and more for your $. I am glad to find a shop like this.Update: ( from another visit)It is rare to find a company that does the right thing nowadays. We had a little issue and this company stepped right up and handled their business like a true professional. I cannot express what a great company this business is and how amazing they are. They are honest, reliable, and hard-working and I will never take my vehicle anywhere else.

Best auto repair experience I've ever had. Prompt attention, very clean waiting area, free shuttle service of nearly 20 miles. Who does that? I was kept advised throughout the process. My repairs were completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. I recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone.

I called this place to inquire about getting a job done on my car, and explained that I couldn t leave my car overnight because it s how I get to work every day, so they told me to make an appointment, and if I made an appointment they could get the job done immediately when I brought it in. I just brought my car in, and was told that despite my appointment they couldn t even look at it the same day. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating, and I feel like I can no longer trust them to work on my car if they are dishonest in that way.

We called this shop after being referred. They towed our jeep in not knowing what was wrong with it. They looked it over and were able to order the part and fix it quickly! They kept in contact with me during the process and were always very very polite! When we picked it up we were asking about the origination of the business name and the owner immediately came out shook my husband s hand and told us how it got started! This business will definitely be my go to and I am already spreading the word to everyone I know! Thank you Christian Brothers you were truly a God Send may your business continue to flourish

They were pleasant and professional from the 1st step into the store. They serviced my vehicle, they told me what may be needed in the future but that I don't need it now and they explained everything. Super fair price. Christian mission statement and community support. Very impressed and happy I found my new automotive service people.

They tried upselling me even though I brought them an inspection report from the Honda dealer & told them what I wanted fixed. CB's reported that my struts leaked & stabilizer rods had failed. They texted me photos but it was tough to see the "damage" in the photos so I asked to see the "damage" up close. The mechanic shined a flashlight on the area & said the "damage" was too difficult for me to see. At that point I read their initial report back to them about my leaking struts & failed stabilizers but mechanic said he hadn't reported to my customer care rep that the struts had a leak or that the stabilizers failed, but he was sure both the front & back struts & stabilizers needed replaced because my car has 165k miles. Tempe Honda had inspected my struts the day before & said the struts were fine, just the upper strut bushings & rubber stopgaps were the cause of the squeaking. Don't trust what Christian Brother's in Ahwatukee tells you without seeing the "damage" for yourself.

Brought my lowered infinity here to get an alignment after Firestone told me they couldn t. Very knowledgeable quick and friendly people. Recommended 10/10 !

Where can i start to talk about this place?These are some of the nicest and professional people i have met, and the owner is truly a kind human being who is very respectful and attentive to his customers. Being an AC technician for eleven years i can tell you he absolutely cares about his employees as well as his customers. I always bring my wife s car here and sometime i take my personal car as well. Last time we took my wife s car in to get some recommendations done, While doing so the window was damaged, now I m not sure how or what happened and not pointing any fingers, but these people took care of the issue and did the right thing. I m a very loyal customer and will most certainly bring our cars to them for any issues. They do deserve a 5 star review.

I left feeling really happy, truly. I have had a challenging time finding a reliable oil change / general mechanic /maintenance shop for my car over the past year. With so many shops around the valley I rely on reviews and feedback to help decipher where the best place to go is. A place you can trust. After many suggestions to try CB, today was my lucky day. From the phone call in scheduling, the curb appeal, the greeting upon entering, the inside waiting/ payment area I felt like this was my new home for car needs. As I sat while waiting for my oil change I observed kindness from all the staff to the customers. The way they explain what services are being done and why, the recommendations based on the green/yellow/red/safety, the array of discounts (these can be viewed on their website), the smiles amongst each person, the customer service to their customers was above and beyond. Nowadays it s hard to witness or feel respected and valued in certain business environments. I am a happy and nice person myself, and I left EVEN happier and feeling EVEN more nice because of how lovely the experience was. Thank you for your love and passion in your business and I look forward to more future services with you.

Christian Brothers Automotive did a very good job on my car repair, and were very honest and friendly. While the car was being repaired, I was given a ride home, and then they picked me up to get the car when it was finished.

I recently took my Jeep to Christian Brothers Automotive to have my tires mounted and balanced, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the service I received. They got me in quickly, and the staff were incredibly kind and polite throughout my visit. The shop was spotless and had a very professional feel to it.One thing that really stood out to me was their courtesy shuttle service. It was such a thoughtful touch, and it made my experience even more convenient. I was in and out of the shop in an hour, which was much faster than I expected. The staff was thorough with their work and made sure everything was done correctly before I left.Overall, I can't say enough good things about Christian Brothers Automotive. Definitely recommend!!! Great Customer Service! We were greeted with a smile and professionalism, from start to finish. They offered shuttle service from the shop to home, then from home to the shop once my car was ready. They shared what they were doing with my car, they shared pictures so I could follow along with my vehicles diagnosis. Finally the part everyone waits for, the bill. They sent me a breakdown of items that needed immediate attention, & moderate attention an asked me what I wanted to have done. No pressure, they provided great knowledge. They honest up front, even to the point of recommending to check with the dealer about a possible extended warranty report.
