I was looking at purchasing a car from out of state but needed someone to look it over before I flew in. I found Castellanos Pro Auto Repair online and went for it due to the great reviews. David was an absolute pleasure to work with, he gave me the run down of the car that allowed me to make an informed decision. He was friendly and honest; ultimately potentially saving me a lot of money and hassle.

As a single female and having car troubles i was very nervous about taking my car to a shop but David and the staff at Castellanos Pro Auto Repair Shop made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease. I'm very satisfied and thankful for the great service that was done on my car. All the guys that work there have outstanding customer service and are very professional. They have very reasonable pricing, and time frames. I definitely recommend Castellanos Pro Auto Repair Shop.

I've been coming to this auto shop since I got my first car at 16. The guys at the shop always treat me with respect and share their knowledge when working on my vehicles. I always felt confident with their experience on autos and getting the job done correctly. Whenever my car breaks down or has problems the first thing I do is take it to the Castellanos shop. Always treated with friendly and fast service. Great shop and workers here at a affordable price. As I think that can be hard to come by nowadays. I trust them with my cars and recommend all my friends and family for their repair needs. And anyone reading this review as well.

These guys are the most genuine and honest mechanics. I've taken my car here for years and now that my kids own cars with all confidence I send them there as well. Not only do they do quality work on my vehicle, but they are very attentive to us while we wait. Alex makes a mean cup of coffee and David always has a variety of tasty snacks and that's always the highlight of the visit!

I took my car to Castellanos for a second opinion after the dealership was pressuring me to have 3 major repairs totaling almost $3K. My Honda has low mileage so I thought it was strange that it needed that much work done. Specially because it was not giving me any issues; I just brought it in for a regular oil change. Anyhow, at Castellanos, Alex thoroughly inspected the car and then took the time to show me what the dealership wanted to repair. It turns out that it was minor wear & tear that will last a lot longer. SO, I highly RECOMMEND these guys!!! They are honest, professional, friendly and hospitable. [David made sure I stayed hydrated, cool and entertained.]

David and Alex are 100% transparent. I feel they are honest and upfront, and do great work! I've been going to them for years with any repairs my vehicle needs as well as routine oil and filter changes. I've sent many people their way and will continue to do so!

I have been a customer for over 15yrs. Alex and David truly know what it takes to run a great business. Great customer service, (listen to the customers needs and will give you multiple options) flawless work, ( never have had to return my vehicle because it wasn't correctly done first time)and high character individuals, (honest people who ensure you completely understand what work is needed now and what can wait until a later date). I no longer go to the dealer because of the work and customer service of Castellanos.

Castellanos Pro Repair shop has been servicing my 1999 Mercedes for more than 8 years. They take care of all my engine needs including brakes. Their work is excellent and their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend their services.

We have been coming to the Castellanos brothers for years and we have had nothing but great work done on our cars. My mom has known them for 20+ years and we both recommend them any chance we get. Dealer quality work with a family own business.

I had an issue with my car & I needed to get it fixed asap for work, kids, etc. I called around to a lot of other auto shops & I was given no general info over the phone as to what the problem may be & absurd prices just for a diagnostic!! When I called "Castellanos Pro Auto repair" I was greeted warmly & given a "REASONABLE" price for a diagnostic. I called late mid-day & I was able to bring my car in same day. After I left I was called multiple times to keep me updated on the progress & also to make sure NO WORK was done that I didn't approve & would be charged for. It was very easy to stay in contact with the mechanics. I now have my car & it is driving awesome! I have had no issues. I would DEFINETLEY recommend going to them for your auto repairs!!!

I take both my Dodge Caravan and Jeep Wrangler to Castellanos Auto and I'm always impressed with the care and service from everyone in the shop! I thought my old Jeep was on its last leg, but thought I'd let them take a shot and they were able to give new life to it! Definitely worth paying them a visit!

I have been coming to Castellanos for years and David always makes sure I am taken care of. He fixes my car for the most affordable price around. He is very honest and does not try to take money away from me. He is very nice, he even remembers all of my children who sometimes help me by picking up my car for me. Castellanos will always be the place I bring my car.

Castellano's has very courteous and professional staff who went the extra mile, literally. Not only did I get a ride home from the shop, the turnaround time was impressive. I plan to take my car in for a diagnostic soon because I feel like I really can trust that my car will be taken care of properly and I won't get the runaround.

This is a family owned business that the owners inherited and learned from their father, so they do the work consciously and responsibly. They put their heart in what they do and are super kind and respectful. They check whatever is necessary to adjust in my car and for that I always feel safe with the work they do. Very grateful to Alejandro and David Castellanos, they are very trustworthy.

They took very good care of me! With snacks. I went to alot of mechanic shops and they kept telling me that my car was fine when it actually had a leak. When i went to them, they checked my car and fixed it in like 15minutes. Very great people and customer service! I would recommend this shop

Great family owned business. I take both my vehicles there for maintenance and repairs. Quality work!. I've had some cheap jobs done in the past and they've messed up my car or in about a year I'd have the same issue and I'd have to pay parts and labor again. This shop guarantees their work AND the parts put into my vehicles HAVE warranty!!.

Came here 12 years ago for a problem in my engine. Awesome experience! I don't go anywhere else. From Prices to quality work, incrediable job. Your car is in and out and done the right way. I live in Goodyear and drive out for oil changes etc. I really recommend this mechanic shop!

Every time I bring my cars to the shop these guys are always willing to go above and beyond to make it a good experience. Friendly and always willing to answer questions. Good prices and easy location. Wish there were more shops like this!

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service and work that was provided from here. The repair that was necessary was thoroughly explained to me so that I understood what needed to be fixed and the price was very fair.
