Excellent service. Being a woman, the owners were very honest and got my car fixed and past the emissions all in the same day.Update 3 years later: Last month Dec 22 I had my car smog again by Chicos and provided an excellent service!!! I definitely recommend this place! Great service, fast service, amazing people, and very affordable. Me and my boyfriend bought a used car that failed emissions. We went to check the place out and get a quote, instantly knew that this was the place to be. We dropped the car off and it was done the next day! When we picked the car up they gave us our passed emissions paper and we we're on our way in a better running vehicle!

Customer service exceeded expectations. The owner was very nice and explained the whole process in detail as to what he's doing to repair. This company basically guarantees that you will pass emissions or they won't take payment from you. Pretty cool little place and only took a couple hours to get done with all that was needed. Two thumbs up 100!

I just wanted to say a few words about Chico Emissions business and owner. I received 5 star service. The owner Chico is a honest and truthful man. Me being a women he could have taken advantage of my emergency situation but he did not. He helped me the best way he could by keeping my repair cost down as much as possible. I just want to start out and say that these folks at Chico's are down to earth and good for their word. My girlfriend and I brought my little G20 infinity in after it failed emissions, and as soon as we got there I was confident in where we brought our vehicle. Great Quote, freindly service from all members of the crew. The car didn't sit for long and was ready to pick up after half a day, even after running the test 6 times before it passed. Highly recommend.

I was having problems getting my van to pass emissions.My son recommended Chicos.My grandson and I went there and my grandson had a blast.I left my van there and later they called to tell me it was ready.I was absolutely ecstatic.Thank you so much for helping me out.I still owe them chocolate chip cookies. LolI would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is having problems with your emissions.

HONEST, AFFORDABLE, FAST.I brought my car to Chicos after doing some online seaching for a shop close to my work. Chicos had all 5 star reviews, so i gave them a shot.Dropped off the ride at 9:00AM, I was quoted a price for the work and told it would be done around 1:30 - 2:00. It was done at 11:30.They even took it to be emissions tested and had the the compliance report ready for me when i picked up my car. It's now 1:30 in the afternoon and i already have renewed my registration, tags are on the plate.Thanks Bro...I'll be recommending your shop in the future.

My 2011 HHR failed emissions. I took car and results to Chicos this afternoon. Chico knew exactly why it failed. Gave me a price quote (VERY REASONABLE). I left my car with him. He just called. It passed!! YES!!! It's common for auto repair shops to take advantage of women...Not Chico! Very honest very professional very knowledgeable and most of all AFFORDABLE! I highly recommend Chicos Emissions to anyone who needs car repairs! I finally found an honest mechanic!

I have been a customer for 6 yrs.Service is great.Even when our vehicles have more extensive work needed.Chico has always explained what our cars needed.What issues could wait. AND HAS HELPED US SAVE SO MUCH MONEY.THEIR PRICES ARE BEYOND FAIR.HOWEVER,I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU LET THEM PROVIDE THE PARTS.THE ONE TIME THAT I DID NOT.I HAD ISSUES BECAUSE I BOUGHT A DEFECTIVE PART .OUR GO TO MECHANIC ALWAYS

I am the widow of a veteran my 2 sons served our country my first husband was also a Marine my second husband was also a Marine my youngest son was a Marine oldest son joined the Navy. As an ex Marine you think Chico's would at least treat a widow of a brother Marine better but I don't think it matters to them weather widow or not but I thought when I saw the USMC flag I thought he had code word and honor Chico SEMPER FI HURAH just words to you no meaning behind them. Took car in for misfiring $320 dollars to fix that's big money to a widow I borrowed the money when I the car was supposedly fixed we payed and thanked them. On way home less than 3 miles the cars light came on with reduced battery power it had never done that before the car shuts down nothing works steering wheel locks up in middle of 27th ave and Indian school rd called Chico he starts car up and asked to bring car back we limp home took car back next day we had to call and once again here we are a day later another intersection at night pushing the car reduced engine power back next day at Chico's car dies as I get there. Now I'm told it would cost another $190 dollars to fix what they did and told that they were making no money of me. I'm 57 and disabled now with no car shame on you Chico but I don't think you have any just as you have no honor no word no code any vet's or service men or women let Chico now how you feel about this please.

The guys here at Chico's emissions are trustworthy and honest and anyone with an emission problem should take there vehicle there. The price was fair and I was even given a discount when I was about $40 bucks short. They are truly the best!

I was very impressed with the service and affordability of Chicos. Mark my machanic was very knowledgeable and helpful, and even followed up with me to make sure I passed my emissions. Thanks alot Chicos you helped me keep my old 92 Camry with over 200k miles on the road, passed with low emissions in every category, after failing twice for Nox.

I wish I could give 0 stars they had my daughters cadillac for a year. Everytime I called Mark said it was something else. First it was a couple codes. Then it was the wiring then it was the starter we drove the car down there so it worked when it arrived after a year two starters a bunch of lies and no work being done we finally sold it to ecology oh and while it was there Mark moved 3 times and her car was wrecked in the process and Mark the owner didnt even tell us but we are good people. Stay away from this shop find someone else to work on your car hell a shade tree mechanic could do better than this. Poor service poor customer service and the most dishonest person I have ever met in my life.

Went and met with Chico the day before and was told to be there the next morning at 9am. I got there at 830 and finally left at 1130 without being helped at all.

Needed testing done and was told they do not do it here. However the man who I spoke with was extremely professional and actually directed me to where I can solve my issue. If that ain t great service I don t know what is. If I have an issue with my emissions I ll definitely be calling back to this location

If you don't know........My pathfinder was in this shop over 3 month. The code was a p0505.(ICV). Mark the owner say was mass flow sensor. No fix. Then he said the wires were shorted.over 400$ No fix. The idle control valve. and computer which I had to buy the ICV. Over 150$.everytime I called I received a new excuse. From rain, to church, to holidays . Finally got my truck limping out there. 3 months,over 500$,and still the original problem.

Best mechanic in Phoenix ! He made me save like almost 1500 dollars ... bc I had a transmission issue and my check engine light was on and I couldn t get it to pass but he made it happen . THANK YOU !!
