Poor service. They accept appointments knowing their technicians are days behind. Left my car for two days to just sit in the sun and for them to say the part needs to be ordered and they have no idea when it will come in. Even though it is a known issue and there's "special coverage" for the known defect. I paid for a rental out of my own pocket because their "special coverage" doesn't cover a rental. Awful customer service takes hours to respond to an update request

Even though its Cadillac, don't take your caddy there if it is out of warranty they will treat your car with 0 care, fix a problem without considering what else may be affected "fix what's visible" test drive a mile, so when I drive it 20 miles and it messes up of course I did it right? . Then instead of admitting it and fixing your CADILLAC, charge you an outrageous amount LETS SAY $10,000.. To make it better they try and sell me a new car and offer to "make a deal", they give me a $100 servicer voucher to show "how much they care". Cadillac has definitely lost a faithful customer for life.

The facility is nice, but the dealership showed no respect for my time. Twice, I made a service appointment for my Cadillac, and despite reassurance of an available loaner car, twice, the service department didn't have a loaner car for me. I planned my day around their appointment time! Never again. I'll be servicing my car at another Cadillac dealership.
