Had emergency repair done. They were so kind and helpful. Took me to the car rental place. They kept me informed the whole time about the status of my car. Explained clearly what I would and would not be charged for. 100% recommend servicing or repairing your vehicle here.

No stars if available. Company will sell lemon vehicles that have head gasket issues at ten days and won't help you. Your company is a disgrace. You should be embarrassed at your unwillingness to deal with this and take ownership. I will go as high up on the corporate ladder to make a stink to get what is right.

This is the absolute LAST time I go to this place again. Dominic tells me my oil change and rotation will be $151 all together. A bit steep but fine...I go to pick up my call and comes out to $186 and he didn't do the inspection because it was getting too late. This place is an absolute scam. It s been over a week since I ve taken my car to get a quote to get repainted. I was there maybe five minutes all they did was take pictures of my car and said they would call me in a few days with a quote. It s just disappointing to receive this type of service as a new customer. I shouldn t have to follow up as I feel my business is not wanted

Took in my car for an oil change and they were nice enough to remind me about how the Hyundai complimentary maintenance covers tire rotations too. I waited about 1:45 hours (1st customer of the day) and the waiting room had fairly comfortable seats. They actually filled the oil to the right level unlike other shops I've been to.Edit August 2023: I have to knock 2 stars off because they missed 1 quart of oil (5/6 quarts) on my latest oil change. This is inexcusable for a HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP working on HYUNDAI vehicles. Now I have to be worried about premature engine wear.

SEE UPDATE BELOWThis is hands down one of the worst shops you could possibly go to. They price gouge, make up extra charges (gotta pay for the gloves the techs wear) and as you can see in the photo they are filthy. On a separate trip, I asked Joe Baritzal if he tested my battery like I asked and he said, "oh yeah, it tested fine. You're good to go." THE NEXT DAY, the car wouldn't start, took the battery to another shop and they couldn't believe it passed any test.Update, after writing this review, Rita reached out to me to correct all issues and was even kind enough to provide me with a loaner car while they were detailing the car. Anytime you have an issue here, reach out to Rita, she will take care of you.

The service advisors we're friendly and professional. They have free WiFi and a large TV while you wait. I went on a weekday and it wasn't very busy. However, I think they need to space the seats out to ensure social distancing.
