I wasn t sure where to go to repair my car after my car accident where I was rear ended. I saw the reviews for Capitol Collision and knew my car would be in good hands. Rodney provided constant updates on the process of my car, whether I had parts delayed, and would help with any questions that I had.�Michael is super kind and helpful. Everyone has a great attitude, is helpful, and creates a welcoming environment. I loved the experience of taking my car here. I would recommend Capitol Collision to anyone, and if needed, I would definitely come back. Also, I appreciate how they cleaned my car; she looks brand new.

The team at Capitol Collision took excellent care of me. They pride themselves on their attention to detail, safety, and quality of their work. Michael, the lead on my vehicle was very communicative with me throughout the process, and I really appreciate how knowledgeable and thorough he was. Rodney and the rest of the crew at the shop were great to work with as well. Very happy with the results of the repair!

My first auto accident in 60 years of driving. I m happy to report that Capitol Collision took great care of me and my car. Recommended by my insurance carrier, I still visited and talked to a dozen repair shops, but chose Capitol Collision in the end because of their impressive reviews and reputation. This place is seriously amazing! Quick turnaround, easily reachable, and amazing customer service. Everything was so smooth, from scheduling an appointment, renting a car, and getting updates about my car from Alan. I previously tried to work with an auto repair center closer to my house and they were so slow and unresponsive. I'm so glad I found Capitol Collision Repair instead. They'll answer all your questions and give your car back in pristine condition.

I can t say great enough things about this place! After my accident I was super stressed and they were able to get me a same day appointment to get an estimate. They handled everything they needed to with my insurance. Within days they were able to start fixing my car. When they took a bit longer than they expected, they were able to get me a loaner immediately to still have transportation for work. My car was left looking new. Any issues or questions I had they were quick to respond! I can greatly recommend this place.

Capitol Collision repair did an awesome job fixing two issues with my Volvo XC 60. When they were finished you could not tell the car was damaged. Orlando was great to work with, and they did such a great job I took my car back to have the rims refurbished. I feel like I have a brand new car. Thank you so much!

Melissa and Rodney are very informative, insightful, and over all extremely professional. My over all experience is unimaginable incredible!!! They dealt with my auto insurance directly and always kept me informed with any updates. Which was great, leaving me stress free. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me expedite the drop off time of my vehicle to their location, while other repair locations were 2-3 months out. The product quality is outstanding, exceeding all my expectations. I highly recommend this business for any Collision Repair in Arizona. Upon arrival,my door to door wait time was 7 minutes! I can go on and on bragging about my experience. They take the time to do what others will not do, prime example: they did an excellent detail on my vehicle and perfectly matched the color to the replaced front bumper, who can imagine mechanic and body shop all in one!! I would give this experience a millions stars if it allowed me to.

Progressive sent me to Capitol Collision and they did a great job repairing the left rear door on my 2017 Mazda CX-5. They accurately assessed the damage, delivered the car back on time and on budget and did very good work. They also did additional minor repairs at a very reasonable cost. Because they're used to working with Progressive and Enterprise it was seamless for me to leave my CX-5 and get and return the rental.It's nice to see nice people doing good work--keep it up folks!

I chose this business based on the reviews and needed to get collision repaired. Getting my car in took about a month an a half, but I feel like that s pretty average time. Alan was my repairs person and he kept me posted with the status of my car and took 2 weeks from drop off to pick up, which I thought was good. He made the process smooth and quick, my car looked good as new. They also vacuumed and washed my car which was a really nice touch. I highly recommend this placeService: Body & Trim

Our experience with Capitol Collision Repair was excellent! We worked with Rodney and Melissa to repair our vehicle after and accident. They were very helpful and were excellent with their communication throughout the repair process. All their employees are trustworthy and honest with their customers. I received my vehicle back in a timely manner and in great overall condition.

I picked up my car yesterday from Capitol Collision. Car was with them for ~3 weeks (longer than they wanted or I wanted but that was due to waiting on parts, which my research shows is common at the moment). Michael kept me in the loop throughout the process via text. He communicated regularly and responded quickly anytime I reached out with a question. Communication makes all of the difference to me. In addition, my car looks great. Their service is very good. Thanks for taking care of my car.

TLDR: this place is amazing and my car was flawlessly repaired and all sensors and cameras were recalibrated. Very thorough and detail oriented and they returned it cleaner than I had left it on the interior and exterior! Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond and treated me so kindly when I was stressed and in actual tears. I can t recommend them enough.So after a pretty traumatizing car accident, my mom told me to call Dan. Dan was very kind. He calmed me down and told me exactly what to do and what to tell the tow truck driver. He let me know my car had arrived shortly thereafter and that someone would call and let me know what the give me more information in the days to follow. A day later, Dan called again just to make sure I was doing okay after the accident! Very sweet.Then, Michael got in touch with me a few days later, told me the details of the damage and how long it would take to fix it, and what my copay was. They worked with my insurance seamlessly and we re a preferred provider by Progressive! It was awesome. A few weeks later I got the call that the car was ready and she was gleaming! Not a scratch on her where the accident happened. Michael was funny and nice and encouraged me to check out the car and he went over the very detailed statement of the repairs they made. I paid my copay conveniently directly to them.After driving it for almost a week, all of the sensors and cameras work perfectly, everything is in great condition and I m back on the road! I called Dan to say thank you for everything! I can t say how appreciative I am of everyone and the excellent work on my car. It was a tough experience altogether and I didn t have to worry about this part of it at all. I am so grateful!Service: Body & Trim

Cannot say enough good things about this shop!! Made me feel taken care of and that they genuinely had the best interest of my car in mind. Was hit from behind by an uninsured driver right around the holidays so it was already stressful enough figuring out insurance and waiting for an outcome. They took the claim and dealt with insurance directly so I didn't have to worry about it. I didn't have any coverage for a rental car but I was able to use a loaner car through them so I could still get to work. Made it so much easier and they kept me informed on everything my car needed. Even when I wasn't sure about something after picking it up, they went back to test everything out and took the time to drive the car back to me. Will always go back to them if anything happens in the future!

