These people were amazing and patient and worked with me every step of the way. Reassuring me that everything was going to work out. No matter how many times I called a day they took their time to explain everything to me properly. I recommend them hands down for all your repair needs. My car came back looking brand new

Was recommended here by my insurance after an accident. Got my car right in. The staff was very friendly. They kept me informed every step of the way from ordering the parts, until it was time to pick up my car. I would recommend them to anyone needing work on their car.

We recently took our car to Chapman Collision Center for repair after being rear-ended. The staff was amiable and professional when we brought it in. They answered all our questions and worked seamlessly with our insurance company to take care of the financial end.Due to COVID, there were supply chain issues, and they kept us apprised every step of the way.When the parts arrived, they jumped right on it and presented us with a beautifully repaired car.Tyler, Duane, and all the staff couldn t have been nicer. The car is great!. They even cleaned it up inside and out!We give a hearty recommendation to Chapman Collision Center. They are the best!Rex Rhinesmith

My appointment time was not respected plus the adjustors never showed up. Had someone else take the pictures and on top of that the guy said It was only visual estimate which I tried explaining my damage (all damage) was exposed and didn't bother to listen.Funny thing the shop didn't even have the adjustors phone info when they was trying to reach her to see what my options where.

Due to an attempted theft of my car Chapman Collision did a good job of quickly evaluating the damage & completing repairs as soon as parts were available (about 2 weeks). Kudos to Betty in the front office for being friendly & helpful. I truly appreciated that she kept me posted on the repair status. I called to get some details regarding an insurance claim and the process to get the work done and was very disappointed at how difficult they made it to just bring in my car and get work done. Definitely made me choose another collision center.

I have nothing but great things to say about our experience here. We took our Silverado in with quite a bit of damage. The repair was done exactly when we were told. Everyone here is very pleasant and helpful. Marcel Lemmon, The manager is TOP NOTCH! He explained everything in detail, asked if I had any questions and was on point with the entire process. Marcel was always Kind, Professional and available in a timely manner to answer any question or concerns I had and made the process SEAMLESS and kept us up to date on the progress . Our Vehicle was returned in Like New condition. Spectacular experience, I would use them again if the need arose. The experience took over just under three weeks to complete. That wouldn't have been an issue if they didn't tell me my car would be ready after 4 on the 14th. I return my rental the next morning and head over only to find out my car would not be ready until the 17th.Getting my car back is nice the work isn't horrible, but now my battery is dead because the interior lights do not turn off.Edit: Marcel is great at getting things fixed and making things right. I added stars because he did his best to make things right.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

I will never use nor recommend this business. Not sure how they stay in business. I was told it would take 5 days to repair. It took 14 business days for minor repair. Not once was I called to be updated. I wasn't even called to be told it was done. I also was told that it would be detailed. It was not. I thought since I bought my vehicle at Chapman, that the body shop would be high caliber. Wrong assumption. In fact, I won't buy another vehicle from Chapman nor recommend them either. My advice s steer clear.Service: Body & Trim

Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. At no point did I ever feel like I was a customer and not once did I feel this company supplied a level of service. I never received an update about my car without having to reach out first. At one point I was told my car would be ready, showed up to pick up my car only for them to tell me in person that the car is not ready, wasting my time and money.The cherry on top is that I had multiple personal items stolen from my car while my car was in this company's protection and service. So if you want no customer service and the possibility of losing personal items and having your car "broken into" then this place is for you! If not then literally go anywhere else.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Don't ever take your car here!! I had minor front end damage on my car and it has been three and a half months and I still don't have my car back. They called two months in and told me that my car was ready for pick up. When I inspected my car the bumper to fender body line was off and the hood was sitting about an 1.5 inches high on one corner. They haven't been able to fix it yet.This is the worst body shop in phoenix.

I had a great experience with these guys. I brought my car in for a warranty paint coverage service which other dealerships gave me trouble with. They accepted the claim and got it done within three days of drop off! Cameron was extremely helpful in facilitating this and even re-submitted my warranty for areas I didn't originally see!Service: PaintingService: Painting

I had the pleasure of meeting both Paul and Pablo in the office today. I needed a change out of my drivers side mirror. They were so thorough, professional, patient and polite. The answered all my questions immediately and were able to fit me in with no delay. The job was completed perfectly with no problems and in less time than estimated. They answered all my questions about the cars available and possibly upcoming without any hesitation.i was checked out quickly and on my way. I would come back and see them again! Love these guys! Always so nice and helpful and there for whatever you need! My car has been in the shop for a while now and they have been amazing at communicating with me every step of the way and always letting me know what to expect. Scam artists, constantly lie and deceive you and make up excuses why they can't finish a vehicle in a timely manner. Took over 3 months for a minor front end repair. My insurance made me go here and I see why, I have no faith that my vehicle was repaired correctly. Stay far away

These guys did a great job of my wife's Altima after her accident. I decided to get some elective body work done to customize the look of my Mazda CX-5. I have used a couple of other body shops in the past, but since I get my vehicle serviced at Chapman on Bell Rd, I decided to stop in at the Collision Center connected to the dealership. The pricing was competitive and the staff was accommodating since I had some very specific requests. The 1st job turned out great, so I had some additional work done a week later. I will definitely bring my vehicle(s) back to this shop in the future.
