It's a family business been there for years. They treat the customer like family. Very honest fix just about anything wrong with your car. Guarantee their work won't do anything you have an approved. I will be going back no worries.

I took my car here for them to tell me it was nothing serious but the next day my truck stopped on me in the middle of the 101 so please don't go there

Brought my vehicle in for alignment ONLY. Didn't ask them to repair or diagnose any issueThey "test drove" my vehicle to a store and even left a cup in my cup holder! I just got my vehicle repaired, only needed an alignment. They refused, and then quoted me thousands of dollars in work. Including the work that was just completed. Much better people and prices right next door.

They checked out my Focus ST for me before I bought it. I was in and out in less time than they expected, their price was half what some other places were asking for the same service. Feedback was clear and concise. The mechanic was very friendly. Great experience! Highly recommend them!Edit: It's been 8 months since they checked out that car I bought. The car has been running great, just as they told me it would. The front brakes needed to be replaced in exactly the amount of time they predicted. These guys are good.

Great, honest place. John Jr and John Sr are always helpful and get the job done for a reasonable price especially with the current economy. Highly recommend the shop! Very knowledgeable and customer friendly.

I am from out of town, so I could not go to my normal family friend mechanic, or repair my vehicle myself. My insurance towed it to this shop by default, and I am very glad they did. The car was repaired in less than 24 hours. They were honest and upfront about everything, saved my old parts, and their prices were very fair and competitive. The business seems local and family owned. I grew up in the auto industry, and I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. They have earned my business anytime I am in Phoenix.

i didn t think paying $90 was that bad for a real mechanic to look at my car but they just plugged in the little tool you can get for even cheaper and wasted a whole hour of my life because they didn t even care to check under the hood or the tires or literally anything else and couple days after that the mechanic nearest to camelback automotive next to drive time did the same thing for free but helped me way more and charges way better for services and been going there ever since. i never even write a review so you can understand how frustrated i was haha

They are great......They are reasonable and trusting, they also have a lot of business.Everyone that I met has nothing but great things to say and I actually love the customer service. I came in and within a couple hours my car was repaired. I would highly recommend anyone who has car troubles to bring it here.

A friend of mine recommended I take my vehicle to John at Camelback Automotive and I'm happy I did. They saved me from having to buy a new car. They fixed my car quickly and for a fair price. They stayed after hours to ensure I had my car back the same day and really went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Very HONEST and Reliable!!!!I took my 2016 Nissan Sentra in today and i had a little concern because the car was pulling to the right. I thought it needed the alignment and when I took it to John he said he will hook it up to the computers and he ll let me know. I also told him I needed some air in my tires. When I called him he said the right tire was missing 5 or 6 lbs of air and the car didn t need an alignment. I wonder how many mechanics out there would be honest enough with their clients to tell them the truth and save their clients money. Very reliable mechanic and very honest. Would recommend John to anyone.

Great shop owner, John is well versed in the financial operation of this side of the business. While he is also a skilled mechanic as well. He is selective in whom he hires, particulalry when it comes to the mechanical capabilities and the staff being capable of being relatable to customers, as John the owner is himself. I know he has a lot of repeat customers, I will be one myself.I back to let John service a d repairMy car. If you need help with your car do your self a favor and don't go any where else !!!

Went here for an alignment today and the mechanic Aaron was upfront and honest with me and my fiance. He did all the work only to find out that we needed an Adjustable alignment bar and decided not to charge us!! In our opinion, honesty goes a long way and we will definitely be bringing our car back here again!! Thank you to Arron and everyone else at Camelback Automotive!!

We ABSOLUTELY love John and all the ppl at Camelback Automotive!! The professionalism but so personal with every repair they make! We have our daughter living in Phoenix all by herself, and we would never trust her to take her car to ANY other mechanic!! Thanks guys for all you do! Went to this shop today for an inspection on a vehicle I was purchasing. Dennis was absolutely amazing and gave me good advice about making my purchase. They were very honest people and I plan on using them for any other things that arise. HIGHLY recommend.

they are very nice and trustworthy. i took my vehicle here to get looked at due to over heating. and they found out it was a loose hose and fixed it for me and didnt charge!! now my van is working great. thank you all so much.

Had a problem with torsion bar suspension on a Packard. Previous shop could not figure out how it works to solve the issue. John spent the time & effort to get it working. Entire crew here are great & so are prices for their service.

This is the third alignment shop I went to to fix an issue with my car. They actually test drove my car, fixed the problem, and test drove my car afterwards to make sure the issue was fixed. The problem was actually tires, not alignment. Other shops would not bother to identify the problem nor verify they actually fixed anything. I never expected such a high quality work from some alignment shop.

We went here for alignment and to diagnose a check engine light. The guys (John, Julian and Alex) did a great job, and worked hard for all the customers who came in while we waited. Definitely going back for any other car trouble (hopefully not soon, though, lol).
