1/5/2024 Updated pics and thanks to Tullio and team for a speedy proper repair. On time and target with the estimate! Great Job!Thanks to Meagan and Chris for helping me in a time of unknown... They really provided clear options , recommendations, and what my next steps should be before spending $1 with Caliber Collision.2015 Hyundai Genesis, Passenger Side Fender popped out due to a parking block iron stake at the Anthem Chevron Station. Be careful.I will definitely share my experience and recommend Chris & Meagan at the Nortera Caliber Collision location...really, really impressed!

I took my Lexus to Caliber Collision for body work due to a side swipe. The shop did an excellent job on the car and Tullio, the service rep, was great! He kept me informed as to progress and it was done a week before promised. My car looked new again and I left a very happy customer. If the need arises, I will definitely use Caliber again. I also will recommend them to friends and family.

Caliber Collision completed the repairs to my car faster than I expected. The people that work there are friendly and polite. To look at my car, you would never think that it was ever in an accident. They did a great job! I ll be recommending them to my friends.

My feedback for this shop! I have to say I was a little disappointed waiting over a month to get my car fixed. They did however offer to send my car to one their sister stores to get in and repaired faster. After reading the reviews for my service advisor, the shop and meeting with him I opted to wait for them to fix it. I have to say it was definitely worth the wait, it s no wonder they are basically a 5star shop. Tullio handled my claim and was extremely professional, constant updates maybe more than I needed but I never had to wonder which was nice! Originally I was told it would be a 30day repair I was super excited when on got my car back on day 15! It literally looked fresh off the showroom floor with a glistening sparkle as if it was just fully detailed! I stared at the repaired area could not find a single imperfection! I was amazed! The young lady up front was awesome and the whole process was fairly simple. Thank you Caliber and team you have earned a customer for life!

H I G H L Y recommend! Tullio did a fantastic job and kept me informed during the entire process. There's NO "wondering" about how things are going and when you can expect your vehicle back. Perfect work too as there's not a hint that my car was hit whatsoever and they delivered my car to me earlier than what I expected. Great job guys!

Wonderful experience throughout the entire process. Great customer service from my first visit. Tullio was my service advisor, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs and even exceeded my expectations on the work they performed. I would highly recommend them (and in fact I already have)! Great work and customer service!!!

Caliber was a very efficient operation, with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nobody likes to go thru the process of an automobile accident, but Caliber made the process easy and as pain free as possible. Very thankful for their professionalism!

We were involved in an accident and the insurance company recommended Caliber collision and it was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. Tullio was amazing. He handled everything with the insurance company he kept us In the loop of what's going on through the entire process. He went above and beyond expectations! ! You made this experience stress free. We appreciate you !I also want to thank the ladies in the front. They were all very polite and helpful as well. It's just a great group of people that to me seem to work very well together. Thank you all for making such a stressful situation- no stress at all.I would recommend this place A million times over. They even took the time to detail the car it looked like a brand new car when I picked it up. Thank you

I recently had my Tesla Model 3 repaired and I must say it was worth the wait! Unfortunately not a lot of shops work on these vehicles. I was told by Tesla they couldn t get me in till March of this year! Ouch! I reached out to Caliber and they were able get me in much sooner. TULLIO my service advisor was on point! From start to finish he had it under control and was always 1 step ahead of me. Top notch start to finish! Merry Christmas and thank you team caliber!

I couldn't be any more happier with the service Tulio Ravazani and his team has provided for me! I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs to their vehicle for these guys will provide top notch customer service and quality work to your vehicle. I am not from the area and unsure what shops were good to choose from. But these guys have made me feel right at home and confident with my choice. They have gone far and beyond my expectations!

We were referred to Caliber Collision by USAA as a preferred shop. I went to pick up my husband's car that Caliber had repaired and was impressed from the moment I walked in. I was promptly greeted by the front desk staff and the service advisor, Tullio Ravazini. Tullio made the the process seamless and kept us updated on the repair timelines. The workmanship was excellent. Caliber coordinated a smooth rental car return to Enterprise as well, which was really nice.I also needed a repair on my 2021 Ford Escape that I had been dealing with for months and just wanted it fixed. It was a structural repair that was not covered by insurance. Tullio said he could do it without hesitation, just bring it in. Tullio arranged an appointment to get an estimate and it ended up being able to be fixed the same day. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Tullio treated me like family, was efficient and honest with the repair. Thank you, Tullio!

This place did an amazing job fixing my car! Communicated throughout the process & made sure my car was perfect at pick up. Thank you so much to Matt & his team! I wish I had a better picture of the damage(damage was all front bumper & cage of sensor) to do justice to the amazing job done, my car looks spectacular!

They did a fantastic job on my 2019 Traverse!! Check out my before and after photos!! You can see they color matched and blended the 3 stage paint job very well! I was a Claims handler for many years and I would highly recommend them! Their prices were also competitive and under a personal quote I got! Happy news for my Insurance rates!They also provided me a shuttle to and from my home when it came time to drop off and pick up my vehicle!- Sincerely A Happy CustomerService: Painting

Had some decent body work done to my 2015 Silverado from collision damages. Mike worked with me over the repair period to keep me informed of the process. Even when there was bad news out of his control about a misdelivered part, he called to let me know this and got the job done perfectly in the end. I recently experienced a minor collision that required repairs to my vehicle. Once my insurance company gave the go-ahead, Caliber Collision was my immediate choice this being my second time using their services. I reached out to Tullio, provided him with the insurance details, and he managed to schedule my car for repairs in less than 72 hours.Tullio's communication throughout the process was excellent, and he took care of everything, demonstrating A1 customer service. The quality of the repair work on my car was impressive, with new parts installed and the vehicle returned cleaner than when it arrived.There's also a commendable lady at the reception. I don't recall her name, but her attentiveness added a pleasant touch to our visit at 8:30 am with my girls. She engaged my daughters in conversation while I spoke with Tullio.Caliber Collision has certainly become my preferred car body shop. Went in for an appointment to get an estimate, they got all the info needed, and I never heard from them with an estimate. Ended up using a smaller, independent shop and received much better customer service and communication.

First impressions are key when you are trying to decide between where you spend your hard earned money. Some might not care, not me. I visited this Caliber location. First impressions: bad parking as I didn't find a good parking spot and had to park in front of another vehicle that seemed like it was there for repairs.Next, the receptionist, she was the best part, clear, precise and considerate. Instructed me on the paperwork and reached out to the advisor I was assigned to.This is where they really loss my money. My advisor, Tullio Ravazini was to be honest, a tad "curt". I tried to explain what happen, but he seemed more like just show me the scratch guy type. Thanks for that and glad I can pick up the vibe. He tried some small talk(I see the Packers' won last night. You a fan?). I replied I know. Yes, I'm from Wisconsin as you saw my BUCKS plate. It's not the words people, it's the vibe I got. He quickly gave me the instructions on when the estimate will be received and that was it. No thanks no handshake(didn't miss that, so thanks for that).In the end, I want to feel like I'm valuable. My money is important so whomever I spend it to better show I'm appreciated for being a new customer. For the record, I have used Caliber elsewhere, and in other states(WI and TX), they were MUCH, MUCH better. Your competition says thank you for losing my money so they can win my business. :)PLEASE NOTE: Megan the front receptionist was not part of this. I got a call from the location manager, Chris, he was attentive in trying to resolve this matter. I'm not sure if anything will be change however. The review is mostly about customer service.

Robert and the team are amazing! They went above and beyond and were very communicative throughout the entire process. Robert even had my window retinted that was shattered due to the accident which I wasn't expecting. This shop has earned a lifetime customer!
