Jeff was a great help and fun to talk to. Smoky was awesome to meet. Keith did a great job! It s my first time coming here and I will surely be back again for my future repairs. Great service!

Jeff was very knowledgeable of his work and cares for his customers. He was very upfront about his costs and made sure that we understood what needed to be done. We took my Tahoe in for an AC repair. The problem was that the vehicle was not blowing cold air. Jeff had us repaired and out in 2 hours. I highly recommend Chelsee s AC & Brake Emporeum. I will be back.Update:2 weeks later my AC started blowing hot air again. I followed up with the shop only to be told that I would have to wait until Monday, given it was a Wednesday. I got desperate and dropped off my Tahoe at the dealership. After troubleshooting the service dept at the dealership told me It was going to be a 5 hour job but being late in the day they offered me a loaner vehicle. I will leave the 5 star review up but beware. Sands Chevrolet in Surprise will get my 5 stars after being treated like a rockstar.

Jeff was fantastic! Came here for my intoxalock installation and he was very helpful. Walked me straight theough the process and made it easy. 5/5 stars! Smokey was the cutest everyone should come here.

I had a issue with wiring and brought my truck here. When i called they were the only ones who said they can fix it. I called a few places to describe issue / warning light and those other places said they could try but no guarantees. Jeff said he could fix it, bring it it. 2-3 hrs later I was on the road.

I needed a bunch of work done to keep my older car up and running for a long as possible, and I m really glad that I chose Chelsee's. The experience was great, start to finish. They assessed the issues and gave me an itemized estimate, prioritized by what s most important to keep my Rav on the road. Jeff is awesome, super personable and helpful. Special shout out to Keith, who was really kind and fixed the chain on my bike that was supposed to get me home from the car drop off. You guys are fantastic, thank you so much for everything!

Absolutely amazing experience, having branched out for the first time. Jeff and Keith are amazing at what they do, Smokey Pokey will keep you company too if you are unable to get a ride in the meantime of your vehicle getting worked on. Very comfortable and warm environment. Very communicative and professional. This visit was well worth my time and checked out as very legit. Thankful beyond belief - thank you so much for what you do! Give them a try.

Amazing and fast service. Transparency is key in business and that is what they do best! Was in and out within an hour and half. Explained everything in detail and broke it down very well. The puppies in the lobby are just great to keep you company and snoozed most of the time i was in there. Jeff and Keith are both amazing techs who take pride and care in what they do! Thanks to them, i saved much more money than i expected and am nice and cool for this hot summer coming about. Highly recommend! :)

This is the best shop I have been to in awhile. Customer service is top of the world. Repair is done right the first time. What more can you ask for. Oh, also 2 year 24000 mile warreanty. Great job guys keep it up.

Not mistaken, been to this place. Bad Shady place. They will overcharge you and break more parts to try to get you to come back. Be smart, Theres plenty of other options nearby. (And this isnt the last name I used when I had went to your janky shop)

Faced with my Camry's engine stalling, I sought assistance from a mechanic near me and found him and his staff friendly. They promptly informed me that diagnostics would require a few days and offered assurance of no extra charges if the issue persisted. The final bill for the engine problem was pleasantly reasonable. Came in to get an IID removal and Jeff was very kind. I called the Interlock company to set up the appointment at 6:30am on a Monday and they sent me the wrong confirmation information (different mechanic shop listed + no time on form) on Sunday. I called Chelsee's in a panic, unsure if they were the correct spot and would be there before opening. Got no answer so I left a message asking to confirm or move it (rude on my part, sorry), but by the end of Sunday I decided to trust that it was just miscommunication and head out for the scheduled time anyways. Jeff called me early Monday as soon as he got to the office to confirm and they had me out by 7am! By far some of the fastest service I've had. Little more expensive than my local repair shop but well worth their speediness along with the fact they were willing to come in before the scheduled opening time! The dogs were very friendly and Jeff was a pleasure to talk to. I greatly appreciate the help, understanding, and friendliness. Cheers to more responsible driving

Manager Jeff & Keith are amazing. Explained everything and was not rushing us. He took the time and explained absolutely everything. They have golden retriever (Purple) & Smokie Pokey. They are amazing! Overall I m very happy my husband found this shop on google. My son took his '95 Cougar to Chelsee's for AC/heater service that other shops (even shops we'd worked with before) had turned us away on. Chelsee's took on the project and were very friendly, professional and really cared about the work they did for him. They took care of my son and in doing so, earned our trust and loyalty. Since then, my wife has taken in her '14 Subaru Legacy and I've taken in my '13 Subaru Outback. The two guys that run the shop are amazing, made us feel like family and really know their stuff! I'll soon take my other son's classic truck in for work as well as my parent's vehicles, and I'd recommend them to anyone.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, A/C installation & repair

DO NOT come here, unless you want to pay over $500 for unnecessary work. I'm so happy that I found another place where they charge me $300 to fix the same problem. This establishment is dishonest.
