When I tell you ve I ve never dealt with a better auto body shop, I really mean it.I was involved in a not-at-fault accident back at the end of December and I was immediately sent to Caliber collision. Little did I know that they would be extremely thorough and look at every angle of detail.There is an employee there named Tim and he was like concierge for me. When my car was finished he hand delivered it to me. He spent probably 15 hours or conversations with me and I am very impressed. Thanks Tim!

My insurance recommended this place and I m glad they did. Thomas was in charge of helping me out with the process of fixing my car and he was amazing. He kept me updated every step of the way. My car looks great! I m very happy with the job they did. I attached the before and after of my car below

I would HIGHLY recommend Kyle at Caliber Collision! I brought my Jeep in as a walk in to get an estimate cost for a repair on my bumper (another car scraped against it leaving some paint behind) and waited less than five minutes to be seen. Kyle was very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable when he looked at the damage. He presented me with an estimate on the spot, and offered to try to buff out the markings left on my bumper. After about 10 minutes, he returned my Jeep brand new, and had completely removed the black paint left behind! He even provided me with additional estimates on some additional minor damage I had as well.Overall, I am VERY impressed with the service provided at Caliber Collision, and will definitely be bringing back my car for future repairs! As mentioned, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

So far they are the best, they weren't so far out of the way for me by allowing to leave my tools and dirt bike in the dang near totaled truck. Me wanting it fixed, they're getting it fixed :)

This company is top-notch. Tim my advisor kept me updated each step. My vehicle took longer then projected but it was no fault of Calibar. When you have to wait on a specific part, it not something that is their control. They went above and beyond with customer service. I have had vehicles in need of repair due to damage before but this was my best experience ever. Go to Calibar Collison just south of West Bell and i-17 and ask for Tim. He will set you up and make sure you have fantastic customer service. Tell him Dina recommended you!

Amazing customer service overall! Thomas L. was a great help and communicated updates about my repairs frequently. My vehicle was finished earlier than the promised date as well. I definitely would recommend Caliber Collision!

Amazing customer experience. Had to bring in my vehicle in after an accident, and they were very prompt with the estimate and updates. Mitch gave me an estimate as soon as possible and Tim Henning was super helpful during the whole process, answering all questions I had with transparency and honesty. Going through them provided a painless experience and peace of mind after a collision. Definitely give them a try.

I had a unique scenario with my vehicle and struggled to find people to help - including my own insurance company (that I work for). Thomas and his group didn t hesitate to jump in and help. The repairs I needed weren t even standard work for a collision shop but they were willing to help me regardless especially once they read the circumstances of the loss. I had contacted other companies that supposedly specialized in what was needed and they didn t seem to care to help or even take a look at my car. I am so beyond grateful for this place and will recommend them to anyone and every one I can.

Tim and the rest of the team at Caliber did a fantastic job repairing our Audi Q7. They went above and beyond customer service and quality of work wise. They estimated early January for repairs to be completed, but I was surprised to hear they finished the repairs ahead of schedule. Super impressed with the care they took with our Audi, and I highly recommend them if you are looking for any auto bodywork.

I've unfortunately needed to get my car fixed twice for two separate accidents, but after my first great experience with Calibur Collision when Mike and Bobby helped me, I came back for the second time and Thomas helped me. Both times the staff was always super nice and helpful, answered all my questions. I received frequent updates on my car and it was finished sooner than expected. The second time, my car almost had to be totaled, but Thomas was able to get around that. Both times my car came out beautiful like the collisions never happened. I highly recommend Calibur Collision!

I have to say hands down the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of working within an auto-repair facility. Kyle Ehli, who took care of me, communicated the entire way and never left me feeling like I was in the dark. The workmanship that was performed for my repairs was top notch. I cannot express enough how happy I am with how everything turned out. I would recommend caliber collision to anyone as well as Kyle Ehli to anyone.

if you have to bring your car here i absolutely recommend working with Tim! he is amazing! went above and beyond my expectations, he stayed in contact consistently with me and answered all my silly questions. Cameren was our estimator and he was great. Kept my mom informed, answered her calls and didn't keep her waiting for an answer. They washed the car and even vacuumed the inside.. Really great experience here. If you are looking for a trustworthy, good customer service, and honest work go here!

Caliber Collision on 26th Ave was so helpful with my Kia Carnival. I ve had two separate incidents with my van in the last couple of months, Thomas was so helpful the first time so I knew that was the location I needed to return to. Kyle was just as attentive and the rest of the staff was great as well! Thank you!

I was told my car would take 2 weeks and it s been 7. I get contradicting information each time i call in. They will say everything is on track and an hour later it s pushed out another week. They say all parts are arrived and installed and a week later they are still waiting on another part. I receive no proactive or timely updates on my car and have to continually call in for status. I would tell anyone to avoid this establishment like the plague. I am still waiting for the repairs to complete for my car even though repairs were completed and went to paint a week ago . Explain that .

This was my second time having my vehicle repaired at this caliber collision location and once again I had an amazing experience. Tim was great to work with, he gave me weekly updates, very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here for repairs.

FINALLY Big Sid HAS COME BACK to Google Reviews!!!!!!Okay... It's clear that as of late any type of customer service, since Covid has been piss poor; especially when it comes to auto repair. I mean let's be honest, most auto repair places overcharge on parts and labor, often adding unnecessary fees and unneeded work. This is often the case even when you take your vehicle to the dealership where it came from. Dealership prices are an insult aka "A slap to the face" when it comes to auto repair. Well I found a solution... It's called Caliber Collision.Here at Caliber Collision, I recently literally walked in just to see what kind of work was offered and to see if I could get a quote. Everything was smooth and refreshing, from the time I walked into the door speaking with the nice Receptionist (Audrey) to my actual representative (Tim H.).Tim and his team were patient, kind, knowledgeable, willing to help, extremely honest, and thorough. Tim and his team communicated well with me throughout the repair and made everything so simple an easy; even filing an insurance claim.I've been so impressed with Tim H. and Caliber Collision that I've sent other friends and family to him as well. Completely satisfied with the service I received getting my wife s vehicle repaired. Extremely friendly staff and super efficient. Arranged the rental car pick up and drop off so it was seamless. Won t go anywhere else.

This is the 2nd time ive used this location, and the third time ive used a Caliber location for repairs.I had no issues with the facility, the shop writer or the technician. The staff took great care in handling my repairs and the insurance company to ensure my claim damages were repaired and covered properly. I highly recommend this location for any auto damages that need repaired. Audra is so sweet at the front desk to get your paperwork to you. Tim , the writer was great in communicating with me once repairs began and continued. I didnt need the manager, though he was very nice and seemed very attentive to the shops needs.He was frequently in and out of the managers office, which seems like a good thing.I dont wish an accident on anyone, but i'll continue to use Caliber, especially this location, for any future claims I have.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Trevor was great about keeping me updated on the repairs. The car when finished looked great. You could not tell we had been rear- ended. Everyone at caliber was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.