I can t say enough positive things about my experience here. It was quite stressful finding a good place to get this hit and run damage repaired. Excellent experience! My car looks amazing, the staff that I worked with were incredibly professional and friendly, and my car was ready earlier than quoted. Although I hope to not need them in the future (LOL!), I would absolutely use them again.

Have to give a 5 star especially with the constant communication received by Alan. He was always keeping me in the loop and updating me on my vehicle. We ran into hiccups but nothing that couldn't be fixed. The way they painted my car, you couldn't tell there was any damage done. I highly recommend Capitol Collision.

I ve been to capital collision 3 times already they are very good and responsive and keeps you updated on your vehicle and answer many questions that I ve had. I recommend them to get any body work done on your car. The front desk lady Melissa and also the two workers Alan and Orlando are very respectful and nice..Thank you guys once again for everything..

So, there I was again at my now-favorite car repair shop apparently, my car has developed a peculiar fondness for minor accidents! This time, someone decided to play bumper cars in a parking lot, leaving my Toyota Corolla with a fashionably dented door. Remembering my last rendezvous with the repair shop, I thought, 'Why not give them another go?'The folks at the shop were as delightful as ever always on the ball with their phone tag game and surprisingly more responsive than my last three text messages combined. Getting parts turned into a bit of a scavenger hunt, thanks to some elusive suppliers and, of course, Thanksgiving because even car parts deserve a holiday, right?When I finally reunited with my car, it was like seeing it through rose-tinted glasses or should I say, 'polish-tinted wheels?' They not only fixed the dent but also gave my car a spa day, complete with a wheel polish that now has me questioning the cleanliness of the rest of my belongings. It's those little extras that make this place not just good, but 'wheel-y' great!

Professional and kind staff who were able to get my car in for repair a month sooner than another shop and for quite a bit less. They kept in contact with me every step of the way and my car was completed in the time frame they told me. They do excellent work and both the interior and exterior of my car looks brand new, especially after the detail work done in the interior. If I ever need body work done again (let's hope not!) I recently had a coyote run in front of me and even though I tried my best to avoid it I still ended up hitting it. It messed up the bumper, lights, and the front panel. Capitol Collision took care of my car and returned it looking brand new again. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing body repair work done. This business and their people are outstanding. ! Personal and direct service the phone is always answered by a person, Melissa . Family owned small business . I had some damaged to my Audi and it came back to me in 4 1/2 days looking like new . Superior , personal service and caring people . Choose. A Phoenix based small family business and by all means support them . They will take very good care of you and your vehicle. when you need a collision repair , call them and use them , you ll never have to go through select a number automated robots or people who aren t even on site and probably will never meet you or actually repair your vehicle . The staff here provide excellent personalized service to. All .

Capital Collision has my stamp of approval and I am very likely to recommend them for your auto repair needs. Although it was inconvenient needing to use their services, each employees I came in contact with were welcoming and friendly. I felt they took care of my care as of they own it themselves and not only was I happy with the finished results but they even completed the job earlier than expected.

I am so happy I chose Capitol Collision to repair the damage to my new car!I hadn't owned a car for many years and actually purchased my very first new car recently. Five days after I drove it off the lot, a lady hit me. I was so disappointed! Of course I had a lot of anxiety around taking it to the right place. I wanted the job done well and fairly quickly. After doing a little research, this is the place I chose. I am over the moon happy with the outcome! My car looks flawless and the work was done in under two weeks! Amazing. Got into a fender bender with my brand new truck when someone drove into the side of me. My insurance recommended Capitol Collision and after looking at the reviews it's where I went. My truck came out looking like nothing happened! They replaced my fender and touched up my door paint, as well as replacing a part of the suspension and wiper fluid tank that was damaged. My truck came back to me cleaned and looking great. Definitely would recommend for anyone that's been in an accident.

The driver's side of my 2011 Acadia was side swiped and capital collision repaired it quickly and efficiently. Melissa and Rodney are two great people to have at the shop when you have to get your car fixed properly.

I highly recommended this place the workers are so nice, its a clean place and the workers keep you posted about your vehicle. Due to my own impetuous behavior. I unfortunately damaged the bumper on my car by hitting a pole for my specific parking area. I didn't want to get my insurance company involved. But did inquire with them about some information in regard to a repair specialist center within my area, whom specifically deals with my insurance company, that could be able to cut me a fair deal regarding price. Well, Capital One is on that list and after reading (AMPLE) reviews, I made my decision and considered giving them a chance regaring working on my vehicle. Melissa at the front desk is a (FANTASTIC) help and very easy to converse with. "HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR VITACUP COFFEE!" As a matter of fact, the entire staff (WELL AT LEAST THE ONES THAT I'VE COME ACROSS THUS FAR) are truly exceptional . My already looked good before they took her in. But she looks (EVEN) better now! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great quality service and (VERY COLD SODAS/POPS) from their classic (COCA COLA) refrigerator .
